C\u00edlem bylo vedle dosa\u017een\u00ed co nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho efektu \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f, zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed stavebn\u00edch postup\u016f a\u00a0mnohdy i\u00a0obejit\u00ed neznalosti know-how v\u00a0cizin\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00edch technologi\u00ed. V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech \u0161lo tak\u00e9 o\u00a0trend celosv\u011btov\u00fd (hlavn\u011b u\u00a0\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mal\u00fdch zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed), nap\u0159. hled\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1hrady v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b nefunk\u010dn\u00edch nebo neexistuj\u00edc\u00edch dmychadel mal\u00e9 velikosti jin\u00fdm zdrojem vzduchu k\u00a0provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed aktiva\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed. V\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nku p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1m tehdy vyv\u00edjen\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 prvky a\u00a0pokus\u00edm se vysv\u011btlit, pro\u010d ne\u0161lo o\u00a0zcela slepou uli\u010dku aplikovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu, ale o\u00a0v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b seri\u00f3zn\u00ed hled\u00e1n\u00ed cest \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed problematiky nyn\u00ed zcela bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e9. V\u00a0\u010dl\u00e1nku tedy popisuji v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00fd v\u00fdzkum funkce pravo\u00fahl\u00fdch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed, koridorov\u00fdch \u010cOV a\u00a0tak\u00e9 aplikaci provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed ejektor\u016f. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee pro odbornou ve\u0159ejnost vystudovanou v\u00a0minul\u00fdch dvaceti letech jde o\u00a0poznatky m\u00e9n\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a\u00a0snad i\u00a0zaj\u00edmav\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>C\u00edlem tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku bylo p\u016fvodn\u011b p\u0159ipomenout i\u00a0jinou odbornou \u010dinnost V\u00daV (nyn\u00ed TGM) ne\u017e hydrologick\u00e9 a\u00a0hydrogeologick\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumy, pro kter\u00e9 byl \u00fastav zalo\u017een v\u00a0roce 1919, a\u00a0to konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v\u00fdzkum v\u00a0oblasti technologie \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod. Probl\u00e9m je ov\u0161em p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0rozsahu sd\u011blen\u00ed a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b tedy ve v\u00fdb\u011bru popisovan\u00fdch t\u00e9mat. V\u00a0letech 1945 a\u017e 1990 v\u00a0tomto v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m odv\u011btv\u00ed \u00fastavu prob\u00edhal v\u00fdzkum r\u016fzn\u00e9ho rozsahu a\u00a0zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. V\u00a0Praze to byly tzv. Pokusn\u00e9 jednotky v\u00a0Buben\u010di (u\u00a0\u00da\u010cOV), kde prob\u00edhal dlouhodob\u00fd poloprovozn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum jak aktiva\u010dn\u00edch proces\u016f, tak i\u00a0biofiltrace, v\u00a0Ostrav\u011b prob\u00edhaly dlouhodob\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumy likvidace pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odpadn\u00edch vod z\u00a0regionu, na pra\u017esk\u00e9m pracovi\u0161ti v\u00fdzkum \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odpadn\u00edch vod r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f a\u00a0pozd\u011bji v\u00a0Praze i\u00a0v\u00a0Brn\u011b v\u00fdzkum extenzivn\u00edch postup\u016f \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0biologick\u00fdch rybn\u00edc\u00edch a\u00a0v\u00a0tzv. ko\u0159enov\u00fdch \u010cOV).