For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>\u010cl\u00e1nek popisuje bibliometrickou anal\u00fdzu \u010desk\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f o\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b a\u00a0srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se sv\u011btem. V\u00a0\u00favodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti \u010dl\u00e1nku je p\u0159edstavena vodn\u00ed stopa a\u00a0jej\u00ed v\u00fdvoj. Pro bibliometrickou anal\u00fdzu byla pro \u010desk\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky pou\u017eita data z\u00a0datab\u00e1ze v\u00fdsledk\u016f VaVaI (RIV). Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se sv\u011btem byla pou\u017eita data z\u00a0datab\u00e1z\u00ed Scopus\u00ae a\u00a0Web of Science\u00ae. V\u00a0\u010d\u00e1sti Data a\u00a0metody jsou pops\u00e1na krit\u00e9ria a\u00a0filtry pro v\u00fdb\u011br dat z\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch datab\u00e1z\u00ed. V\u00a0\u010d\u00e1sti V\u00fdsledky jsou uvedeny bibliometrick\u00e9 \u00fadaje z\u00edskan\u00e9 ze v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed datab\u00e1z\u00ed. Soust\u0159edili jsme se na po\u010det \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, publikuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 instituce, \u010dasopisy ve kter\u00fdch jsou \u010dl\u00e1nky o\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b nej\u010dast\u011bji publikov\u00e1ny a\u00a0ze kter\u00fdch zem\u00ed poch\u00e1zej\u00ed instituce publikuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nky o\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b. \u010c\u00e1st Z\u00e1v\u011br a\u00a0diskuse se pak v\u011bnuje srovn\u00e1n\u00ed situace v\u00a0\u010cR a\u00a0okoln\u00edch st\u0159edoevropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch a\u00a0shrnuje poznatky, kter\u00e9 lze z\u00a0omezen\u00e9ho po\u010dtu \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f o\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b (vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nebo ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdmi experty) vyvodit.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>Voda je nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota a\u00a0jej\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed se dostalo mezi hlavn\u00ed c\u00edle udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje OSN [1]. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro hodnocen\u00ed udr\u017eitelnosti spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm vody je tzv. vodn\u00ed stopa [2], kterou lze pou\u017e\u00edt i\u00a0p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed pokroku v\u00a0dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed C\u00edl\u016f udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje OSN [3, 4]. Vodn\u00ed stopa je koncept relativn\u011b st\u00e1le mlad\u00fd a\u00a0proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed intenzivn\u00edm v\u00fdvojem [5, s.\u00a09], kter\u00fd navazuje na koncept virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed vody p\u0159edstaven\u00fd profesorem Allanem\u00a0[6]. Pojem vodn\u00ed stopa se objevil v\u00a0roce 2002 [7, 8] a\u00a0byl n\u00e1sledn\u011b rozpracov\u00e1n ve Water Footprint Network (WFN) do podoby metodick\u00e9ho standardu [9]. Definovan\u00e1 metodika hodnocen\u00ed vodn\u00ed stopy (Water Footprint Assessment\u00a0\u2013 WFA) n\u00e1sledn\u011b pro\u0161la kritick\u00fdm zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm a\u00a0jedna z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch v\u00fdtek sm\u011b\u0159ovala k\u00a0omezen\u00e9 schopnosti WFA identifikovat dopady spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm vody [10, 11]. Komunita zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se posuzov\u00e1n\u00edm dopad\u016f \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu (Life Cycle Assessment\u00a0\u2013 LCA) za\u010dala vyv\u00edjet vlastn\u00ed metodiku vodn\u00ed stopy, kter\u00e1 byla vyd\u00e1na jako mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma ISO 14046 [12]. P\u0159\u00edstup LCA komunity vyvolal reakci ze strany zast\u00e1nc\u016f p\u016fvodn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu [13], protireakci [14] atd. V\u00fdsledkem je pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed rozvoj obou p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f k\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b ve sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00fd se prom\u00edt\u00e1 do zna\u010dn\u00e9ho po\u010dtu v\u011bdeck\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou vodn\u00ed stopy \u010di virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed vody [15, 16]. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le otev\u0159eno hodn\u011b oblast\u00ed, kde je t\u0159eba dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum [4]. Proveden\u00e1 bibliometrick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza ukazuje, jak se do v\u00fdzkumu vodn\u00ed stopy zapojuj\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 instituce. \u010cl\u00e1nek p\u0159\u00edmo navazuje na workshop, kter\u00fd se uskute\u010dnil ve V\u00daV TGM v\u00a0kv\u011btnu 2019 [17]. Podobn\u00e9 bibliometrick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy vznikaj\u00ed i\u00a0v\u00a0jin\u00fdch zem\u00edch [18] \u010di podobn\u00fdch t\u00e9matech, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed k\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b bl\u00edzko nebo jsou p\u0159i studi\u00edch vodn\u00ed stopy vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny [19, 20].