Dlouhodob\u011b se zab\u00fdv\u00e1te kvalitou vody a\u00a0problematikou analytick\u00e9ho stanoven\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly mikropolutant\u016f ve vodn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Jak jste se k\u00a0t\u00e9to zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci dostal? Co V\u00e1s na\u00a0tomto oboru oslovilo, \u017ee jste se v\u00a0n\u011bm vypracoval na renomovan\u00e9ho odborn\u00edka?<\/h4>\n<p>Jsem p\u016fvodem vystudovan\u00fd hydrobiolog na p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakult\u011b UK v\u00a0Praze, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci postgradu\u00e1ln\u00edho studia jsem se zab\u00fdval bioakumulac\u00ed stopov\u00fdch prvk\u016f v\u00a0biomase vodn\u00edch bezobratl\u00fdch. Po n\u00e1stupu do st\u00e1tn\u00edho podniku Povod\u00ed Vltavy m\u011b krom\u011b jin\u00e9ho postupn\u011b za\u010dala zaj\u00edmat problematika specifick\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a\u00a0jejich pohyb ve vodn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Je to velk\u00e1 skupina l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e1 je relativn\u011b nov\u00e1 a\u00a0postupn\u011b se v\u00a0\u010dase rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm, jak pokra\u010duje tzv. technick\u00fd pokrok lidsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o\u00a0pesticidy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u00a0zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, hum\u00e1nn\u00ed a\u00a0veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed farmaka a\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edsady (zm\u011bk\u010dova\u010de plast\u016f, antikoroziva, diagnostick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, l\u00e1tky sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, dom\u00e1c\u00ed a\u00a0pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 chemie, \u201emusk compounds\u201c a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky). P\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety jsme se s\u00a0kolegy z\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed plze\u0148sk\u00e9 laborato\u0159e domluvili, \u017ee toto bude jeden z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f na\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0problematiku, kter\u00e1 je v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0po\u017eadavky n\u00e1rodn\u00ed a\u00a0evropsk\u00e9 legislativy v\u00a0oblasti monitoringu vod, t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9 je velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 a\u00a0atraktivn\u00ed. M\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed a\u00a0environment\u00e1ln\u00ed aspekt a\u00a0zat\u00edm prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed anal\u00fdz t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek je i\u00a0komer\u010dn\u011b rentabiln\u00ed. Tato fakta ur\u010duj\u00ed vlivy na kvalitu vody, v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtoc\u00edch VN \u0160vihov se vyskytuj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace \u017eivin (zejm\u00e9na fosforu), pesticid\u016f a\u00a0jejich metabolit\u016f a\u00a0rezidua hum\u00e1nn\u00edch a\u00a0veterin\u00e1rn\u00edch farmak. Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0zdroj pitn\u00e9 vody pro cca 1,5 mil. obyvatel, je nutn\u00e9 zajistit sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vstup\u016f t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek do povrchov\u00fdch a\u00a0podzemn\u00edch vod, nap\u0159. zm\u011bnou syst\u00e9mu zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9ho hos<\/p>\n<h4>V tomto \u010d\u00edsle \u010dasopisu VTEI p\u0159edstavujeme v\u00fdsledky \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu \u010cist\u00e1 voda \u2013 zdrav\u00e9 m\u011bsto, mohl byste n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edci, jak\u00e9 vy vn\u00edm\u00e1te pot\u0159eby zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality zdroj\u016f pitn\u00e9 vody pro Prahu a vlastn\u011b obecn\u011b v povod\u00ed \u0159eky Vltavy?<\/h4>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1 Praha dva nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdroje pitn\u00e9 vody, hlavn\u00edm zdrojem je vod\u00e1rensk\u00e1 n\u00e1dr\u017e \u0160vihov na \u017delivce, druh\u00fdm zdrojem je voda z \u0159eky Jizery v K\u00e1ran\u00e9m. Jedn\u00e1 se tedy o povrchov\u00e9 zdroje pitn\u00e9 vody. Povod\u00ed vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee \u0160vihov na \u017delivce m\u00e1 plochu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 200 km<sup>2<\/sup>, prob\u00edh\u00e1 zde intenzivn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 \u010dinnost a je zde pom\u011brnpoda\u0159en\u00ed, omezen\u00ed p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed technologick\u00fdch plodin a\u00a0instalac\u00ed technologi\u00ed pro separaci farmak a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek z\u00a0odpadn\u00edch vod u\u00a0v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f (nap\u0159. zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed). V\u00fdstavba technologick\u00e9ho stupn\u011b s\u00a0granulovan\u00fdm aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm na \u00fapravn\u011b vody v\u00a0Hulic\u00edch \u0159e\u0161\u00ed tento glob\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m jen \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b a\u00a0nelze j\u00edm nahrazovat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010din vzniku tohoto zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>M\u016f\u017eete n\u00e1m \u0159\u00edci n\u011bco bli\u017e\u0161\u00edho o\u00a0trendech v\u00fdvoje kvality vod v\u00a0povod\u00ed \u0159eky Vltavy? Jak to vypad\u00e1 s\u00a0ukazateli hydrochemick\u00e9 a\u00a0hydrobiologick\u00e9 jakosti? Zm\u011bnilo se spektrum monitorovan\u00fdch parametr\u016f?