<\/p>\n<p>Jak uv\u00e1d\u00edm d\u00e1le, v\u00a0popisu metodiky nejsou k\u00a0dispozici v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy a\u00a0vlastn\u011b ani jin\u00e9 podklady. Volba proto padla na dva v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 sm\u011bry, u\u00a0kter\u00fdch se domn\u00edv\u00e1m, \u017ee je vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159ipomenout, pro\u010d v\u00a0tu dobu byl tento v\u00fdzkum v\u016fbec pot\u0159ebn\u00fd, aby p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m ohl\u00e9dnut\u00ed do historie nem\u011bli ti, kdo to nepamatuj\u00ed dojem, \u017ee \u0161lo o\u00a0zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce nebo pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasem. V\u00fdb\u011br byl op\u011bt d\u00e1n nedostatkem podklad\u016f\u00a0\u2013 jde o\u00a0\u010dinnosti, kter\u00fdch jsem se osobn\u011b z\u00fa\u010dastnil, by\u0165 pouze jako \u0159adov\u00fd technik. Jin\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, o\u00a0kter\u00fdch jsem pouze sly\u0161el, nap\u0159. v\u00fdzkum slo\u017een\u00ed shrabk\u016f na \u010desl\u00edch \u00da\u010cOV Praha nebo v\u00fdvoj poloprovozn\u00edho modelu aktiva\u010dn\u00ed \u010cOV, jsem nemohl za\u0159adit pro nedostatek podklad\u016f, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 mne to mrz\u00ed u\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016f m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed kvality vody z\u00a0odleh\u010dovac\u00ed komory pra\u017esk\u00e9 kanalizace p\u0159ed \u00da\u010cOV, kde jsem se pod\u00edlel na pl\u00e1nu vzorkov\u00e1n\u00ed i\u00a0na vyhodnocen\u00ed dnes zcela ztracen\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f (m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0roce 1983\u20131984).<\/p>\n<h2>Metodika<\/h2>\n<p>Bohu\u017eel v\u00fdsledky prac\u00ed odboru \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod V\u00daV (je\u0161t\u011b nikoli TGM) cca do roku 1990 nebyly digitalizov\u00e1ny a\u00a0p\u00edsemn\u00e9 podklady vzaly za sv\u00e9 b\u011bhem povodn\u011b v\u00a0roce 2002 jak v\u00a0archivu knihovny V\u00daV, tak i\u00a0p\u0159\u00edru\u010dn\u00edm archivu (tehdy) sekce technologie vody. Nepoda\u0159ilo se naj\u00edt ani \u010dl\u00e1nky v\u00a0odborn\u00e9m tisku, nejsp\u00ed\u0161e proto, \u017ee archiv \u010dasopisu VTEI byl podobn\u011b posti\u017een jako archivy v\u00a0\u00fastavu. Vedle vzpom\u00ednek nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm podkladem byly texty patentov\u00fdch p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ek t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se dan\u00e9 problematiky tedy \u201ehydropneumatick\u00e9ho provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed aktiva\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed\u201d a\u00a0\u201ev\u00fdstavby koridorov\u00fdch \u010cOV\u201d. Bohu\u017eel v\u00a0mno\u017estv\u00ed odborn\u00fdch dobov\u00fdch fotografi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u00a0\u00fastavu zachovaly, se mi nepoda\u0159ilo nal\u00e9zt dokumentuj\u00edc\u00ed tyto problematiky, a\u00a0tak byly pou\u017eity obr\u00e1zky z\u00a0internetov\u00e9 encyklopedie.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky a\u00a0diskuse<\/h2>\n<h3>Hydropneumatick\u00e9 provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed aktiva\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Aktiva\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee pro dobrou funkci vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun kysl\u00edku k\u00a0provozu aerobn\u00edch pochod\u016f p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak\u00e9 dokonal\u00e9 prom\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho obsahu n\u00e1dr\u017ee. Toho je (i\u00a0bylo) t\u0159eba dos\u00e1hnout aera\u010dn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm. V\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed i\u00a0u\u00a0n\u00e1s bylo od po\u010d\u00e1tku vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no syst\u00e9mu pneumatick\u00e9 aerace, tzn. provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed stla\u010den\u00fdm vzduchem rozveden\u00fdm po dn\u011b n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed. V\u00a0sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech prob\u00edhaly v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed i\u00a0u\u00a0n\u00e1s pokusy (i\u00a0provozn\u00ed) s\u00a0provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo kysl\u00edkem, ale technick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost a\u00a0vysok\u00e1 provozn\u00ed cena nedovolily (alespo\u0148 ve V\u00daV, existoval n\u00e1vrh na provoz kysl\u00edkov\u00e9 aktivace na pra\u017esk\u00e9 \u00da\u010cOV!) tento postup v\u00a0praxi realizovat.