For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>Mo\u017enost rekrea\u010dn\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch (nejen) pra\u017esk\u00fdch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed je omezena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kvalitou p\u0159it\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed vody. \u010cl\u00e1nek navazuje na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st [1] a\u00a0shrnuje v\u00fdsledky sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vody v\u00a0roce 2018 ve vybran\u00fdch profilech p\u0159\u00edtok\u016f do rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k (Vesteck\u00fd a\u00a0Kunratick\u00fd potok) a\u00a0do p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee Hostiva\u0159 (Boti\u010d s\u00a0Pitkovick\u00fdm potokem). Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed bylo zam\u011b\u0159eno na obsah hlavn\u00edch \u017eivin v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtoc\u00edch (fosfor, dus\u00edk), koncentraci chlorofylu-a\u00a0a\u00a0kvalitativn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed fytoplanktonu a\u00a0zooplanktonu v\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edch v\u00a0povod\u00ed. Zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivin v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtoku omezuje ve sv\u00fdch d\u016fsledc\u00edch p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rekrea\u010dn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k (hlavn\u011b p\u0159\u00edtokem z\u00a0Vesteck\u00e9ho potoka). V\u00a0letech 2017\u20132018 zde byl po v\u011bt\u0161inu rekrea\u010dn\u00ed sezony vyhl\u00e1\u0161en z\u00e1kaz koup\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro nadm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdskyt sinic. Boti\u010d do p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee Hostiva\u0159 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed sice ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivin (zhor\u0161en\u00e1 kvalita vody pro koup\u00e1n\u00ed byla v\u00a0letech 2017\u20132018 po v\u011bt\u0161inu rekrea\u010dn\u00ed sezony). Kunratick\u00fd stream, inflow to the \u0160eber\u00e1k pond<\/h6>\n<p>Rybn\u00edk \u0160eber\u00e1k byl vybudov\u00e1n na Kunratick\u00e9m potoce; prvn\u00ed zm\u00ednka o\u00a0n\u011bm je z\u00a0roku 1602. Zauj\u00edm\u00e1 plochu cca 10 ha (objem vody cca 170 tis. m<sup>3<\/sup>). V\u00a0roce 1933 na n\u011bm bylo z\u0159\u00edzeno koupali\u0161t\u011b. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je jeho \u00fa\u010del rekrea\u010dn\u00ed, slou\u017e\u00ed jako zdroj vody pro z\u00e1vlahy a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm krajinn\u00fdm prvkem [2]. Na konci roku 2018 byl vypu\u0161t\u011bn a\u00a0v\u00a0roce 2019 bude odbahn\u011bn a\u00a0revitalizov\u00e1n. Na horn\u00edm toku m\u00e1 n\u011bkolik drobn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edtok\u016f, ale jeho hlavn\u00edm (a\u00a0v\u00a0roce 2018 v\u011bt\u0161inou vodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm) p\u0159\u00edtokem je pravostrann\u00fd Ol\u0161ansk\u00fd potok. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159ed vtokem do rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k na \u0159. km 11 prot\u00e9k\u00e1 soustavou men\u0161\u00edch rybn\u00edk\u016f (Br\u016fdek\u00a0\u2013 <em>obr. 5<\/em>, odtok; \u0160eberovsk\u00fd\u00a0\u2013 <em>obr. 6<\/em>; Nov\u00fd\u00a0\u2013 po v\u011bt\u0161inu roku 2018 vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd, odt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1ny sedimenty\u00a0\u2013 <em>obr. 7<\/em>). Z\u00a0prav\u00e9 strany se k\u00a0n\u011bmu za dostatku vody p\u0159ipojuj\u00ed drobn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtoky z\u00a0rybn\u00edka Jord\u00e1nek (<em>obr.\u00a08<\/em>) a\u00a0z\u00a0nov\u011b rekonstruovan\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd (<em>obr. 9<\/em>). Po odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k se Kunratick\u00fd potok po pr\u016ftoku Kunratick\u00fdm lesem a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi men\u0161\u00edmi rybn\u00edky vl\u00e9v\u00e1 v\u00a0Bran\u00edku do Vltavy [3].