For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek p\u0159edstavuje \u010d\u00e1st projektu \u010cist\u00e1 voda\u00a0\u2013 zdrav\u00e9 m\u011bsto, kter\u00fd se zab\u00fdval mimo jin\u00e9 hodnocen\u00edm kvality \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f z\u00a0pohledu z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee prioritn\u00edmi a\u00a0prioritn\u00edmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami (PPN l\u00e1tky), kter\u00e9 mohou nap\u0159. b\u011bhem povodn\u00ed ohrozit vodn\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9my i\u00a0lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Projekt je financov\u00e1n z\u00a0Evropsk\u00fdch struktur\u00e1ln\u00edch a investi\u010dn\u00edch fond\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Praha \u2013 p\u00f3l r\u016fstu \u010cR a byl navr\u017een s\u00a0trv\u00e1n\u00edm 2,5 roku s p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fdm ukon\u010den\u00edm v\u00a0pololet\u00ed roku 2020. Lokality pro vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f byly vytipov\u00e1ny v\u00a0z\u00e1jmov\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy, v\u00a0povod\u00ed vodn\u00edch tok\u016f nad hlavn\u00edm m\u011bstem, na \u0159ece Berounce, S\u00e1zav\u011b a\u00a0Vltav\u011b. Smyslem \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed Konceptu III s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem \u201ePredikce mo\u017en\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek p\u0159i hav\u00e1ri\u00edch a\u00a0povodn\u00edch, riziko \u00fanik\u016f l\u00e1tek z\u00e1vadn\u00fdch vod\u00e1m a\u00a0preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 podklad k\u00a0havarijn\u00edmu pl\u00e1nu\u201c, je zlep\u0161en\u00ed informovanosti o\u00a0v\u00fdskytu l\u00e1tek definovan\u00fdch jako l\u00e1tky prioritn\u00ed a\u00a0prioritn\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 (d\u00e1le jen PPN l\u00e1tky) a\u00a0vyhodnocen\u00ed rizika pro hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto s\u00a0ohledem na jejich mo\u017en\u00fd v\u00fdskyt a\u00a0nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159uje na specifickou skupinu chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e1 z\u00a0hlediska \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a\u00a0akumulace v\u00a0povod\u00ed vodn\u00edch tok\u016f a\u00a0jejich ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159edstavuje nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko ohro\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Prioritn\u00ed a\u00a0prioritn\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm rizikem pro vodn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, vyzna\u010duj\u00ed se akutn\u00ed a\u00a0chronickou toxicitou pro vodn\u00ed organismy, akumuluj\u00ed se ve vodn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9mech, zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed \u00fabytek p\u0159irozen\u00fdch biologick\u00fdch stanovi\u0161\u0165 a\u00a0mohou ohro\u017eovat i\u00a0lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. L\u00e1tky byly poprv\u00e9 definov\u00e1ny v\u00a0roce 2001 v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d. X R\u00e1mcov\u00e9 sm\u011brnice o\u00a0vodn\u00ed politice [1] a\u00a0byly n\u00e1sledn\u011b dopln\u011bny Sm\u011brnic\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a\u00a0Rady 2013\/39\/EU [2]. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9ho konceptu byla vyu\u017eita \u0159ada odborn\u00fdch datab\u00e1z\u00ed a informac\u00ed [3] a uskute\u010dnil se monitoring t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech.<\/p>\n<h2>Sou\u010dasn\u00fd stav<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdskyt PPN l\u00e1tek je ve vodn\u00edch toc\u00edch monitorov\u00e1n pro pot\u0159eby pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0posouzen\u00ed chemick\u00e9ho stavu vod [4] \u2013 jako sou\u010d\u00e1st dobr\u00e9ho stavu vod, kter\u00e9ho by m\u011blo b\u00fdt postupn\u011b dosa\u017eeno. Dosavadn\u00ed poznatky uveden\u00e9ho monitoringu jsou obsa\u017eeny v\u00a0<em>tabulce 1<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0dosavadn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee PPN l\u00e1tky sledovan\u00e9 v\u00a0povrchov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch \u010cR se vyskytuj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ve velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch na \u00farovni mez\u00ed stanovitelnosti dan\u00e9ho monitoringu (MS). Pokud jsou zji\u0161t\u011bny hodnoty nad MS, pak v\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159esahuj\u00ed NEK-RP (norma environment\u00e1ln\u00ed kvality vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e1 jako ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota) a\u00a0NEK-NPK (norma environment\u00e1ln\u00ed kvality vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e1 jako nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e1 koncentrace).