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o\u00a0vlastn\u00ed aeraci stla\u010den\u00fdm vzduchem, jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost z\u00e1vis\u00ed na velikosti bublin plynu vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00a0rozvod\u016f v\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ei, plat\u00ed toti\u017e, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed jsou bubliny p\u0159i stejn\u00e9m objemu dmychan\u00e9ho plynu (vzduchu nebo kysl\u00edku), t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je celkov\u00fd povrch bublin, a\u00a0tedy i\u00a0objem kysl\u00edku p\u0159estupuj\u00edc\u00edho do vody a\u00a0vyu\u017eiteln\u00e9ho p\u0159i aktiva\u010dn\u00edm procesu. Probl\u00e9m u\u00a0n\u00e1s i\u00a0v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed byl v\u00a0tom, \u017ee v\u00a0tu dobu kladen\u00e9 rozvody s\u00a0neju\u017e\u0161\u00edmi pr\u016fduchy, tzv. jemnobublinn\u00e1 aerace, se velmi snadno zan\u00e1\u0161ely a\u00a0\u00fa\u010dinnost aktivace p\u0159i stejn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladech rychle klesala. P\u0159i nezbytn\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b pak bylo nutn\u00e9 vypustit celou n\u00e1dr\u017e a\u00a0po dobu oprav na pom\u011brn\u011b dlouhou dobu odstavit celou nebo velkou \u010d\u00e1st aktivace z\u00a0provozu.<\/p>\n<p>Jako alternativa vznikly mechanick\u00e9 aer\u00e1tory\u00a0\u2013 p\u016fvodn\u00ed horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed (tzv. Kessenerovy kart\u00e1\u010de) a\u00a0pak vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed. Rozd\u00edl byl p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve\u00a0zp\u016fsobu provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed aktiva\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee, tedy bu\u010f \u0161lo o\u00a0ve v\u00fd\u0161i hladiny vody um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd a\u00a0samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b pono\u0159en\u00fd v\u00e1lec s\u00a0h\u0159ebenem v\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00edm aktiva\u010dn\u00ed sm\u011bs, anebo o\u00a0m\u00edchadlo op\u011bt \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b pono\u0159en\u00e9 do n\u00e1dr\u017ee kolmo na jej\u00ed hladinu. P\u0159esto\u017ee efekt p\u0159estupu kysl\u00edku ani dokonalost prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed aktivace nebyla tak vysok\u00e1 jako u\u00a0dokonal\u00e9 pneumatick\u00e9 aerace (srovnateln\u00e9 hodnoty m\u011bla sp\u00ed\u0161e st\u0159edobublinn\u00e1 \u010di hrubobublinn\u00e1 aerace), viz <em>tabulka 1<\/em>, provozn\u00ed v\u00fdhody mnohdy p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017eily.<\/p>\n<p>Zde je t\u0159eba upozornit na fakt, \u017ee horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed aer\u00e1tory byly zahrani\u010dn\u00ed vyn\u00e1lez a\u00a0jejich prvn\u00ed aplikace u\u00a0n\u00e1s je spojena s\u00a0\u201eurban legendou\u201c, \u017ee p\u0159i realizaci prvn\u00ed z\u00a0\u010cOV, na kter\u00e9 byly aplikov\u00e1ny, se nepoda\u0159ilo vzhledem k\u00a0neznalosti \u201eknow-how\u201c dos\u00e1hnout toho, aby byla cel\u00e1 aktivace prom\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1na a\u00a0v\u00fdsledkem byla nefunk\u010dn\u00ed \u010cOV. Pozd\u011bji nicm\u00e9n\u011b tento postup aerace byl opakovan\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n na mnoha \u010cOV p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro mo\u017enost (v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dostatku n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f) rychl\u00e9 opravy aerace bez nutnosti vypou\u0161t\u011bt a\u00a0tedy dlouhodob\u011b odstavit aktiva\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e z\u00a0provozu. Pokud jde o\u00a0mechanick\u00e9 aer\u00e1tory vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed, v\u00a0\u010cSFR prob\u00edhal jejich v\u00fdvoj i\u00a0v\u00fdroba (\u0161lo o\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u011b upraven\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 m\u00edchadla vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e1 v\u00a0Sigm\u011b Olomouc) a\u00a0provozn\u00ed probl\u00e9my s\u00a0jejich aplikac\u00ed nebyly.