For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek informuje o\u00a0pravideln\u00e9m, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvoulet\u00e9m monitoringu komun\u00e1ln\u00edch odpadn\u00edch vod na vybran\u00fdch odb\u011brov\u00fdch m\u00edstech pra\u017esk\u00e9 stokov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b. V\u00a0komun\u00e1ln\u00edch odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch jsou sledov\u00e1ny vybran\u00e9 nez\u00e1konn\u00e9 drogy (nap\u0159. metamfetamin, MDMA, THC, kokain), nikotin a\u00a0jeho metabolity a\u00a0metabolit ethanolu ethylsulf\u00e1t. V\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku jsou prezentov\u00e1ny v\u00fdsledky z\u00a0prvn\u00edho roku projektu, ze kter\u00fdch jsou z\u0159ejm\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly ve spot\u0159eb\u011b jednotliv\u00fdch drog v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech Prahy. Pro pot\u0159eby projektu byly roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eny analytick\u00e9 metody stanoven\u00ed sledovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu je Socioekonomick\u00e1 studie prostorov\u00e9ho rozlo\u017een\u00ed obyvatelstva a\u00a0identifikace rizikov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu obyvatelstva (ACCENDO, z. \u00fa.).<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>Anal\u00fdza odpadn\u00edch vod je \u201erelativn\u011b\u201c jednoduch\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost. S\u00a0rozvojem instrument\u00e1ln\u00ed techniky v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti jsme schopni p\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch, vysoce citliv\u00fdch analytick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f zjistit p\u0159\u00edtomnost jednotliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0subnanogramov\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch. Koncept IV voln\u011b navazuje na projekt \u201eStanoven\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed neleg\u00e1ln\u00edch drog a\u00a0jejich metabolit\u016f v\u00a0komun\u00e1ln\u00edch odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch\u00a0\u2013 nov\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro dopln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f o\u00a0spot\u0159eb\u011b drog v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice\u201c, v\u00a0jeho\u017e r\u00e1mci byla sledov\u00e1na i\u00a0kontaminace komun\u00e1ln\u00edch odpadn\u00edch vod ve vybran\u00fdch stok\u00e1ch kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch v\u00fdstup\u016f tohoto projektu byla Metodika [1], kter\u00e1 byla vyu\u017eita tak\u00e9 pro m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0tomto konceptu, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e budou z\u00edsk\u00e1ny aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fadaje o\u00a0spot\u0159eb\u011b nez\u00e1konn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a\u00a0\u00fadaje o\u00a0nov\u011b sledovan\u00fdch markerech.<\/p>\n<p>Smyslem projektu je z\u00edskat objektivn\u00ed \u00fadaje, tzn. i\u00a0\u00fadaje od t\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti populace, kter\u00e1 nebyla zahrnuta do dotazn\u00edkov\u00fdch akc\u00ed na monitorovan\u00e9 t\u00e9ma, nem\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm nez\u00e1konn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek atd.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1klad epidemiologie odpadn\u00edch vod (wastewater-based epidemiology\u00a0\u2013 WBE) byl polo\u017een na p\u0159elomu let 1999 a\u017e 2000 vysloven\u00edm hypot\u00e9zy, \u017ee ke komun\u00e1ln\u00ed\u00a0odpadn\u00ed vod\u011b lze p\u0159istupovat jako ke z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9mu vzorku mo\u010di [2] a\u00a0poprv\u00e9 byla aplikov\u00e1na v\u00a0povod\u00ed \u0159eky P\u00e1d [3]. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku byl epidemiologick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0odpadn\u00edm vod\u00e1m vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n ke sledov\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159eby nez\u00e1konn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0monitorovan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b a\u00a0k\u00a0up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed odhadu prevalence a\u00a0u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed drog v\u00a0populaci. Od doby sv\u00e9ho vzniku se tento obor velmi rychle rozv\u00edj\u00ed a\u00a0d\u00edky st\u00e1le se zdokonaluj\u00edc\u00ed analytick\u00e9 technice je mo\u017eno sledovat \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum l\u00e1tek ve velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch. Na <em>obr. 1<\/em> je schematick\u00e9 zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00ed epidemiologick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu k\u00a0odpadn\u00edm vod\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody obsahuj\u00ed komplexn\u00ed sm\u011bs chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v\u010detn\u011b hum\u00e1nn\u00edch metabolit\u016f\u00a0\u2013 biomarker\u016f. Kvantitativn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bchto specifick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek poskytne informaci nap\u0159. o\u00a0zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, zdravotn\u00edm stavu obyvatelstva, v\u00fdskytu chorob, spot\u0159eb\u011b alkoholu, l\u00e9\u010div a\u00a0expozici populace environment\u00e1ln\u00edm kontaminant\u016fm, nap\u0159. pesticid\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Ve V\u00daV TGM, v. v. i., je od po\u010d\u00e1tku leto\u0161n\u00edho roku \u0159e\u0161en projekt: \u010cist\u00e1 voda\u00a0\u2013 zdrav\u00e9 m\u011bsto: Komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed voda jako diagnostick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy<em>.<\/em> Do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed Konceptu IV jsou zapojeny hydrochemick\u00e9 laborato\u0159e z\u00a0odboru anal\u00fdz a\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed slo\u017eek \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed (Praha) a\u00a0ostravsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dky. Vedle nez\u00e1konn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch l\u00e9\u010div jsou sledov\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 metabolity alkoholu (ethylsulf\u00e1t), nikotinu (kotinin a\u00a0<em>trans<\/em>-3-hydroxykotinin) a\u00a0pesticid\u016f. Monitoring bude prob\u00edhat po dobu dvou let na vybran\u00fdch m\u00edstech kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy. Pl\u00e1novan\u00fdm v\u00fdstupem je mapov\u00e1 vrstva do Geoport\u00e1lu hl. m. Prahy, do kter\u00e9 bude v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pravideln\u00e9ho monitoringu zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1na nap\u0159. spot\u0159eba drog v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech Prahy.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu je tak\u00e9 Socioekonomick\u00e1 studie prostorov\u00e9ho rozlo\u017een\u00ed obyvatelstva a\u00a0identifikace rizikov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu obyvatel. C\u00edlem je z\u00edskat aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed data o\u00a0spot\u0159eb\u011b drog v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech Prahy (podle mo\u017enost\u00ed odb\u011bru na jednotliv\u00fdch kanaliza\u010dn\u00edch stok\u00e1ch), stejn\u011b tak jako o\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00a0projektu sledov\u00e1ny. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci Konceptu IV je sledov\u00e1no 29 l\u00e1tek. Jejich seznam je k\u00a0dispozici v\u00a0<em>tabulce\u00a01<\/em>. Uveden\u00e9 l\u00e1tky se dosud pravideln\u011b nemonitoruj\u00ed, nejsou podchyceny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou legislativou. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich v\u00fdskytu a\u00a0koncentrac\u00ed v\u00a0odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch je v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 nejen z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f, ale vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek nejsou zcela odstran\u011bny v\u00a0procesu \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod, dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed se i\u00a0do vod povrchov\u00fdch, ve kter\u00fdch mohou m\u00edt dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00edskan\u00e1 a\u00a0analyticky zpracovan\u00e1 data budou interpretov\u00e1na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mapov\u00e9ho port\u00e1lu. Potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed je vyu\u017eit\u00ed Geoport\u00e1lu hl. m. Prahy, tzn. \u017ee v\u00fdstupy projektu budou m\u00edt podobu mapov\u00fdch vrstev a\u00a0datab\u00e1z\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by Magistr\u00e1t hl. m. Prahy jako\u017eto koncov\u00fd u\u017eivatel v\u00fdsledk\u016f \u0161\u00ed\u0159il p\u0159es sv\u016fj Geoport\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b anal\u00fdzy a\u00a0m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch budou vytvo\u0159eny metody pro hodnocen\u00ed \u00fa\u010delnosti, efektivity a\u00a0hospod\u00e1rnosti opat\u0159en\u00ed prevence a\u00a0kontroly u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Metody budou nastaveny tak, aby byly vyu\u017eiteln\u00e9 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy hodnocen\u00ed (ex-ante, ex-post, on-going atd.).