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i orienta\u010dn\u00edm porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0hodnotami NEK [5] jsou v povrchov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch nej\u010dast\u011bji p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1ny hodnoty NEK-RP anebo NEK-NPK u l\u00e1tek pat\u0159\u00edc\u00edm do skupiny t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f (Hg, Cd, Ni), do skupiny polycyklick\u00fdch aromatick\u00fdch uhlovod\u00edk\u016f \u2013 PAU (benzo(a)pyren a\u00a0benzo(ghi)perylen, benzo(b)fluoranthen, benzo(k)fluoranthen, fluoranthen) a\u00a0d\u00e1le isoproturon, diuron, pyren a\u00a0bromovan\u00fd difenylether.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 1. Vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod s\u00a0povolen\u00fdm obsahem t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek nevede bezprost\u0159edn\u011b k\u00a0p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed jakostn\u00edch limit\u016f v\u00a0toku. Tento stav se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit pohybem \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f, ve kter\u00fdch mohou b\u00fdt tyto l\u00e1tky ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e akumulov\u00e1ny. Riziko nadlimitn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed PPN l\u00e1tek v\u00a0povrchov\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch je tak zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 za povodn\u00ed a\u00a0p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch vodn\u00edch stavech, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0pohybu sediment\u016f a\u00a0k\u00a0uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e1tek v\u00a0nich obsa\u017een\u00fdch. Vodn\u00ed toky jsou prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm odpadn\u00edch vod zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1ny nejv\u00edce t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi kovy a\u00a0l\u00e1tkami ze skupiny PAU. L\u00e1tky ze skupiny adsorbovateln\u00e9 organicky v\u00e1zan\u00e9 halogeny \u2013 AOX [6] se nedaj\u00ed v\u011brohodn\u011b hodnotit\u00a0\u2013 jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0dnes b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd \u201ev\u0161eobecn\u00fd ukazatel\u201c, pro kter\u00fd existuj\u00ed sice limity, ale jednotliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky mohou b\u00fdt rozsahem zna\u010dn\u011b v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b rizikov\u00e9 a proveden\u00e1 hodnocen\u00ed nelze proto pova\u017eovat za objektivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Hodnocen\u00ed sediment\u016f proveden\u00e9 v\u00a0z\u00e1jmov\u00e9 oblasti m\u011blo za c\u00edl dolo\u017eit, jak\u00e9 PPN l\u00e1tky se v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech akumuluj\u00ed v\u00a0nadlimitn\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch, kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt pro vodn\u00ed tok a\u00a0jeho ekosyst\u00e9my rizikem a\u00a0pota\u017emo by mohly ohrozit kvalitu povrchov\u00fdch vod v\u00a0hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozsah monitoringu \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f a\u00a0laboratorn\u00edch anal\u00fdz<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd \u00fastav vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd T. G. Masaryka, v. v. i., se zab\u00fdval odb\u011brem vzork\u016f \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f v\u00a0r\u00e1mci uveden\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed Konceptu\u00a0III\u00a0[7] v\u00a0obdob\u00ed let 2018 a\u017e 2019. V\u00a0projektu bylo p\u0159edn\u011b nutn\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it zainteresovanou oblast hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy a t\u00edm pokr\u00fdt povod\u00ed vodn\u00edch tok\u016f, kter\u00fdmi by se mohly PPN l\u00e1tky do Prahy dostat. P\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm zah\u00e1jen\u00edm odb\u011br\u016f vzork\u016f \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f prob\u011bhlo vytipov\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00fdch m\u00edst v\u00a0z\u00e1jmov\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje v\u00a0bl\u00edzkosti hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta. Krit\u00e9riem bylo z\u00edskat