For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00fahrn<\/h2>\n<p>Obdobie rokov 2000 a\u017e 2015, je obdob\u00edm, v\u00a0ktorom sme pozorovali v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozdiely a\u00a0extr\u00e9my v\u00a0hydrologickom re\u017eime slovensk\u00fdch tokov. Slovensk\u00fd hydrometeorologick\u00fd \u00fastav v\u00a0r\u00e1mci svojich \u00faloh sprac\u00fava komplexn\u00e9 pos\u00fadenie hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk so zameran\u00edm na hodnotenie sucha. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa venuje jednej z\u00a0\u010dast\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho hodnotenia, a\u00a0to hodnoteniu zmien dlhodob\u00fdch prietokov\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk obdobia 2001\u20132015 vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu 1961\u20132000 z\u00a0poh\u013eadu zmeny v\u00a0hodnot\u00e1ch dlhodob\u00fdch priemern\u00fdch prietokov za obdobie a\u00a0priemern\u00fdch mesa\u010dn\u00fdch prietokov za uveden\u00e9 obdobie. Snahou je prehodnoti\u0165 obdobie nadv\u00e4zuj\u00face na aktu\u00e1lne platn\u00e9 referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie a\u00a0jeho pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 ovplyvnenie hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk za obdobie 1961\u20132015.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Ilustracni-1.jpg\" rel=\"shadowbox[sbpost-6249];player=img;\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"975\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6182 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Ilustracni-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Ilustracni-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Ilustracni-1-246x300.jpg 246w, https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Ilustracni-1-768x936.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 800px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 800\/975;\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Celkovo bolo vybran\u00fdch 216 stan\u00edc, ktor\u00e9 boli roztrieden\u00e9 a\u00a0hodnoten\u00e9 na z\u00e1klade d\u013a\u017eky \u010dasov\u00e9ho radu a\u00a0miery ovplyvnenia.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky anal\u00fdz preuk\u00e1zali, \u017ee v\u00a0obdob\u00ed 2001\u20132015 na Slovensku do\u0161lo k\u00a0poklesu prietokov, napriek tomuto faktu, trendov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy t\u00fdchto hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov nepotvrdzuj\u00fa v\u00fdznamne klesaj\u00face trendy. Identifikovan\u00e9 zmeny v\u00a0hydrologickom re\u017eime slovensk\u00fdch tokov za ostatn\u00fdch 15 rokov nie s\u00fa tak\u00e9ho charakteru, aby do\u0161lo k\u00a0zmene referen\u010dn\u00e9ho obdobia, ale s\u00fa ur\u010dit\u00e9 n\u00e1znaky zmien v\u00a0rozdelen\u00ed odtoku v\u00a0roku.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>Nerovnomernos\u0165 priestorov\u00e9ho a\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9ho rozlo\u017eenia vodn\u00fdch zdrojov je evidentn\u00e1 nielen v\u00a0glob\u00e1lnej miere, ale je v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 aj vo vn\u00fatri kontinentov a\u00a0prejavuje sa aj v\u00a0tak malom \u00fazemnom celku, ak\u00fdm je Slovensko. T\u00e1to skuto\u010dnos\u0165 n\u00e1s n\u00fati pozna\u0165 re\u017eim spr\u00e1vania sa obehu vody v\u00a0pr\u00edrode aspo\u0148 do takej miery, aby sme vedeli vodn\u00e9 zdroje chr\u00e1ni\u0165, racion\u00e1lne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 a\u00a0chr\u00e1ni\u0165 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 pred n\u00e1sledkami extr\u00e9mnych hydrologick\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed [1, 2]. I\u00a0preto sa postupne pristupuje k\u00a0prehodnocovaniu dlhodob\u00fdch hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk. Napr\u00edklad v\u00a0\u010ceskej republike boli \u00fadaje za referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie 1931\u20131980 poskytovan\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00fdm hydrometeorologick\u00fdm \u00fastavom do roku 2012, od tohto roku s\u00fa poskytovan\u00e9 \u00fadaje za obdobie 1981\u20132010. Autori \u0160ercl a\u00a0Kukla [3] a\u00a0Bud\u00edk a\u00a0kol.