<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e Hostiva\u0159 (Hostiva\u0159sk\u00e1 p\u0159ehrada, vodn\u00ed d\u00edlo Hostiva\u0159) byla vybudov\u00e1na na potoce Boti\u010d v\u00a0letech 1961\u20131963. Za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hladiny je plocha n\u00e1dr\u017ee 39,4 ha; objem vody 1,31 mil. m<sup>3<\/sup>. Jej\u00edm \u00fa\u010delem je rekreace, zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed pr\u016fchodu velk\u00fdch vod, z\u00e1rove\u0148 je krajinotvorn\u00fdm a\u00a0ekologick\u00fdm prvkem a\u00a0sportovn\u00edm ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm rev\u00edrem. Laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy vzork\u016f byly zam\u011b\u0159eny na stanoven\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch forem dus\u00edku (N-NH<sub>4<\/sub>, N-NO<sub>3<\/sub>, N-NO<sub>2<\/sub>, N-org., N-celk.) a\u00a0fosforu (P-PO<sub>4<\/sub>, P-celk.). Hydrobiologick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy vzork\u016f zahrnovaly stanoven\u00ed koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0jako m\u011b\u0159\u00edtka biomasy fytoplanktonu a\u00a0kvalitativn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstva fytoplanktonu a\u00a0zooplanktonu. Odb\u011bry vzork\u016f a\u00a0jejich anal\u00fdzy v\u00a0laborato\u0159i V\u00daV TGM, v. v. i., byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny standardn\u00edmi postupy [5\u201310], pop\u0159. podle schv\u00e1len\u00fdch metodik [11, 12].<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 1. Vesteck\u00fd potok byl ve sv\u00e9 horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti od \u010dervence 2018 nepr\u016fto\u010dn\u00fd, ale p\u0159i odb\u011bru 15. 5. 2018 v\u00a0n\u011bm byly zaznamen\u00e1ny nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace \u017eivin v\u00a0cel\u00e9m povod\u00ed rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k (N-NH<sub>4 <\/sub>45,5 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> 5,33 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-celk. 6,26 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; el. konduktivita 1 390 \u00b5S.cm<sup>-1<\/sup>). P\u0159\u00edtok z\u00a0Ol\u0161ansk\u00e9ho potoka v\u00fdrazn\u011b vodu v\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011brn\u00e9m profilu p\u0159\u00edtoku do \u0160eber\u00e1ku ve v\u00fdsledku \u201ena\u0159edil\u201c (N-NH<sub>4<\/sub> 2,91 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> 1,70 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-celk. 2,01 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>). Ol\u0161ansk\u00fd potok, jako hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtok Vesteck\u00e9ho potoka, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161el trvale velmi vysok\u00e9 koncentrace \u017eivin (N-NH<sub>4<\/sub> 0,06\u20132,85 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> 0,16\u20130,42 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-celk. 0,44\u20131,9 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>).<\/p>\n<h4>Kunratick\u00fd potok<\/h4>\n<p>Pravostrann\u00fd p\u0159\u00edtok ovlivnil v\u00a0roce 2018 p\u0159\u00edsun \u017eivin do rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k pouze minim\u00e1ln\u011b (velmi n\u00edzk\u00fd pr\u016ftok v\u00a0prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b roku 2018, nulov\u00fd pr\u016ftok v\u00a0jeho druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b). V\u00a0prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b roku 2018 byly v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtoku Kunratick\u00e9ho potoka do rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k oproti Vesteck\u00e9mu potoku zaznamen\u00e1ny ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed koncentrace \u017eivin (N-NH<sub>4<\/sub> 0,04\u20130,43 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> &lt; 0,025\u20130,06 mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>; P-celk. 0,09\u20130,25\u00a0mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>). Pr\u016ftokov\u00e9 a\u00a0kvalitativn\u00ed pom\u011bry Kunratick\u00e9ho potoka ovliv\u0148ovala p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm situace v\u00a0jeho povod\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 soustava rybn\u00edk\u016f (\u0160eberovsk\u00fd, Br\u016fdek, Jord\u00e1nek, Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd). Koncentrace hlavn\u00edch \u017eivin na odtoku z\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch rybn\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0povod\u00ed jsou na <em>obr. 21<\/em> (ozna\u010deny jako \u0160eberovsk\u00fd r. odtok; Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd r. odtok). Hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem a\u00a0rizikem pro p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e Hostiva\u0159 a\u00a0jej\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed je (krom\u011b p\u0159\u00edsunu \u017eivin z\u00a0povod\u00ed Boti\u010de) p\u0159\u00edtok zna\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed inokula fytoplanktonu z\u00a0rybn\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0povod\u00ed, kter\u00fdmi potok prot\u00e9k\u00e1. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0rybn\u00edku \u0160\u00e1te\u010dek (posledn\u00ed rybn\u00edk soustavy) dosahovaly koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0150\u2013170 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. V\u00a0Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00e9m potoce v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtoku do Boti\u010de t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed vzdut\u00edm p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee Hostiva\u0159 byla zji\u0161t\u011bna koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0a\u017e 100 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1 <\/sup>(<em>obr. 23<\/em>).<\/p>\n<h3>Hydrobiologick\u00e9 ukazatele<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Chlorofyl-a<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>Vesteck\u00fd a\u00a0Kunratick\u00fd potok<\/h4>\n<p>Na <em>obr. 22<\/em> jsou graficky zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny zm\u011bny obsahu chlorofylu-a\u00a0b\u011bhem vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony (b\u0159ezen\u2013\u0159\u00edjen) ve vybran\u00fdch profilech Vesteck\u00e9ho a\u00a0Kunratick\u00e9ho potoka. Oba toky maj\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska biomasy fytoplanktonu v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na kvalitu vody v\u00a0rybn\u00edce \u0160eber\u00e1k. Ve sledovan\u00e9m profilu \u0160eber\u00e1k\u00a0\u2013 p\u0159\u00edtok L (Vesteck\u00fd potok) byly v\u00a0srpnu a\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2018 zji\u0161t\u011bny vysok\u00e9 hodnoty koncentrace chlorofylu-a 262,7 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1 <\/sup>a\u00a0168,2 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. D\u016fsledkem p\u0159\u00edsunu vysok\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivin a\u00a0inokula \u0159as doch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0rybn\u00edce \u0160eber\u00e1k k\u00a0 siln\u00e9mu rozvoji fytoplanktonu. V\u00a0obdob\u00ed kv\u011bten a\u017e z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se hodnoty chlorofylu-a\u00a0v\u00a0hladinov\u00e9 vrstv\u011b rybn\u00edka \u0160eber\u00e1k pohybovaly v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed 142,4\u2013278,5 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1 <\/sup>(<em>obr. 22<\/em>). Vysok\u00e1 biomasa fytoplanktonu zp\u016fsobila sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pr\u016fhlednosti vody a\u017e na 0,15 m. V\u00a0rybn\u00edce do\u0161lo k\u00a0v\u00fdvoji mohutn\u00e9ho vodn\u00edho kv\u011btu, kter\u00fd tvo\u0159ila kok\u00e1ln\u00ed sinice <em>Microcystis<\/em> <em>aeruginosa<\/em> doprov\u00e1zen\u00e1 ojedin\u011bl\u00fdmi koloniemi druhu <em>Microcystis wesenbergii<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b tak\u00e9 ve sledovan\u00fdch profilech na Kunratick\u00e9m potoce, kter\u00fd prot\u00e9k\u00e1 n\u011bkolika rybn\u00edky, byly v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony zji\u0161t\u011bny nadm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0(<em>obr. 22<\/em>). Dokladem je pr\u016fb\u011bh zm\u011bn koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0v\u00a0profilu \u0160eberovsk\u00fd rybn\u00edk\u00a0\u2013 odtok. Nadm\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9 koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0byly zji\u0161t\u011bny i\u00a0na odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edka Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd. Prvn\u00ed polovina vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony, a\u017e do \u010dervna, byla charakteristick\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 biomasy fytoplanktonu, n\u00e1sledn\u011b do\u0161lo\u00a0k\u00a0jej\u00edmu enormn\u00edmu rozvoji. Koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0dos\u00e1hla v\u00a0\u010dervenci hodnoty 413,5 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1 <\/sup>a\u00a0v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed maxima 646,2 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. Rozvoj biomasy fytoplanktonu vedl v\u00a0rybn\u00edce ke vzniku vegeta\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1kalu a\u00a0poklesu pr\u016fhlednosti vody. Vegeta\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1kal byl tvo\u0159en v\u00a0prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b l\u00e9ta zejm\u00e9na z\u00e1stupci ze skupiny zelen\u00fdch \u0159as (<em>Chlorophyceae<\/em>). Hodnoty pr\u016fhlednosti vody m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 v\u00a0rybn\u00edce se v\u00a0t\u00e9to dob\u011b pohybovaly kolem 0,15 m. V\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony byla na odtoku z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee zji\u0161t\u011bna nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0(646,2\u00a0\u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>) ze v\u0161ech sledovan\u00fdch lokalit. Ve fytoplanktonu se v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyskytovala pouze obrn\u011bnka <em>Ceratium hirundinella<\/em>, z\u00e1stupce skupiny <em>Dinophyceae<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4>Boti\u010d a\u00a0Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00fd potok<\/h4>\n<p>Zm\u011bny obsahu chlorofylu-a\u00a0b\u011bhem vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony jsou pro vybran\u00e9 profily Boti\u010de a\u00a0Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00e9ho potoka zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny na <em>obr. 23<\/em>. Mno\u017estv\u00ed fytoplanktonu v\u00a0potoce Boti\u010d bylo sledov\u00e1no ve dvou profilech: nad soutokem s\u00a0Pitkovick\u00fdm potokem (Boti\u010d nad) a\u00a0na vtoku do p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee Hostiva\u0159 (Boti\u010d pod). V\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b pod soutokem byly hodnoty chlorofylu-a\u00a0v\u00a0Boti\u010di m\u00edrn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0profilu nad soutokem s\u00a0Pitkovick\u00fdm potokem, kter\u00fd m\u011bl d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu n\u00edzk\u00e9mu obsahu fytoplanktonu v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony (maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 hodnota chlorofylu-a\u00a09,2 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>) \u0159ed\u00edc\u00ed efekt pro vodu v\u00a0Boti\u010di. P\u0159esto zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0jarn\u00edm obdob\u00ed (b\u0159ezen\u2013duben) byla biomasa fytoplanktonu v\u00a0Boti\u010di na vtoku do p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee Hostiva\u0159 pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e1 (koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0cca\u00a067\u00a0\u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>). V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed fytoplanktonu se do p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee Hostiva\u0159 dost\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00fdm potokem (<em>obr. 23<\/em>), kter\u00fd prot\u00e9k\u00e1 soustavou rybn\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00e9m lese. Vodnost Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00e9ho potoka je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edka \u0160\u00e1te\u010dek, ze kter\u00e9ho ve sledovan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed vzhledem k\u00a0poklesu hladiny vody (d\u016fsledek nedostatku sr\u00e1\u017eek a\u00a0sucha) \u00a0v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch term\u00ednech odb\u011bru vzork\u016f voda neodt\u00e9kala. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v\u00a0\u010dervnu a\u00a0\u010dervenci byla ve sledovan\u00e9m profilu Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00e9ho potoka zji\u0161t\u011bna koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a097,4\u201399,2 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. P\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0rybn\u00edce \u0160\u00e1te\u010dek se v\u00a0kv\u011btnu a\u017e \u010dervenci hodnoty chlorofylu-a\u00a0pohybovaly v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed 99,2\u2013170,3 \u00b5g. l<sup>-1<\/sup>. Odtok z\u00a0rybn\u00edka \u0160\u00e1te\u010dek Mil\u00ed\u010dovsk\u00fdm potokem je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem inokula fytoplanktonu pro bl\u00edzkou p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e Hostiva\u0159.