<\/h4>\n<p>Obecn\u00e9 lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee kvalita vody se v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu zlep\u0161ila, na konci minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed do\u0161lo k ukon\u010den\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdrob a bylo postupn\u011b zavedeno efektivn\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm rekonstrukc\u00ed a intenzifikac\u00ed \u010cOV. To m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed organick\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed povrchov\u00fdch vod z bodov\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vstupu \u017eivin, zejm\u00e9na dus\u00edku a fosforu. Tomu tak\u00e9 na \u0159ad\u011b lokalit odpov\u00edd\u00e1 postupn\u00e9 zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed ekologick\u00e9ho stavu tok\u016f, tj. vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed druhov\u00e1 diverzita bentick\u00fdch organism\u016f a druhov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed ryb a dal\u0161\u00ed. Postupn\u011b se p\u0159estaly v povrchov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvat a vyskytovat l\u00e1tky typu polychlorovan\u00fdch bifenyl\u016f, organochlorov\u00fdch pesticid\u016f typu DDT a dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky. \u201eNov\u011b\u201c se v\u0161ak v povrchov\u00fdch, dren\u00e1\u017en\u00edch a\u00a0podzemn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch objevuje probl\u00e9m s\u00a0l\u00e1tkami pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi v\u00a0zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na s\u00a0dus\u00edkat\u00fdmi a\u00a0jin\u00fdmi pesticidy, kter\u00e9 \u010dasto do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry nahrazuj\u00ed mechanick\u00e9 obd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fdy. Zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed technick\u00fdch plodin (\u0159epka, kuku\u0159ice, \u0159epa) se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ve velk\u00e9m rozsahu a\u00a0v\u00a0\u0161irok\u00e9m l\u00e1tkov\u00e9m spektru l\u00e1tek, metabolity t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 l\u00e1tky pronikaj\u00ed do podzemn\u00edch i\u00a0povrchov\u00fdch vod. Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem jsou hum\u00e1nn\u00ed a\u00a0veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed farmaka, jejich\u017e rezidua nach\u00e1z\u00edme v\u00a0odpadn\u00edch a\u00a0povrchov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch, \u010dasto ve velmi vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch (zejm\u00e9na metformin, oxypurinol, gabapentin, hydrochlorthiazid, karbamazepin, telmisartan a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky). Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0na\u0161ich povrchov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch nach\u00e1z\u00edme, pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159. bisfenol A, PFOS, PFOA, EDTA, benzotriazolov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, pesticidy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 k\u00a0ochran\u011b d\u0159eva nap\u0159. propiconazol a\u00a0\u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek lidsk\u00e9 denn\u00ed pot\u0159eby \u2013 \u201emusk compounds\u201c nap\u0159. galaxolid. D\u00e1le jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b probl\u00e9mem ekologick\u00e9 hav\u00e1rie r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f. V\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech jsme \u0159e\u0161ili hav\u00e1rie typu: \u00fanik impregna\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e1tky z\u00a0d\u0159evozpracuj\u00edc\u00edho podniku, kontaminace p\u0159\u00edtoku men\u0161\u00ed vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee atrazinem, \u00fanik digest\u00e1tu do povrchov\u00fdch vod a\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed\u2026<\/p>\n<h4>Vodn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e \u0160vihov je nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdrojem vody pro Prahu. M\u016f\u017eete z\u00a0titulu spr\u00e1vce tohoto povod\u00ed \u017delivky a\u00a0Va\u0161\u00ed profese p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit aktivity realizovan\u00e9 v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech a\u00a0v\u010detn\u011b pl\u00e1n\u016f do budoucna?