lokality, kter\u00e9 by pokryly zdroje vypou\u0161t\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody s\u00a0mo\u017en\u00fdm obsahem PPN l\u00e1tek do vodn\u00edch tok\u016f z\u00e1jmov\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm krit\u00e9riem, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnilo v\u00fdb\u011br vlastn\u00edch lokalit, byla znalost m\u00edst, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed akumulaci \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f. Proto\u017ee sedimenty se ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e vyskytuj\u00ed ve vodn\u00edch toc\u00edch se sn\u00ed\u017eenou rychlost\u00ed vody, kter\u00e1 je n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou sedimentace plaven\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, byla vybr\u00e1na m\u00edsta v\u00a0nadjez\u00ed vodn\u00edch tok\u016f. Posledn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem byla samotn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstupnost odb\u011brn\u00fdch m\u00edst. (<em>obr. 2<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Vzorky \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f byly odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny ru\u010dn\u00edm odb\u011br\u00e1kem na teleskopick\u00e9 ty\u010di nebo pomoc\u00ed odb\u011br\u00e1ku pro dnov\u00e9 sedimenty (typ Ekman-Birge) na lan\u011b. V\u00a0odb\u011brn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b Vltava-\u0160t\u011bchovice byl sediment odebr\u00e1n pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di do kbel\u00edku na lan\u011b. Odebran\u00fd \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed sediment byl n\u00e1sledn\u011b ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech odvodn\u011bn. Reprezentativn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed sedimentu bylo pomoc\u00ed lopatky p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bno do plastov\u00fdch vzorkovnic o\u00a0objemu 2 l. Divers taking river sediments<\/h6>\n<p>Laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed komer\u010dn\u00ed laborato\u0159\u00ed ALS Czech Republic, s. r. o., se s\u00eddlem Praha-Vyso\u010dany. V\u00fdsledky laboratorn\u00edch anal\u00fdz z\u00a0koncentracemi PPN l\u00e1tek v\u00a0su\u0161in\u011b byly p\u0159ed\u00e1ny v\u00a0podob\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1vac\u00edch protokol\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Celkem byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy pro v\u0161echny PPN l\u00e1tky v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m odebran\u00e9m vzorku \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho sedimentu. Za dobu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projektu bylo odebr\u00e1no z\u00a0uveden\u00fdch odb\u011brn\u00fdch m\u00edst celkem 48 vzork\u016f \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f (\u010dty\u0159i lokality, \u0161est\u00a0s\u00e9ri\u00ed odb\u011br\u016f a dva vzorky na lokalitu \u2013 litor\u00e1l + proudnice vodn\u00edho toku).<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky a\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Prvotn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed laboratorn\u00edch anal\u00fdz se zab\u00fdvalo t\u00edm, kter\u00e9 PPN l\u00e1tky se vyskytovaly nad mez\u00ed stanovitelnosti. Z\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00a0monitorovan\u00fdch m\u00edstech byly v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech zji\u0161t\u011bny koncentrace n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fdch l\u00e1tek nad mez\u00ed stanovitelnosti (MS), viz n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed <em>tabulka 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 2. V ostatn\u00edch vzorc\u00edch \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f byly hodnoty PFOSu pod mez\u00ed stanovitelnosti.<\/p>\n<p>U\u00a0<em>benzenu <\/em>byly zji\u0161t\u011bny koncentrace nad hodnotou MS rovn\u011b\u017e pouze na dvou lokalit\u00e1ch (Vltava-Mod\u0159any nad jezem ve \u010dty\u0159ech vzorc\u00edch a S\u00e1zava-\u017dampach nad jezem v jednom vzorku). Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 hodnota byla asi 3\u00d7 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e MS.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e1tka <em>DEHP <\/em>se vyskytla nad mez\u00ed detekce ve t\u0159ech lokalit\u00e1ch (Vltava-\u0160t\u011bchovice nad jezem ve dvou vzorc\u00edch, Berounka-\u010cerno\u0161ice nad jezem v jednom vzorku a S\u00e1zava-\u017dampach nad jezem v sedmi vzorc\u00edch \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sediment\u016f). Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty byly asi 3,5\u00d7 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e MS.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatn\u00ed PPN l\u00e1tky uveden\u00e9 v\u00a0<em>tabulce 2<\/em> se vyskytovaly nad hodnotou MS na v\u0161ech \u010dty\u0159ech lokalit\u00e1ch, a\u00a0to ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch. Proto\u017ee v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice ani v\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unii neexistuje legislativn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj stanovuj\u00edc\u00ed limitn\u00ed hodnoty pro koncentrace polutant\u016f v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech, byly pro \u00fa\u010dely dal\u0161\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed pou\u017eity hodnoty pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u00a0Kanad\u011b a\u00a0v\u00a0Austr\u00e1lii, viz n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed <em>tabulka 3 <\/em>[8].<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 3. V\u0161echna data byla p\u0159evzata ze str\u00e1nek Australsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dn\u00ed iniciativy (Australian Government Initiative) [9]. Ze srovn\u00e1n\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch limit\u016f a\u00a0limit\u016f platn\u00fdch do roku 2018 je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina hodnot z\u016fstala beze zm\u011bny, pouze byly n\u011bkter\u00e9 hodnoty vypu\u0161t\u011bny.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed sm\u011brnici je DGV v\u00fdchoz\u00ed sm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota. Tato hodnota ud\u00e1v\u00e1 koncentraci, pod n\u00ed\u017e je n\u00edzk\u00e9 riziko v\u00fdskytu ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vliv\u016f a\u00a0m\u00e1 b\u00fdt pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na k\u00a0ochran\u011b vodn\u00edho ekosyst\u00e9mu. GV-high je dodate\u010dn\u00e1 horn\u00ed sm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota ud\u00e1v\u00e1 koncentraci, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0toxicitou.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0ji\u017e neplatn\u00e9 australsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnici byla ISQG doporu\u010den\u00e1 sm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota kvality sedimentu. Proto\u017ee se v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho ekosyst\u00e9mu jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0interakci dvou odli\u0161n\u00fdch slo\u017eek, kde pro vodu existuj\u00ed dan\u00e9 limity a\u00a0pro sediment ne, je d\u00e1le \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed zab\u00fdvat se spole\u010dn\u00fdm hodnocen\u00edm. Lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed podrobn\u00fd monitoring uveden\u00fdch slo\u017eek by mohl pomoci naj\u00edt \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kde dobr\u00e9mu chemick\u00e9mu stavu vod odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u201edefinovan\u00fd stav sediment\u016f\u201c. Zp\u016fsoby hodnocen\u00ed rizik pro \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9my vlivem p\u016fsoben\u00ed chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a\u00a0hled\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch standard\u016f se vyv\u00edj\u00ed a\u00a0znalost stavu n\u00e1m hled\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee usnadnit.<\/p>\n<p>Asi pouze \u00bc definovan\u00fdch PPN l\u00e1tek se vyskytuje v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech nad mezemi stanovitelnosti. Z\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee a\u017e na v\u00fdjimky jsou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny prioritn\u00ed a\u00a0prioritn\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00a0n\u00e1mi monitorovan\u00fdch \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech nad mezemi stanovitelnosti, sou\u010dasn\u011b i\u00a0l\u00e1tkami vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edmi se v\u00a0koncentrac\u00edch, kter\u00e9 by mohly znamenat riziko v\u00fdskytu ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vliv\u016f p\u0159i ochran\u011b vodn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f a\u00a0zdrav\u00ed obyvatel. Z\u00a0proveden\u00e9ho monitoringu lze usuzovat, \u017ee mezi PPN l\u00e1tky, vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00a0\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch sedimentech ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch na v\u0161ech monitorovan\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch, pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm olovo, anthracen a naftalen.