<\/p>\n<h4>Fytoplankton<\/h4>\n<p>Druhov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed fytoplanktonu sledovan\u00fdch profil\u016f bylo, s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou potok\u016f Boti\u010de a\u00a0Pitkovick\u00e9ho, ovlivn\u011bno skladbou fytoplanktonu rybn\u00edk\u016f. V\u00a0jarn\u00edm obdob\u00ed se vyskytovali p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1stupci centrick\u00fdch rozsivek (<em>Cyclostephanos invisitatus<\/em>, <em>Aulacoseira granulata<\/em>, <em>Melosira varians<\/em>, <em>Stephanodiscus<\/em> spp.) a\u00a0druhy rod\u016f <em>Cryptomonas <\/em>(<em>Cryptophyceae<\/em>), <em>Chrysococcus<\/em> (<em>Chrysophyceae<\/em>) a\u00a0<em>Trachelomonas<\/em> (<em>Euglenophyta<\/em>). V\u00a0letn\u00edm a\u00a0podzimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed bylo slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstva fytoplanktonu velmi pestr\u00e9 s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed \u0159ady taxon\u016f, zejm\u00e9na zelen\u00fdch \u0159as (<em>Chlorophyceae<\/em>). Ze skupiny kok\u00e1ln\u00edch zelen\u00fdch \u0159as se vyskytovaly druhy rod\u016f <em>Actinastrum<\/em>, <em>Ankyra<\/em>, <em>Coelastrum<\/em>, <em>Crucigenia<\/em>, <em>Desmodesmus<\/em>, <em>Dictyosphaerium<\/em>, <em>Monoraphidium<\/em>, <em>Oocystis<\/em>, <em>Pediastrum<\/em>, <em>Scenedesmus<\/em>, <em>Tetraedron<\/em>. Bi\u010d\u00edkovci byli zastoupeni druhy rod\u016f <em>Euglena<\/em>, <em>Chlamydomonas<\/em>, <em>Pandorina<\/em>, <em>Phacotus<\/em>, <em>Pteromonas<\/em>. Vodn\u00ed kv\u011bt, tvo\u0159en\u00fd kok\u00e1ln\u00ed sinic\u00ed <em>Microcystis<\/em> <em>aeruginosa<\/em>, byl v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zaznamen\u00e1n na odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edk\u016f \u0160eber\u00e1k a\u00a0\u0160eberovsk\u00fd. V\u00fdskyt ojedin\u011bl\u00fdch vlo\u010dek vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sinice <em>Aphanizomenon<\/em> <em>flos-aquae <\/em>byl zji\u0161t\u011bn ve fytoplanktonu rybn\u00edk\u016f \u0160eber\u00e1k a\u00a0Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h4>Zooplankton<\/h4>\n<p>Kvalitativn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstva zooplanktonu bylo v\u00a0roce 2018 orienta\u010dn\u011b sledov\u00e1no v\u00a0rybn\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0povod\u00ed Kunratick\u00e9ho potoka (\u0160eberovsk\u00fd, Br\u016fdek, Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd) a\u00a0Boti\u010de (Homolka, Vrah, \u0160\u00e1te\u010dek) v\u00a0\u010dervenci a\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu. Oproti rybn\u00edk\u016fm a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edm v\u00a0povod\u00ed Motolsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka v\u00a0z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti Prahy\u00a0[1] bylo slo\u017een\u00ed zooplanktonu v\u00a0t\u011bchto rybn\u00edc\u00edch velmi uniformn\u00ed, indikuje vysokou ryb\u00ed obs\u00e1dku. Ve v\u0161ech sledovan\u00fdch rybn\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0obou term\u00ednech odb\u011br\u016f v\u00a0jeho slo\u017een\u00ed dominovali z\u00e1stupci skupin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotifera: ve v\u0161ech rybn\u00edc\u00edch dominovali z\u00e1stupci rod\u016f <em>Keratella<\/em> (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm <em>K.\u00a0quadrata<\/em>, <em>K. cochlearis<\/em>), <em>Brachionus<\/em> (<em>B. calyciflorus<\/em>, <em>B. urceolaris<\/em>), <em>Asplanchna priodonta.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Copepoda (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mal\u00e9 druhy): <em>Microcyclops bicolor<\/em>, <em>Cyclops strenuus<\/em>, <em>Paracyclops <\/em>sp., <em>Thermocyclops <\/em>sp.). M\u00e9n\u011b\u00a0\u2013 v\u00a0letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 se v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch rybn\u00edc\u00edch hojn\u011bji vyskytoval <em>Eudiaptomus gracilis <\/em>(\u0160eberovsk\u00fd, Kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd). Ve v\u0161ech lokalit\u00e1ch se trvale vyskytovala kopepoditov\u00e1 a\u00a0naupliov\u00e1 stadia.<\/li>\n<li>Cladocera: ve v\u0161ech sledovan\u00fdch rybn\u00edc\u00edch trvale dominovala <em>Bosmina longirostris<\/em>; s\u00a0mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed abundanc\u00ed se vyskytovala <em>Ceriodaphnia <\/em>sp.