<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u016fb\u011bh \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu<\/h2>\n<h3>Odb\u011bry a\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00faprava vzork\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0pracovn\u00edky \u00da\u010cOV bylo vybr\u00e1no \u0161est odb\u011brov\u00fdch profil\u016f na kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edti hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy, byl p\u0159ipraven pl\u00e1n vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0domluveny podm\u00ednky vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0dopravy vzork\u016f do laborato\u0159e V\u00daV TGM, v. v. i. Odb\u011brov\u00e9 profily jsou na celkov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edtoku na \u00da\u010cOV a\u00a0d\u00e1le potom na jednotliv\u00fdch stok\u00e1ch\u00a0\u2013 ACK, B, D, E a\u00a0F. Odb\u011bry prob\u00edhaly od za\u010d\u00e1tku dubna 2018, v\u00a0roce 2018 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b ve \u010dty\u0159denn\u00edch intervalech, v\u00a0roce 2019 v\u00a0osmidenn\u00edch intervalech. Krom\u011b t\u011bchto odb\u011br\u016f byla v\u00a0roce 2019 je\u0161t\u011b realizov\u00e1na t\u00fddenn\u00ed monitorovac\u00ed kampa\u0148 pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed projekt SCORE. Odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny byly 24hodinov\u00e9 sl\u00e9van\u00e9 vzorky komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody. Vzorky se odeb\u00edraj\u00ed do \u010dist\u00fdch vzorkovnic z\u00a0vhodn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu (sklo, polypropylen (PP)). Illustrative shots of municipal wastewater sampling<\/h6>\n<p>Na <em>obr. 3<\/em> je mapa pra\u017esk\u00e9 stokov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b s\u00a0vyzna\u010den\u00edm oblast\u00ed spadaj\u00edc\u00edch pod jednotliv\u00e9 stoky.<\/p>\n<p>K anal\u00fdze se pou\u017eije alikvotn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st odebran\u00e9ho vzorku, konzervace se neprov\u00e1d\u00ed. Po odb\u011bru se vzorky uchov\u00e1vaj\u00ed v chladu a temnu p\u0159i teplot\u011b do 8 \u00b0C. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplota uchov\u00e1n\u00ed vzork\u016f nen\u00ed z\u00e1vadou. Pokud nelze vzorek analyzovat do 72 h po odb\u011bru, vzorek je zamra\u017een a do vlastn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy je skladov\u00e1n p\u0159i teplot\u011b -20 \u00b1 4 \u00b0C. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplota uchov\u00e1n\u00ed vzork\u016f nen\u00ed z\u00e1vadou. Pro stanoven\u00ed nikotinu a\u00a0jeho metabolit\u016f a\u00a0stanoven\u00ed ethylsulf\u00e1tu byly zavedeny dv\u011b zcela nov\u00e9 metody. Tyto metody byly validov\u00e1ny a\u00a0akreditov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na chemick\u00e9 vlastnosti l\u00e1tek byly pou\u017eity n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed postupy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stanoven\u00ed vybran\u00fdch drog metodou kapalinov\u00e9 chromatografie s\u00a0on-line prekoncentrac\u00ed a\u00a0hmotnostn\u00ed detekc\u00ed v\u00a0ESI + m\u00f3du,<\/li>\n<li>stanoven\u00ed vybran\u00fdch drog metodou kapalinov\u00e9 chromatografie s\u00a0on-line prekoncentrac\u00ed a\u00a0hmotnostn\u00ed detekc\u00ed v\u00a0ESI\u00a0\u2013 m\u00f3du),<\/li>\n<li>stanoven\u00ed nikotinu a\u00a0jeho vybran\u00fdch metabolit\u016f metodou kapalinov\u00e9 chromatografie s\u00a0on-line prekoncentrac\u00ed a\u00a0hmotnostn\u00ed detekc\u00ed v\u00a0ESI + m\u00f3du),<\/li>\n<li>stanoven\u00ed ethylsulf\u00e1tu metodou kapalinov\u00e9 chromatografie s\u00a0hmotnostn\u00ed detekc\u00ed v\u00a0ESI\u00a0\u2013 m\u00f3du.