<\/p>\n<h2>Data a\u00a0metody<\/h2>\n<p>Bibliometrie se obecn\u011b zab\u00fdv\u00e1 studiem kvantitativn\u00edch aspekt\u016f produkce, roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0u\u017eit\u00ed zaznamenan\u00fdch informac\u00ed. Typickou, a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 jednou z\u00a0nejstar\u0161\u00edch bibliometri\u00ed je bibliometrick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza kvantitativn\u00edho r\u016fstu literatury [21].<\/p>\n<p>Pro bibliometrickou anal\u00fdzu \u010desk\u00fdch publikac\u00ed o vodn\u00ed stop\u011b byla pou\u017eita data evidovan\u00e1 v informa\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledk\u016f VaVaI tzv. RIV (https:\/\/www.rvvi.cz\/riv), proto\u017ee v t\u00e9to datab\u00e1zi by m\u011bly b\u00fdt uvedeny ve\u0161ker\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu realizovan\u00e9ho v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, resp. s podporou ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Pro zahrnut\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f do anal\u00fdzy byla pou\u017eita dv\u011b filtrovac\u00ed krit\u00e9ria. Do anal\u00fdzy byly zahrnuty pouze odborn\u00e9 texty evidovan\u00e9 jako typ v\u00fdsledku \u201e\u010dl\u00e1nek\u201c (J) nebo \u201esta\u0165 ve sborn\u00edku\u201c (D). Druh\u00fdm krit\u00e9riem pro v\u00fdb\u011br do anal\u00fdzy bylo kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 slovo \u201ewater footprint\u201c nebo \u201evirtual water\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Pro bibliometrickou anal\u00fdzu sv\u011btov\u00e9 literatury byly vyu\u017eity datab\u00e1ze Scopus\u00ae a\u00a0Web of Science\u00ae. Pro v\u00fdb\u011br publikac\u00ed v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae, zahrnut\u00fdch do anal\u00fdzy, byla pou\u017eita t\u0159i krit\u00e9ria. Obdobn\u011b jako v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010desk\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f byly do anal\u00fdzy zahrnuty jen v\u00fdsledky typu \u201e\u010dl\u00e1nek\u201c (ar) nebo \u201ekonferen\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek\u201c (cp). Stejn\u011b tak byly vybr\u00e1ny v\u00fdsledky podle uveden\u00e9ho kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho slova \u201ewater footprint\u201c nebo \u201evirtual water\u201c. Proto\u017ee v\u00a0RIVu nejsou dosud v\u00fdsledky za rok 2019, byly ze Scopusu pou\u017eity pouze z\u00e1znamy p\u0159ed rokem 2019 pomoc\u00ed filtru EXCLUDE (PUBYEAR, 2019), obdobn\u011b byly vypu\u0161t\u011bny \u010dty\u0159i v\u00fdsledky (z\u00a0let 1969 a\u017e 1986), proto\u017ee samotn\u00fd koncept virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed vody a\u00a0z\u00a0n\u011bj vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed vodn\u00ed stopy byl p\u0159edstaven a\u017e v\u00a0roce 1997 [6]. Obdobn\u011b byly z\u00a0datab\u00e1ze Web of Science\u00ae vybr\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky typu \u010dl\u00e1nek (article) a\u00a0konferen\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky (proceeding paper) s\u00a0parametrem topic = \u201ewater footprint\u201c nebo \u201evirtual water\u201c a\u00a0omezeny rokem 2018.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky<\/h2>\n<p>Datab\u00e1ze RIV obsahuje 19 v\u00fdsledk\u016f spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch nastaven\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria, z\u00a0toho 15\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a\u00a04 konferen\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky. Oproti tomu datab\u00e1ze Scopus\u00ae obsahuje 1\u00a0440 z\u00e1znam\u016f spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch stanoven\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria (1 281 \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a\u00a0159 konferen\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f). Datab\u00e1ze Web of Science\u00ae obsahuje 1 201 z\u00e1znam\u016f spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch zadan\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria (1 075 \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a\u00a0152 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f na konferenci). Prvn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi RIV je z\u00a0roku 2012, tj. 15 let po p\u0159edstaven\u00ed cel\u00e9ho konceptu. Prvn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae se objevuje v\u00a0roce 1999 a\u00a0v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae pak v\u00a0roce 2006. V\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae logicky p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed anglick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky (1\u00a0157\u00a0+\u00a0158) n\u00e1sledovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky v\u00a0\u010d\u00edn\u0161tin\u011b (93 + 1). P\u0159es 10 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9m jazyce se je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ehoupla \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tina, ve kter\u00e9 je v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae evidov\u00e1no 15 \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f. V\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky v\u00a0angli\u010dtin\u011b (1 171), n\u00e1sleduje \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tina s\u00a016 