\u00a0[4] porovn\u00e1vali z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 hydrologick\u00e9 \u00fadaje pre referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobia 1931\u20131980 a\u00a01981\u20132010 na 61 vodomern\u00fdch staniciach. V\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie rozdiely v\u00a0maxim\u00e1lnych ro\u010dn\u00fdch prietokoch na men\u0161\u00edch povodiach pripisuj\u00fa kvalite vstupn\u00fdch d\u00e1t a\u00a0odli\u0161n\u00fdm metodik\u00e1m spracovania. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie rozdiely boli pri profiloch ovplyvnen\u00fdch \u013eudskou \u010dinnos\u0165ou. Stations used for the study of 2001\u20132015 time period in Slovakia<\/h6>\n<p>Hydrologick\u00fd re\u017eim vodn\u00fdch zdrojov Slovenska je dan\u00fd fyzicko-geografick\u00fdmi a\u00a0geologick\u00fdmi charakteristikami \u00fazemia, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ve\u013emi rozdielne, preto aj v\u00a0hydrol\u00f3gii sa sleduje ich re\u017eim v\u00a0r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch povod\u00ed. Slovensko le\u017e\u00ed na tzv. streche Eur\u00f3py, voda od n\u00e1s odtek\u00e1 a\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 geografick\u00e1 rozdielnos\u0165 jednotliv\u00fdch povod\u00ed sp\u00f4sobuje aj ich rozdielny hydrologick\u00fd re\u017eim. Obdobie ostatn\u00fdch 15 rokov, t.j. po roku 2000, je obdob\u00edm, v\u00a0ktorom sme pozorovali v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozdiely a\u00a0extr\u00e9my v\u00a0hydrologickom re\u017eime slovensk\u00fdch tokov. Zaznamenali sme hydrologicky such\u00e9 roky (2007, 2011, 2012), ale aj vodn\u00e9 roky (2002, 2006, 2010, 2013), z\u00a0ktor\u00fdch v\u00a0roku 2002 boli na Dunaji dve v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 povodne a\u00a0rok 2010, ako si dobre pam\u00e4taj\u00fa tak vodohospod\u00e1ri ako aj ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 obyvate\u013estva, potr\u00e1pil v\u00fdskytom povodn\u00ed cel\u00e9 Slovensko.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensk\u00fd hydrometeorologick\u00fd \u00fastav (SHM\u00da) v\u00a0r\u00e1mci svojich \u00faloh v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sprac\u00fava komplexn\u00e9 pos\u00fadenie hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk so zameran\u00edm na hodnotenie sucha, \u010d\u00edm participuje i\u00a0na novej n\u00e1rodnej strat\u00e9gii boja proti suchu H<sub>2<\/sub>Odnota je voda [5]. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci spom\u00ednan\u00e9ho hodnotenia sa analyzuj\u00fa vo vybran\u00fdch vodomern\u00fdch staniciach prietokov\u00e9 i\u00a0tzv. neprietokov\u00e9 charakteristiky za r\u00f4zne zvolen\u00e9 obdobia a\u00a0porovn\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa s\u00a0aktu\u00e1lne platn\u00fdm referen\u010dn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm 1961\u20132000. Toto obdobie plat\u00ed ako referen\u010dn\u00e9 od\u00a0r.\u00a02006, kedy po\u00a0prehodnoten\u00ed hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk nahradilo predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie 1931\u20131980. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa venuje jednej z\u00a0\u010dast\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho hodnotenia, a\u00a0to hodnoteniu zmien dlhodob\u00fdch prietokov\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk obdobia 2001\u20132015 vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ciele<\/h2>\n<p>Hodnotenie je zameran\u00e9 na porovnanie aktu\u00e1lne posledn\u00e9ho spracovan\u00e9ho 15-ro\u010dia 2001\u20132015 vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu 1961\u20132000 z\u00a0poh\u013eadu zmien dlhodob\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk, konkr\u00e9tne priemern\u00fdch prietokov za obdobie (Q<sub>a<\/sub>) a\u00a0priemern\u00fdch mesa\u010dn\u00fdch prietokov za uveden\u00e9 obdobie (Q<sub>ma<\/sub>). Snahou je prehodnoti\u0165 obdobie nadv\u00e4zuj\u00face na aktu\u00e1lne platn\u00e9 referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie a\u00a0jeho pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 ovplyvnenie hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk za dlh\u0161ie (spojen\u00e9) obdobie 1961\u20132015. Obdobie 2001\u20132015 je charakterizovan\u00e9 v\u00fdskytom obidvoch typov extr\u00e9mov, nako\u013eko sa v\u00a0\u0148om vyskytol hydrologicky mimoriadne vodn\u00fd rok 2010, ako aj such\u00e9 obdobia 2011\/2012 a\u00a02015.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdber stan\u00edc<\/h2>\n<p>Pre hodnotenie sucha bolo potrebn\u00e9 spravi\u0165 v\u00fdber vodomern\u00fdch stan\u00edc zo \u0161t\u00e1tnej hydrologickej siete s\u00a0neovplyvnen\u00fdm hydrologick\u00fdm re\u017eimom, resp. s\u00a0minim\u00e1lne ovplyvnen\u00fdm re\u017eimom.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm krit\u00e9riom pre v\u00fdber stan\u00edc bola dostato\u010dn\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka pozorovania s\u00a0vy\u010d\u00eds\u013eovan\u00edm prietokov, a\u00a0to tak, aby za\u010diatok vy\u010d\u00eds\u013eovania prietokov bol minim\u00e1lne od roku 1961 z\u00a0d\u00f4vodu dolnej hranice v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti platn\u00e9ho reprezentat\u00edvneho obdobia 1961\u20132000 a\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasne aby bolo pozorovanie nepreru\u0161en\u00e9 do roku 2015. Nako\u013eko po\u010det stan\u00edc sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00facich uveden\u00e9 krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 bol iba 42 a\u00a0ani ich rozmiestnenie v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch povodiach nebolo reprezentat\u00edvne, zoznam stan\u00edc bol po zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na\u00a0bud\u00face anal\u00fdzy jednotliv\u00fdch hydrologick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk, doplnen\u00fd o\u00a0vybran\u00e9 vodomern\u00e9 stanice s\u00a0ovplyvnen\u00fdm hydrologick\u00fdm re\u017eimom. Takto bolo v\u00a0prvom kole vybran\u00fdch 67 stan\u00edc, vr\u00e1tane ovplyvnen\u00fdch. Po\u010det vybran\u00fdch stan\u00edc v\u00a0niektor\u00fdch povodiach v\u0161ak ani po tomto doplnen\u00ed nebol dostato\u010dn\u00fd a\u00a0nesp\u013a\u0148al podmienku plo\u0161n\u00e9ho pokrytia s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na\u00a0po\u017eadovan\u00fa reprezentat\u00edvnu anal\u00fdzu hydrologick\u00e9ho re\u017eimu a\u00a0jeho v\u00fdvoja v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch povodiach. Preto boli do\u00a0hodnotenia zaraden\u00e9 aj stanice s\u00a0krat\u0161ou dobou pozorovania. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed po\u010det doplnen\u00fdch stan\u00edc s\u00a0ovplyvnen\u00fdm re\u017eimom je v\u00a0povodiach Nitry, Ip\u013ea a\u00a0Bodrogu, nako\u013eko v\u00a0t\u00fdchto povodiach absentuje dostato\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det dlhodob\u00fdch nepreru\u0161en\u00fdch neovplyvnen\u00fdch pozorovan\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je nutn\u00e9 pripomen\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee v\u00a0nasleduj\u00facich anal\u00fdzach hydrologick\u00e9ho re\u017eimu dlhodob\u00e9 ovplyvnen\u00e9 rady boli posudzovan\u00e9 s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na ich ovplyvnenie, t.j. na mieru ovplyvnenia \u013eudskou \u010dinnos\u0165ou\u00a0\u2013 odbery a\u00a0vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165ania, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ka\u017edoro\u010dne zhodnocovan\u00e9 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci vodohospod\u00e1rskej bilancie (dokument vypracov\u00e1van\u00fd SHM\u00da). Celkovo bolo pre \u00fa\u010dely anal\u00fdzy v\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku vybran\u00fdch 216 vodomern\u00fdch stan\u00edc s\u00a0nepreru\u0161en\u00edm radom pozorovania v\u00a0rokoch 2001\u20132015 (<em>obr. 1<\/em>), ktor\u00e9 boli porovn\u00e1van\u00e9 s\u00a0vy\u010d\u00edslen\u00fdmi a\u00a0platn\u00fdmi \u00fadajmi pre referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie 1961\u20132000 [6].<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0<em>tabu\u013eke 1<\/em> s\u00fa preh\u013eadne uveden\u00e9 po\u010dty vodomern\u00fdch stan\u00edc, vybran\u00fdch na anal\u00fdzu v\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku, pod\u013ea jednotliv\u00fdch \u010diastkov\u00fdch povod\u00ed, pr\u00edpadne e\u0161te podrobnej\u0161\u00edch celkov (Nitra a\u00a0Mal\u00fd Dunaj s\u00fa vy\u010dlenen\u00e9 z\u00a0povodia V\u00e1hu a\u00a0hodnoten\u00e9 osobitne) s\u00a0vy\u010dlenen\u00edm po\u010dtu stan\u00edc s\u00a0ovplyvnen\u00fdm hydrologick\u00fdm re\u017eimom.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabu\u013eka 1. Dunaj a\u00a0Nitra patria do \u010diastkov\u00e9ho povodia V\u00e1h<\/h6>\n<h2>Hodnotenie po jednotliv\u00fdch povodiach<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00a0<em>tabu\u013eke<\/em> <em>2<\/em> s\u00fa zobrazen\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky anal\u00fdz rozdielov dlhodob\u00fdch prietokov pre zvolen\u00e9 obdobie 2001\u20132015 vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu za cel\u00e9 obdobie, za jednotliv\u00e9 mesiace hydrologick\u00e9ho roka (november a\u017e okt\u00f3ber), ako aj za vegeta\u010dn\u00e9 (apr\u00edl a\u017e september) a\u00a0mimovegeta\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie (okt\u00f3ber a\u017e marec) iba pre 67 vybran\u00fdch stan\u00edc s\u00a0dlhodob\u00fdm radom pozorovan\u00ed (min. od r.\u00a01961). Stanice s\u00a0ovplyvnen\u00fdm hydrologick\u00fdm re\u017eimom s\u00fa v\u00a0tabu\u013eke odl\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 \u010dervenou farbou p\u00edsma.<\/p>\n<p>Porovnanie percentu\u00e1lnej zmeny vo ve\u013ekosti dlhodob\u00fdch prietokov vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu je v\u00a0tabu\u013eke farebne zv\u00fdraznen\u00e9 nasledovne: Z\u00e1porn\u00e1 zmena (\u010derven\u00e1) zn\u00e1zor\u0148uje percentu\u00e1lny pokles hodnoty, kladn\u00e1 (modr\u00e1) n\u00e1rast hodnoty priemern\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho prietoku. Nev\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zmeny (do\u00a01\u00a0%) s\u00fa zn\u00e1zornen\u00e9 bielou, rozdiely od 1 do 5 % svetlej\u0161\u00edm odtie\u0148om, hodnoty nad 5 % tmav\u0161\u00edm odtie\u0148om \u010dervenej, resp. modrej farby.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabu\u013eka 2. Naopak n\u00e1rast dlhodob\u00fdch prietokov v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0referen\u010dn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm je zrejm\u00fd v\u00a0\u010diastkov\u00fdch povodiach Poprad a\u00a0Dunajec, a\u00a0\u010das\u0165 povodia Horn\u00e1d.<\/p>\n<p>Dlhodob\u00e9 priemern\u00e9 mesa\u010dn\u00e9 prietoky vykazuj\u00fa pokles takmer vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch povodiach v\u00a0mesiacoch apr\u00edl a\u00a0okt\u00f3ber, naopak n\u00e1rast sa prejavuje v\u00a0mesiaci janu\u00e1r a\u00a0\u010diasto\u010dne september (s\u00a0v\u00fdnimkou povodia Bodrog).