<\/h4>\n<p>Ve prosp\u011bch ochrany mno\u017estv\u00ed a\u00a0jakosti povrchov\u00e9 vody ve vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ei \u0160vihov na \u017delivce jsou rozhodnut\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch vodopr\u00e1vn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f stanovena tzv. ochrann\u00e1 p\u00e1sma vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee \u0160vihov na \u017delivce. St\u00e1tn\u00ed podnik Povod\u00ed Vltavy se pod\u00edl\u00ed na jejich aktualizac\u00edch a\u00a0\u00faprav\u00e1ch. V\u00a0povod\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee prob\u00edh\u00e1 intenzivn\u00ed monitoring kvality vody, kter\u00fd realizuje \u00fatvar vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00ed. V\u00a0roce 2017 byla hejtmanem kraje Vyso\u010dina a\u00a0gener\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0159editelem st\u00e1tn\u00edho podniku Povod\u00ed Vltavy zalo\u017eena pracovn\u00ed skupina \u201e\u017delivka \u2013 vod\u00e1rensk\u00e1 n\u00e1dr\u017e \u0160vihov\u201c. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to pracovn\u00ed skupiny jsou diskutov\u00e1ny probl\u00e9my zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch aktivit a\u00a0jejich p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed, problematika \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bodov\u00fdch zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (zejm\u00e9na \u010cOV) a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed aktivity. Povod\u00ed Vltavy, s. p., realizuje\u00a0projekt \u201eP\u0159\u00edrod\u011b bl\u00edzk\u00e1 a\u00a0technick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0povod\u00ed VN\u00a0\u0160vihov na \u017delivce\u201c, kde \u0159e\u0161\u00ed problematiku plo\u0161n\u00fdch zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed na zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9m p\u016fdn\u00edm fondu se zapojen\u00edm dot\u010den\u00fdch zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch subjekt\u016f v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch subpovod\u00edch. Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o\u00a0eliminaci p\u016fvodem erozn\u00edch sediment\u016f a\u00a0fosforu, kontaminovan\u00fdch vod dren\u00e1\u017en\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f (N, P, pesticidy) zam\u011b\u0159enou do nejkriti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edch lokalit. D\u00e1le jsou opat\u0159en\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159ena na retenci a\u00a0akumulaci vody v\u00a0krajin\u011b. V\u00a0polovin\u011b roku 2019 byl zah\u00e1jen detailn\u00ed monitoring kvality vody v\u00a0zem\u011bd\u011blsky obhospoda\u0159ovan\u00fdch mikropovod\u00edch p\u0159\u00edtok\u016f VN \u0160vihov, zac\u00edlen\u00fd na speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby Programu B4 Ministerstva zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u010cR pod n\u00e1zvem \u201ePodpora opat\u0159en\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed dopadu zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 prvov\u00fdroby v\u00a0ochrann\u00e9m p\u00e1smu vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee \u0160vihov na \u0159ece \u017delivce\u201c. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0kolegy z\u00a0V\u00daV TGM, v. v. i., PVK, a. s., a\u00a0\u017delivsk\u00e9 provozn\u00ed, a. s., spolupracujeme na realizaci projektu Ministerstva vnitra \u010cR veden\u00e9ho pod n\u00e1zvem \u201eOchrana kritick\u00e9 infrastruktury \u2013 vodn\u00edho zdroje \u017delivka \u2013 p\u0159ed \u00fa\u010dinky PPCP a\u00a0pesticid\u016f v\u00a0podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch dlouhodob\u00e9ho sucha\u201c.<\/p>\n<h4>Jak spolupracujete s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi subjekty, nap\u0159\u00edklad s\u00a0\u017delivkou provozn\u00ed, a. s., s\u00a0Pra\u017esk\u00fdmi vodovody a\u00a0kanalizacemi a\u00a0jin\u00fdmi?<\/h4>\n<p>Spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0kolegy ze spole\u010dnost\u00ed \u017delivsk\u00e1 provozn\u00ed, a. s., a\u00a0Pra\u017esk\u00e9 vodovody a\u00a0kanalizace, a. s., je velmi intenzivn\u00ed a\u00a0na velmi dobr\u00e9 \u00farovni. Jednak doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pravideln\u00fdch informac\u00ed o\u00a0kvalit\u011b vody, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0oblasti zde zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdch rezidu\u00ed pesticid\u016f a\u00a0farmak, d\u00e1le jsou operativn\u011b \u0159e\u0161eny probl\u00e9my souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0jakost\u00ed vody, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 havarijn\u00ed stavy, d\u016fsledky povodn\u00ed a\u00a0sucha atd. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 trojstrann\u00fd projekt zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vstup\u016f \u017eivin (zejm\u00e9na fosforu) z\u00a0bodov\u00fdch zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0povod\u00ed VN\u00a0\u0160vihov. Principem tohoto projektu je finan\u010dn\u00ed motivace 16 obc\u00ed v\u00a0povod\u00ed VN\u00a0\u0160vihov k\u00a0tomu, aby sn\u00ed\u017eily emise fosforu ve sv\u00fdch odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch na mo\u017en\u00e9 minimum. \u017delivsk\u00e1 provozn\u00ed, a. s., na z\u00e1klad\u011b smluvn\u00edho vztahu s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou obc\u00ed a\u00a0st\u00e1tn\u00edm podnikem Povod\u00ed Vltavy poskytuje finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tohoto \u201enadstandardn\u00edho\u201c provozu 16 \u010cOV.