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm dobov\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem byl u\u00a0pneumatick\u00e9 aerace nedostatek pou\u017eiteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu pro men\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0hlavn\u011b nejmen\u0161\u00ed \u010cOV. Kdo n\u011bkdy musel dlouhodob\u011b poslouchat, t\u0159eba p\u0159i stavb\u00e1ch na silnici chod kompresoru, ten si um\u00ed p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee tento zdroj stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu byl pro mal\u00e9 \u010di dokonce domovn\u00ed \u010cOV velmi nevhodn\u00fd, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0noci a\u00a0ve sv\u00e1tek, pokud je \u010cOV bl\u00edzko bytov\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u\u00a0mal\u00fdch \u010cOV, vzhledem k\u00a0jejich urychlovan\u00e9 v\u00fdstavb\u011b v\u00a080.\u00a0letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed (viz druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku), prob\u00edhal v\u00fdvoj urychlen\u011b a\u00a0aplikace mechanick\u00fdch aer\u00e1tor\u016f nebyla v\u017edy vhodn\u00e1, hledaly se i\u00a0jin\u00e9 cesty.<\/p>\n<p>Jako jedno z\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vznikl typ aerace hydropneumatick\u00e9. Princip je zn\u00e1m\u00fd, nicm\u00e9n\u011b bylo jej mo\u017eno i\u00a0patentovat pro provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed aktivace [2].<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0podstat\u011b jde o\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00ed principu trka\u010de \u010di ejektoru, kdy je tekutina nas\u00e1v\u00e1na tlakem vznikl\u00fdm na z\u00fa\u017een\u00e9m profilu proud\u00edc\u00ed tekutiny, viz <em>obr. 1<\/em>. Ov\u0161em p\u0159is\u00e1van\u00e9 medium je plyn (tedy vzduch). Efekt aerace byl u\u00a0tzv. injektor\u016f samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u\u00a0jemnobublinn\u00e9 aerace, ale srovnateln\u00fd s\u00a0men\u0161\u00edmi mechanick\u00fdmi aer\u00e1tory, a\u00a0na rozd\u00edl od nich zaji\u0161\u0165oval p\u0159i vhodn\u00e9 instalaci dokonal\u00e9 prom\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed aera\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee. To bylo d\u00e1no t\u00edm, \u017ee injektor, tedy \u010derpadlo funguj\u00edc\u00ed jako zdroj p\u0159is\u00e1van\u00e9ho vzduchu z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u010derpalo obsah n\u00e1dr\u017ee a\u00a0udr\u017eovalo ho ve vznosu, pokud byly dob\u0159e nastaveny podm\u00ednky hydrauliky n\u00e1dr\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u0161lo tedy o\u00a0zcela zcestn\u00fd postup. Vyu\u017eit\u00ed bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 tak\u00e9 u\u00a0men\u0161\u00edch diskontinu\u00e1ln\u00edch \u010cOV, tedy v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby chodu n\u00e1dr\u017ee po ur\u010ditou dobu z\u00a0denn\u00edho cyklu v\u00a0anaerobn\u00edm re\u017eimu (biologick\u00e9 odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed dus\u00edku a\u00a0fosforu). Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159ednost\u00ed byla jednoduch\u00e1 instalace a\u00a0v\u00fdm\u011bna za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bez vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee, dokonce (op\u011bt p\u0159i dostatku n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f) i\u00a0rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u\u00a0mechanick\u00fdch aer\u00e1tor\u016f (\u010derpadlo se dalo vyt\u00e1hnout z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee pom\u011brn\u011b jednodu\u0161e a\u00a0vym\u011bnit za provozuschopn\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee tato hydropneumatick\u00e1 technologie provzdu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed byla v\u00a0\u010cSFR vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na v\u00a0n\u011bkolika typech mal\u00fdch \u010cOV a\u00a0p\u0159i poloprovozn\u00edm v\u00fdzkumu technologie biologick\u00e9ho odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed fosforu z\u00a0odpadn\u00edch vod, v\u00a0okam\u017eiku kdy bylo dosa\u017eeno rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edho pokroku ve v\u00fdrob\u011b