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Analytick\u00e9 metody jsou podrobn\u011b pops\u00e1ny v\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nku \u201eStanoven\u00ed vybran\u00fdch drog a\u00a0jejich metabolit\u016f v\u00a0odpadn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch metodou kapalinov\u00e9 chromatografie\u201c (auto\u0159i: Posp\u00edchalov\u00e1, D. a\u00a0kol.), kter\u00fd je rovn\u011b\u017e prezentov\u00e1n v\u00a0tomto \u010d\u00edsle VTEI.<\/p>\n<h3>Zp\u011btn\u00e1 kalkulace spot\u0159eby monitorovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/h3>\n<p>Ze zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed (ng\/l) sledovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0analyzovan\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody lze zji\u0161\u0165ovat dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fadaje, jako jsou nap\u0159. denn\u00ed odnosy monitorovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek \u010di jejich spot\u0159eba vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e9 v\u00a0g\/den\/1 000 obyvatel (jednotka hmotnosti m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt podle pot\u0159eby jin\u00e1). K\u00a0t\u011bmto p\u0159epo\u010dt\u016fm je t\u0159eba zn\u00e1t denn\u00ed pr\u016ftok odpadn\u00ed vody v\u00a0den odb\u011bru 24hodinov\u00e9ho sl\u00e9van\u00e9ho vzorku a\u00a0po\u010det obyvatel napojen\u00fdch na kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 v\u00a0dan\u00e9 oblasti. Tak zjist\u00edme denn\u00ed odnosy jednotliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spot\u0159eby konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed l\u00e1tky je nezbytn\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b tzv. korek\u010dn\u00ed (p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vac\u00ed) faktor, kter\u00fd se stanov\u00ed jako pom\u011br molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch hmotnost\u00ed monitorovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a\u00a0specifick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (metabolitu nebo nezm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 monitorovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky) n\u00e1soben\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011brnou procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed metabolizac\u00ed monitorovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky na zvolen\u00fd metabolit, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nemetabolizac\u00ed, proch\u00e1z\u00ed-li monitorovan\u00e1 l\u00e1tka organismem \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nezm\u011bn\u011bna.<\/p>\n<p>Hodnoty denn\u00edch pr\u016ftok\u016f komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody pro pot\u0159eby projektu poskytuj\u00ed Pra\u017esk\u00e9 vodovody a\u00a0kanalizace, a. s. Odhad po\u010dtu obyvatel n\u00e1le\u017e\u00edc\u00edch do jednotliv\u00fdch sp\u00e1dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed stokov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b dat ze s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed lidu, dom\u016f a\u00a0obyvatel a\u00a0registru obyvatel provedla spole\u010dnost ACCENDO, z. \u00fa. Korek\u010dn\u00ed faktory jsou pou\u017eity z\u00a0liter\u00e1rn\u00edch zdroj\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3>Non-target (nec\u00edlov\u00e1) anal\u00fdza<\/h3>\n<p>Nec\u00edlov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza slou\u017e\u00ed ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzorku. Hydroanalytick\u00e9 laborato\u0159e V\u00daV TGM, v. v. i., nedisponuj\u00ed vhodn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00fdm vybaven\u00edm pro tento typ anal\u00fdz, proto byly vybran\u00e9 vzorky odpadn\u00ed vody p\u0159ed\u00e1ny k\u00a0anal\u00fdze do Laborato\u0159e forenzn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy biologicky aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek na V\u0160CHT v\u00a0Praze. V\u00fdsledky anal\u00fdz se vyhodnocuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Subdod\u00e1vka\u00a0\u2013 Socioekonomick\u00e1 studie<\/h3>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu je tak\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed Socioekonomick\u00e9 studie prostorov\u00e9ho rozlo\u017een\u00ed obyvatelstva a\u00a0identifikace rizikov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu obyvatel. Tato studie byla \u0159e\u0161ena subdodavatelsky spole\u010dnost\u00ed ACCENDO\u00a0\u2013 Centrum pro v\u011bdu a\u00a0v\u00fdzkum, z. \u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Detailn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed informace o\u00a0t\u00e9to studii jsou uvedeny v\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nku \u201eVyu\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00edch analytick\u00fdch metod p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rizik a\u00a0tvorb\u011b \u00fazemn\u00edch strategi\u00ed\u201c (auto\u0159i: Hru\u0161kov\u00e1, A. a\u00a0Hru\u0161ka, L.), kter\u00fd je tak\u00e9 prezentov\u00e1n v\u00a0tomto \u010d\u00edsle VTEI.