In 1998 Ing. Jiří Kučera finished his studies in the field of Environmental Technology at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, Faculty of Environmental Technology. He works in the T. G. Masaryk Water Research Institute as a head of the department of water supply and wastewater treatment.