dmychadel s\u00a0mal\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem a\u00a0p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i instalaci jemnobublinn\u00e9 aerace s\u00a0mo\u017enost\u00ed samo\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rozvodu pod hladinou, byl tento technologick\u00fd postup opu\u0161t\u011bn a\u00a0zapomenut. Souviselo to tak\u00e9 s\u00a0otev\u0159en\u00edm hranic po roce 1990 i\u00a0pro licence technologi\u00ed v\u00a0oblasti \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kdy zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmy\u00a0\u2013 provozovatel\u00e9 podnik\u016f VaK a\u00a0\u010cOV pochopiteln\u011b up\u0159ednostnily vlastn\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 technologie.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 1. V\u00a0tu dobu platn\u00fd \u201evodn\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u201d p\u0159edepisoval v\u00fdstavbu \u010cOV u\u00a0v\u0161ech nov\u011b stav\u011bn\u00fdch aglomerac\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee u\u00a0st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch existovaly v\u00fdjimky, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly mnohdy velmi dlouhou platnost (nap\u0159. \u010cOV v\u00a0Kol\u00edn\u011b, \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem i\u00a0v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch okresn\u00edch i\u00a0krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech p\u0159i\u0161ly na \u0159adu s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou a\u017e po roce 1990). Paradoxn\u011b tak v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech byla postavena \u010cOV pro s\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e pro celou aglomeraci (Sezimovo \u00dast\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 T\u00e1bor), nebo ve vsi p\u0159i v\u00fdstavb\u011b nov\u00e9ho domu se stav\u011bla domovn\u00ed \u010dist\u00edrna jen pro tento d\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159es tato omezen\u00ed bylo pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no a\u00a0postaveno velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed velk\u00fdch a\u00a0st\u0159edn\u00edch \u010cOV, a\u00a0to v\u00a0pom\u011brn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed. Proto\u017ee hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed socialistick\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu vy\u017eadovalo stavebn\u00ed kapacity i\u00a0jinde a\u00a0nal\u00e9hav\u011bji, nap\u0159. vojensk\u00e1 leti\u0161t\u011b, d\u00e1lnice a\u00a0silnice a\u00a0konec konc\u016f i\u00a0obytn\u00e1 s\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b (s\u00a0nov\u00fdmi budovami okresn\u00edch v\u00fdbor\u016f KS\u010c, ale i\u00a0s\u00a0mno\u017estv\u00edm sportovn\u00edch hal), vznikl i\u00a0trend vym\u00fd\u0161let pro \u010cOV \u00fasporn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska spot\u0159eby stavebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm betonu. U\u00a0mal\u00fdch \u010cOV \u0161lo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o\u00a0tzv. \u201ebalen\u00e9 \u010cOV\u201d vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 KPS Brno, nebo o\u00a0prefabrikovan\u00e9 v\u00e1lcov\u00e9 \u010cOV dod\u00e1van\u00e9 V\u00edtkovick\u00fdmi \u017eelez\u00e1rnami (tedy plechov\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee). C\u00edlem u\u00a0velk\u00fdch \u010cOV bylo minimalizovat n\u00e1klady stavby, co\u017e p\u0159edstavovalo stav\u011bt jednodu\u0161e. Tedy nikoli n\u00e1dr\u017ee s\u00a0kruhov\u00fdm p\u016fdorysem, ale n\u00e1dr\u017ee s\u00a0p\u016fdorysem pod\u00e9ln\u00fdm. V\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b u\u017e takto postaven\u00e9 \u010dist\u00edrny existovaly, probl\u00e9m byl, \u017ee nebyly dostate\u010dn\u011b zn\u00e1my podm\u00ednky jejich provozu, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pokud jde o\u00a0funkci dosazovac\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed (tedy sedimentaci lehk\u00e9ho aktivovan\u00e9ho kalu). Proti tomu v\u0161ak vznikl n\u00e1m\u011bt protikladn\u00fd\u00a0\u2013 koridorov\u00e9 \u010dist\u00edrny odpadn\u00edch vod.