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0povod\u00ed Nitry (kde sa aj za\u00a0dlhodob\u00fd priemer prejavuje pokles) sa z\u00e1porn\u00e9 zmeny prejavuj\u00fa vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch mesiacoch okrem janu\u00e1ra a\u00a0septembra. Podobne aj v\u00a0povod\u00ed Mal\u00e9ho Dunaja (\u010das\u0165 povodia V\u00e1hu) prevl\u00e1daj\u00fa poklesy mesa\u010dn\u00fdch prietokov; stanica Bernol\u00e1kovo\u00a0\u2013 \u010cierna Voda (ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 ovplyvnen\u00e9 prietoky antropog\u00e9nnou \u010dinnos\u0165ou\u00a0\u2013 odbery) vykazuje v\u0161ak nato\u013eko extr\u00e9mne odch\u00fdlky, \u017ee bola z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho hodnotenia vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0povod\u00ed Popradu prevl\u00e1daj\u00fa vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch mesiacoch kladn\u00e9 odch\u00fdlky od odpovedaj\u00facich dlhodob\u00fdch priemern\u00fdch mesa\u010dn\u00fdch prietokov za referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie.<\/p>\n<p>Pre vegeta\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie (mesiace apr\u00edl a\u017e september) prevl\u00e1da vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine povod\u00ed z\u00e1porn\u00e1 zmena vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu, s\u00a0v\u00fdnimkou povodia Poprad, kde sa prejavuje n\u00e1rast priemern\u00e9ho prietoku a\u00a0povod\u00ed Horn\u00e1d, Ipe\u013e a\u00a0Slan\u00e1, v\u00a0ktor\u00fdch sa v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch staniciach v\u00a0povodiach vyskytuj\u00fa kladn\u00e9 aj z\u00e1porn\u00e9 zmeny. Zmeny v\u00a0mimovegeta\u010dnom obdob\u00ed (okt\u00f3ber a\u017e marec) nie s\u00fa jednozna\u010dn\u00e9, s\u00a0v\u00fdnimkou povodia Nitry, v\u00a0ktorom s\u00fa jednozna\u010dne z\u00e1porn\u00e9 zmeny priemern\u00fdch prietokov v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0mapov\u00fdch zobrazeniach za jednotliv\u00e9 mesiace a\u00a0za hydrologick\u00fd rok s\u00fa zahrnut\u00e9 hodnotenia zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch 216 stan\u00edc zvolen\u00fdch na hodnotenie sucha. Na map\u00e1ch s\u00fa v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch hodnoten\u00fdch profiloch poklesy porovn\u00e1van\u00fdch prietokov\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t prezentovan\u00e9 \u010derven\u00fdm trojuholn\u00edkom \u0161picom nadol, n\u00e1rasty modr\u00fdm trojuholn\u00edkom so \u0161picom smeruj\u00facim nahor. Odtiene modrej resp. \u010dervenej farby a\u00a0ve\u013ekosti trojuholn\u00edkov odpovedaj\u00fa ve\u013ekosti zmien v\u00a0% nasledovne:<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Desortova-legenda-1-1.jpg\" rel=\"shadowbox[sbpost-6249];player=img;\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"81\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6126 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Desortova-legenda-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Desortova-legenda-1-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Desortova-legenda-1-1-300x30.