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edklady v\u00fdsledk\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Odb\u011bry vzork\u016f byly zah\u00e1jeny v\u00a0dubnu roku 2018, zpo\u010d\u00e1tku byly monitorov\u00e1ny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u201eklasick\u00e9\u201c drogy, pozd\u011bji (\u010dervenec 2018) byly dopln\u011bny i\u00a0l\u00e1tky, pro kter\u00e9 byly vyv\u00edjeny nov\u00e9 metody. Odb\u011bry byly ukon\u010deny v\u00a0prosinci 2019. V\u00fdsledky jsou postupn\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<p>Bylo odebr\u00e1no a\u00a0zanalyzov\u00e1no cca 500 vzork\u016f odpadn\u00edch vod. N\u00e1lezy monitorovan\u00fdch drog ze skupiny ozna\u010den\u00e9 v\u00a0<em>tabulce 1<\/em> jako \u201eklasick\u00e9\u201c drogy (s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou heroinu a\u00a0LSD, kter\u00e9 nebyly nalezeny v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m vzorku) a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek (<em>cis<\/em>-tramadol, nordiazepam, nikotin a jeho metabolity, ethylsulf\u00e1t a efedrin) byly pozitivn\u00ed ve v\u0161ech odebran\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve v\u0161ech vzorc\u00edch byl nalezen metadon a jeho metabolit 22-ethylidene-1,5-dimethyl-3,3-diphenylpyrrolidine (EDDP). Fentanyl se vyskytuje v koncentrac\u00edch okolo meze stanovitelnosti. Buprenorfin a v\u011bt\u0161ina l\u00e1tek ze skupiny nov\u00fdch syntetick\u00fdch drog (NSD) nebyly nalezeny v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m vzorku. N\u00e1lezy n\u011bkter\u00fdch NSD (mefedron) jsou zcela ojedin\u011bl\u00e9 \u2013 jednotky vzork\u016f. Heroin je metabolizov\u00e1n na 6-acetylmorfin, kter\u00fd rychle degraduje, nepoda\u0159ilo se ho stanovit v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m, dosud v laborato\u0159i odebran\u00e9m, vzorku odpadn\u00edch vod. Dal\u0161\u00ed metabolit t\u00e9to drogy, morfin, je v\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 metabolitem i\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek, v\u010detn\u011b preskribovan\u00fdch l\u00e9\u010div. Ur\u010dit, jak\u00fd pod\u00edl n\u00e1lez\u016f morfinu vznikl degradac\u00ed heroinu, je prakticky nere\u00e1ln\u00e9. Typickou v\u00edkendovou drogou je ext\u00e1ze. Je v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 metabolitem metamfetaminu a\u00a0n\u00e1lezy v\u00a0komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vod\u011b tomu odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Spot\u0159eb\u011b tab\u00e1ku je v\u011bnov\u00e1n <em>obr. 6<\/em>. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi metabolity jsou zejm\u00e9na kotinin a\u00a0<em>trans<\/em>-3-hydroxykotinin, stabiln\u00ed metabolity nikotinu. Jeho spot\u0159eba je sledov\u00e1na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm metabolitu ethysulf\u00e1fu. V\u00fdsledky jsou postupn\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny, jsou prov\u00e1d\u011bny zp\u011btn\u00e9 p\u0159epo\u010dty odnos\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch sledovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek jak v\u00a0d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch monitorovan\u00fdch oblastech (jednotliv\u00e9 stoky pra\u017esk\u00e9 kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, tak na p\u0159\u00edtoku na \u00da\u010cOV hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy). Z\u00a0uveden\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f jsou z\u0159ejm\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly ve spot\u0159eb\u011b drog v\u00a0rozd\u00edln\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech Prahy. Laborato\u0159 se zapojila do mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho projektu SCORE, jeho\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je vedle t\u00fddenn\u00edho monitoringu komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody ve sledovan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b, v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Prahy, i\u00a0\u00fa\u010dast v\u00a0mezilaboratorn\u00edm porovn\u00e1n\u00ed zkou\u0161ek.