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i centr\u00e1ln\u00edm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00faspor b\u011bhem v\u00fdstavby \u010cOV m\u011bli pracovn\u00edci v\u00fdvoje n\u00e1pad, jak u\u0161et\u0159it je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e pouh\u00fdm zpod\u00e9ln\u011bn\u00edm n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed na \u010cOV. P\u0159edstavte si n\u00e1dr\u017e zcela bez p\u0159\u00ed\u010dek, ve kter\u00e9 je pouze technologick\u00fdm vybaven\u00edm vytvo\u0159ena \u010d\u00e1st usazovac\u00ed, aktiva\u010dn\u00ed a\u00a0dosazovac\u00ed, to byl p\u016fvodn\u00ed patentovan\u00fd postup [4]. Jako technologick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed usazovac\u00edch a\u00a0dosazovac\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed m\u011bly slou\u017eit lehk\u00e9 plovouc\u00ed mosty s\u00a0ods\u00e1vac\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, kter\u00e9 sb\u00edraly sedimentovan\u00fd kal ze dna (<em>obr. 2<\/em> je pouze ilustra\u010dn\u00ed, fotografie plovouc\u00edch most\u016f dosazovac\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed zmizely p\u0159i povodn\u00edch). N\u00e1vrh p\u0159i realizaci byl\u00a0velmi v\u00fdhodn\u00fd nejen \u00fasporou materi\u00e1lu, ale stavebn\u00ed jednoduchost\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 v\u00a0podstat\u011b byla t\u0159eba jen jedna stavebn\u00ed j\u00e1ma, ve kter\u00e9 byly vybudov\u00e1ny dva paraleln\u00ed \u017elaby a\u00a0mezi nimi pracovn\u00ed koridor na rozvod vody, kalu a\u00a0vzduchu. Vlastn\u00ed realizace nebyla tak jednoduch\u00e1, proto\u017ee bylo p\u0159ece jen t\u0159eba rozd\u011blit jednotliv\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 prostory p\u016fvodn\u011b jen p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ekami z\u00a0plechu, nakonec tenk\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dkami, v\u00a0patentov\u00e9 p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ce se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal p\u0159echodov\u00fd prostor bez technologie mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi technologick\u00fdmi prvky, kter\u00fd ov\u0161em zbyte\u010dn\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161oval obestav\u011bn\u00fd prostor (tedy i\u00a0cenu stavby). P\u016fvodn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh tak\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal, \u017ee dojde k\u00a0velk\u00e9 \u00faspo\u0159e sp\u00e1du tedy i\u00a0ke zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed objemu n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed. Nakonec tomu tak \u00fapln\u011b nebylo\u00a0\u2013 voda do kopce necht\u011bla t\u00e9ci a\u00a0odtokov\u00e9 potrub\u00ed na prvn\u00ed z\u00a0takto postaven\u00fdch \u010cOV (v\u00a0Most\u011b) bylo t\u0159eba sn\u00ed\u017eit, aby sp\u00e1d umo\u017enil pr\u016ftok \u010dist\u00edrnou. Ze stejn\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu bylo t\u0159eba rozd\u011blit by\u0165 velmi tenkou st\u011bnou od sebe jednotliv\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee, a\u00a0to kv\u016fli nutnosti provozovat mosty ods\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kal vodorovn\u011b (p\u0159i d\u00e9lce n\u00e1dr\u017ee 10 m a\u00a0v\u00edce je sp\u00e1d vznikl\u00fd pr\u016ftokem vody u\u017e patrn\u00fd).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd se vyskytuje p\u0159i sedimentaci aktivovan\u00e9ho (tedy relativn\u011b lehk\u00e9ho) kalu v\u00a0pravo\u00fahl\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ei, je tzv. hustotn\u00ed proud. Tento jev lze docela p\u011bkn\u011b demonstrovat na sklenici vody, do kter\u00e9 po st\u011bn\u011b vlijeme hust\u0161\u00ed kapalinu (t\u0159eba ovocn\u00fd sirup). Proud sirupu po dopadu na dno se po n\u011bm rozlije a\u00a0u\u00a0opa\u010dn\u00e9 strany sklenice se odraz\u00ed a\u00a0stoup\u00e1 (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00fd) k\u00a0hladin\u011b. Podobn\u011b se chov\u00e1 i\u00a0aktivovan\u00fd kal\u00a0\u2013 m\u00e1 tendenci proudit u\u00a0zadn\u00ed strany n\u00e1dr\u017ee sm\u011brem vzh\u016fru a\u00a0i\u00a0kdy\u017e nen\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9 koncentraci jako ve vtoku nebo na dn\u011b, jde o\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 odpadn\u00ed vody. Navr\u017een\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed bylo odtokov\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1bky v\u00a0dosazovac\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ei um\u00edstit d\u00e1l od st\u011bn a\u00a0odeb\u00edrat vodu s\u00a0kvalitou neovlivn\u011bnou hustotn\u00edm proud\u011bn\u00edm. Bylo t\u0159eba ov\u011b\u0159it jak daleko je t\u0159eba \u017el\u00e1bky zaslepovat, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0hydraulick\u00e9mu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159epadov\u00fdch hran dosazov\u00e1k\u016f a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed jejich funkce z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu.<\/p>\n<p>Ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed funkce pravo\u00fahl\u00fdch dosazovac\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed vy\u017eadovalo v\u0161ak vymyslet postup, kter\u00fdm by za provozu bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zjistit nakolik je vliv hustotn\u00edho proudu v\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ei ovlivn\u011bn vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed od rozd\u011blovac\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky a\u00a0kde tedy bude nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed omezit odtok unikaj\u00edc\u00edho vlo\u010dkov\u00e9ho mraku (tedy lehk\u00e9ho pod\u00edlu aktivovan\u00e9ho kalu) z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee. C\u00edlem bylo odebrat na n\u011bkolika (co nejv\u00edce) m\u00edstech v\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ei ve stejnou dobu vzorek nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek k\u00a0rozboru, a\u00a0to z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u00a0n\u011bkolika hloubek n\u00e1dr\u017ee. Odb\u011brov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sest\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00a0ty\u010de, na n\u00ed\u017e jsou pomoc\u00ed p\u0159estaviteln\u00fdch \u00fachyt\u016f p\u0159ipevn\u011bny v\u00e1lcov\u00e9 n\u00e1dobky, z\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 je vybavena gumov\u00fdm balonkem opat\u0159enou vzduchovou trubic\u00ed a\u00a0otvorem pro pln\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1tku, kterou proch\u00e1z\u00ed pln\u00edc\u00ed trubice, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e gumov\u00fd balonek je uchycen v\u00a0otvoru z\u00e1tky pomoc\u00ed pln\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1tky a\u00a0vzduchov\u00e9 trubice v\u0161ech n\u00e1dobek na ty\u010di jsou navz\u00e1jem propojeny se spole\u010dnou odvzdu\u0161ovac\u00ed hadic\u00ed. To je popis odb\u011brov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00a0jednom m\u00edst\u011b n\u00e1dr\u017ee\u00a0\u2013 z\u00e1rove\u0148 jich mohlo b\u00fdt nainstalov\u00e1no a\u017e osm p\u0159i jednom odb\u011bru. Vlastn\u00ed odb\u011br prob\u00edhal tak, \u017ee p\u0159ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm odb\u011br\u00e1ku do n\u00e1dr\u017ee byl z\u00a0n\u00e1dobek v\u00fdv\u011bvou ods\u00e1n vzduch a\u00a0po pono\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0okam\u017eiku spole\u010dn\u00e9ho odb\u011bru byly v\u0161echny odvzdu\u0161ovac\u00ed hadice nar\u00e1z uvoln\u011bny a\u00a0po vyta\u017een\u00ed ty\u010d\u00ed z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee byl z\u00a0n\u00e1dobek odebr\u00e1n vzorek k\u00a0rozboru.<\/p>\n<p>Pikantnost postupu prac\u00ed byla d\u00e1na t\u00edm, co byly ty gumov\u00e9 balonky za\u010d. \u0160lo o\u00a0tzv. prezervativov\u00fd odb\u011br\u00e1k. P\u0159es ob\u010dasn\u00fd nedostatek tohoto materi\u00e1lu na trhu \u0161lo o\u00a0nejl\u00e9pe dosa\u017eiteln\u00fd a\u00a0i\u00a0nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska pevnosti v\u00a0tu dobu (70.