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky. \u010c\u00edn\u0161tina, kter\u00e1 je hojn\u011b zastoupena v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae m\u00e1 v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae pouh\u00e9 3 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0datab\u00e1zi RIVu se na zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch 19 v\u00fdstupech pod\u00edlelo 9 \u010desk\u00fdch instituc\u00ed, v\u00a0jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed u\u00a0p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku uvedena afilace k\u00a0 \u010desk\u00e9 instituci, pouze k\u00a0zahrani\u010dn\u00edm, a\u00a0v\u00a0jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nen\u00ed uvedena afilace v\u016fbec (<em>tabulka\u00a01<\/em>). V\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae se na 10 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch pod\u00edleli auto\u0159i s\u00a0afilac\u00ed k\u00a08\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdm instituc\u00edm (<em>tabulka 2<\/em>), v\u00a0jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u0161lo o\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nek, na kter\u00e9m se pod\u00edleli auto\u0159i ze dvou \u010desk\u00fdch instituc\u00ed, a\u00a0v\u00a0n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u011bl naopak jeden autor uvedeno v\u00edce afilac\u00ed k\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdm v\u011bdeck\u00fdm instituc\u00edm. V\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae je pouze 5 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f s\u00a0autorem s\u00a0afilac\u00ed k\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 instituci. Nej\u010dast\u011bji o\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed auto\u0159i s\u00a0\u010d\u00ednskou afilac\u00ed (403 z\u00e1znam\u016f v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae\/241 v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae), n\u00e1sledovan\u00ed autory s\u00a0afilac\u00ed v\u00a0USA (285\/221), Holandsku (150\/147), UK (110\/86) a\u00a0v\u00a0It\u00e1lii (109\/111). Nejcitovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nkem, na kter\u00e9m se pod\u00edlel \u010desk\u00fd autor je \u010dl\u00e1nek Steen-Olsena [22] (jako druh\u00fd autor je uveden Jan Weinzettl z\u00a0Univerzity Karlovy v\u00a0Praze) se 194 citacemi v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae, resp.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 1. Vysok\u00fd po\u010det citac\u00ed lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat tak\u00e9 od \u010dl\u00e1nku, na kter\u00e9m je jako koresponden\u010dn\u00ed autor Klaus Hub\u00e1\u010dek z\u00a0Masarykovy univerzity v\u00a0Brn\u011b [23] a\u00a0kter\u00fd za dva a\u00a0\u010dtvrt roku od zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed (online od 19. 6. 2017) z\u00edskal 51 citac\u00ed evidovan\u00fdch v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae. Druhou nejcitovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed publikac\u00ed v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae s\u00a0autorem s\u00a0afilac\u00ed k\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 instituci je \u010dl\u00e1nek, na n\u011bm\u017e se pod\u00edleli Petr Hlavinka a\u00a0Miroslav Trnka s\u00a0afilacemi k\u00a0CzechGlobe a\u00a0Mendelov\u011b univerzit\u011b v\u00a0Brn\u011b [24].<\/p>\n<p>\u010cl\u00e1nky o\u00a0vodn\u00ed stop\u011b lze v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nal\u00e9zt v\u00a0\u010dasopisech Vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (3), Entecho (2), VTEI (1) a\u00a0The Science for Population Protection (1). V\u00a0indexovan\u00fdch \u010dasopisech pak zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0Journal of Cleaner Production (105 v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Scopus\u00ae\/145 v\u00a0datab\u00e1zi Web of Science\u00ae), Science of the Total Environment (56\/55), Sustainability MDPI (54\/52), Water MDPI (49\/44) a\u00a0Ecological Indicators (44\/45). A. Hoekstry je leadrem a\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm propag\u00e1torem metodologie WFA. Minim\u00e1ln\u011b dv\u011b existuj\u00edc\u00ed publikace lze pova\u017eovat za v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 a\u00a0hojn\u011b citovan\u00e9. Anglick\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky jsou pak obvykle publikov\u00e1ny v\u00a0\u010dasopisech, kter\u00e9 se na t\u00e9ma vodn\u00ed stopy specializuj\u00ed. V\u00a0\u010de\u0161tin\u011b bohu\u017eel publikuje pouze V\u00daV TGM a\u00a0Univerzita Karlova, \u010desk\u00e1 odborn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost m\u00e1 tak omezenou mo\u017enost se sezn\u00e1mit s\u00a0prac\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165 na t\u00e9ma vodn\u00ed stopy. Zejm\u00e9na publikov\u00e1n\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch aplikac\u00ed vodn\u00ed stopy by pomohla k\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed propagaci a\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00ed tohoto n\u00e1stroje v\u00a0praxi.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, a\u00a0to i\u00a0anglick\u00fdch, je \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm k\u00a0dispozici voln\u011b. V\u00a0oblasti vodn\u00ed stopy je tak napl\u0148ov\u00e1na vize bezplatn\u00e9ho on-line p\u0159\u00edstupu k\u00a0publikovan\u00fdm v\u00fdstup\u016fm projekt\u016f financovan\u00fdch z\u00a0ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a\u00a0jejich op\u011btovn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.