\u00a0l\u00e9ta dvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed) materi\u00e1l v\u00a0\u010cSFR. Vyskytl se ale probl\u00e9m s\u00a0n\u00e1kupem (i\u00a0pro oby\u010dejn\u00fd pokus bylo t\u0159eba nejm\u00e9n\u011b sto preservativ\u016f, pro del\u0161\u00ed sledov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u00edce), proto\u017ee n\u00e1kup\u010d\u00ed \u00fastavu je po prv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti odm\u00edtala nakupovat (jinde ne\u017e v\u00a0maloobchod\u011b to ne\u0161lo), museli se t\u00edm zab\u00fdvat technici\/\u010dky\u2028a\u00a0\u0159e\u0161itel\u00e9\/ky p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch \u00fakol\u016f, a\u00a0t\u00edm se nakonec probl\u00e9my s\u00a0n\u00e1kupem vy\u0159e\u0161ily (\u010dlov\u011bk si zvykne na v\u0161e i\u00a0na podez\u0159\u00edvav\u00e9 pohledy prodava\u010d\u016f a\u00a0na \u00fadiv nad \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o\u00a0raz\u00edtko na \u00fa\u010dtu za tento materi\u00e1l). H\u016f\u0159e se \u0159e\u0161ily probl\u00e9my se skladov\u00e1n\u00edm tohoto spot\u0159ebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu (\u0161upl\u00edk pln\u00fd t\u011bchto balonk\u016f a\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e jeden nebo dva zapomenut\u00e9 v\u00a0kapse \u010di kabelce mohl a\u00a0i\u00a0\u0161okoval partnery v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f \u010di dokonce jejich dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u011bti).<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00ed pokusy nebyly tak\u00e9 bez dramatiky. Jednak doch\u00e1zelo vlivem n\u011bkdy i\u00a0poruchovost\u00ed materi\u00e1lu p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b k\u00a0odb\u011bru k\u00a0poru\u0161en\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9ho balonku a\u00a0bylo t\u0159eba rychle znovu vystrojit celou odb\u011brovou ty\u010d a\u00a0jednak p\u0159i vlastn\u00ed manipulaci se vzorky, kter\u00e9 byly p\u016fvodn\u011b uvnit\u0159 preservativ\u016f\u00a0\u2013 bylo t\u0159eba obratn\u011b balonek tzv. vydojit, co\u017e pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 spolupracovn\u00edky byla dosti odporn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce. Tento probl\u00e9m byl odstran\u011bn po ur\u010dit\u00e9 dob\u011b \u00fapravou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kdy vzorek byl sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n do n\u00e1dobky vypln\u011bn\u00e9 nafoukl\u00fdm (a\u00a0po odb\u011bru vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm) balonkem (m\u00edsto podtlaku byl do odb\u011br\u00e1ku vh\u00e1n\u011bn stla\u010den\u00fd vzduch) a\u00a0vzorek se z\u00a0n\u00e1dobek prost\u011b p\u0159elil do vzorkovnic.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky z\u00edskan\u00e9 p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed \u201eprezervativov\u00e9ho odb\u011br\u00e1ku\u201d byly vyu\u017eity k\u00a0optimalizaci provozu velk\u00e9 skupiny \u010cOV s\u00a0\u010dtverhrann\u00fdmi dosazovac\u00edmi n\u00e1dr\u017eemi a\u0165 u\u00a0pod\u00e9ln\u00e9, nebo p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u011b prot\u00e9kan\u00fdmi. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm bylo obvykle zaslepen\u00ed t\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti odtokov\u00fdch \u017el\u00e1bk\u016f, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1zela na konci n\u00e1dr\u017ee, tedy bl\u00edzko vlivu hustotn\u00edho proudu kalu. V\u00a0praxi byl efekt opat\u0159en\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159en plno provozn\u00edmi pokusy na \u010cOV Kl\u00e1\u0161terec nad Oh\u0159\u00ed a\u00a0dlouhodob\u00fdm sledov\u00e1n\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edch \u010cOV (Most, Bene\u0161ov, Humpolec). V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b, pokud by se vyskytla pot\u0159eba tak speci\u00e1ln\u00edho odb\u011bru vzork\u016f, existuje patrn\u011b mo\u017enost n\u00e1kupu odb\u011brov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s\u00a0dobrou funkc\u00ed, ale tehdy \u0161lo o\u00a0skute\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek nemohl postihnout ve\u0161kerou \u010dinnost \u00fastavu v\u00a0oblasti technologie \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod. C\u00edlem bylo p\u0159ipomenout existenci aplikovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti na n\u011bkolika snad zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech a\u00a0samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i\u00a0o\u017eivit jm\u00e9na tehdej\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f i\u00a0jinde ne\u017e v\u00a0r\u00e1mci zpr\u00e1v \u00fastavu k\u00a0jeho d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm v\u00fdro\u010d\u00edm. Jm\u00e9na jako Ing. Vladim\u00edr Zahr\u00e1dka, Ing. Miroslava P\u00edsa\u0159ov\u00e1, Ing. Petr Soukup a\u00a0RNDr. Alena Sladk\u00e1 si to zaslou\u017e\u00ed.