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Desortova-legenda-1-1-768x78.jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 800px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 800\/81;\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Stanice, ktor\u00fdch hydrologick\u00fd re\u017eim je \u010diasto\u010dne ovplyvnen\u00fd \u013eudskou \u010dinnos\u0165ou, s\u00fa na map\u00e1ch ozna\u010den\u00e9 \u010diernou bodkou v\u00a0pr\u00edslu\u0161nom trojuholn\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p>Na <em>obr. 2<\/em> sa nach\u00e1dza mapov\u00e9 zobrazenie zmien dlhodob\u00fdch priemern\u00fdch prietokov hodnoten\u00e9ho obdobia 2001\u20132015 vo\u010di referen\u010dn\u00e9mu obdobiu v\u00a0hodnoten\u00fdch profiloch vodomern\u00fdch stan\u00edc na Slovensku. Differences in the long-term discharges in the period 2001\u20132015 over the reference period 1961\u20132000<\/h6>\n<p>N\u00e1rast dlhodob\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t prietokov v\u00a0hodnotenom obdob\u00ed sa prejavuje najm\u00e4 v\u00a0povodiach Popradu a\u00a0Horn\u00e1du, a\u00a0to tak plo\u0161n\u00fdm zast\u00fapen\u00edm v\u00a0dan\u00fdch povodiach ako aj ve\u013ekos\u0165ou kladn\u00fdch odch\u00fdlok od prietokov za referen\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie, ktor\u00e9 sa pohybuj\u00fa v\u00a0horn\u00fdch \u010dastiach povod\u00ed a\u017e na \u00farovni +20 a\u017e +30 %, v\u00a0povod\u00ed Horn\u00e1du dokonca nad 50 % (75,5 % Marku\u0161ovce\u00a0\u2013 Rud\u0148ansk\u00fd potok; 58,1 % Krompachy\u00a0\u2013 Slovinsk\u00fd potok). V\u00fdznamne kladn\u00e9 odch\u00fdlky sa prejavuj\u00fa aj v\u00a0dolnej \u010dasti povodia Hrona a\u00a0Ip\u013ea a\u00a0ojedinele aj v\u00a0in\u00fdch povodiach.<\/p>\n<p>Na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej \u010dasti \u00fazemia Slovenska sa v\u0161ak prejavuj\u00fa z\u00e1porn\u00e9 odch\u00fdlky dlhodob\u00fdch prietokov od referen\u010dn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t, v\u00fdznamne najm\u00e4 v\u00a0povodiach Nitra, Bodva, v\u00a0slovenskej \u010dasti povodia Moravy, v\u00a0strednej \u010dasti povodia V\u00e1hu, v\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti povodia Bodrogu, v\u00a0hornej \u010dasti povod\u00ed Hrona, Ip\u013ea a\u00a0Slanej. Percentu\u00e1lne najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia z\u00e1porn\u00e1 odch\u00fdlka sa prejavila v\u00a0profile Bernol\u00e1kovo\u00a0\u2013 \u010cierna Voda (takmer -51 %), ako je u\u017e vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9, t\u00fato stanicu s\u00a0v\u00fdznamne ovplyvnen\u00fdm re\u017eimom z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho hodnotenia vyl\u00fa\u010dime. Differences in the long-term monthly discharges in the period 2001\u20132015 over the reference period 1961\u20132000\u00a0\u2013 August<\/h6>\n<p>Anal\u00fdzy rozdielov dlhodob\u00fdch priemern\u00fdch ro\u010dn\u00fdch prietokov za posledn\u00e9 spracovan\u00e9 15-ro\u010die 2001\u20132015 v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0aktu\u00e1lne platn\u00fdm referen\u010dn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm 1961\u20132000 potvrdili pokles hodn\u00f4t prietokov na ve\u013ekej \u010dasti \u00fazemia Slovenska, najm\u00e4 v\u00a0povod\u00ed Nitry, Bodvy, Moravy, strednej \u010dasti povodia V\u00e1hu, horn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed povod\u00ed Hron, Ipe\u013e a\u00a0Slan\u00e1 a\u00a0v\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti povodia Bodrogu. N\u00e1rast prietokov sa prejavuje v\u00a0povod\u00ed Poprad, hornej \u010dasti povodia Horn\u00e1d a\u00a0v\u00a0dolnej \u010dasti povodia Hron.<\/p>\n<p>Mal\u00e1 vodnos\u0165 na\u0161ich vodn\u00fdch zdrojov je prirodzen\u00e1 v\u00a0letno-jesennom obdob\u00ed. Ak v\u0161ak such\u00e9mu letu predch\u00e1dza \u201esuch\u00e1 jar\u201c, t.j. v\u00a0povodiach sa v\u00a0zimnom obdob\u00ed nevytvor\u00ed dostato\u010dn\u00e1 snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka, alebo v\u00a0zimnom obdob\u00ed d\u00f4jde k\u00a0n\u00e1hlemu otepleniu (ako sa to viackr\u00e1t vyskytlo v\u00a0obdob\u00ed 2001\u20132015), nevytvoria sa priazniv\u00e9 podmienky na prirodzen\u00fa retenciu vodn\u00fdch zdrojov. Pre na\u0161e toky je prirodzen\u00fd stav v\u00fdskytu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch odtokov na jar, kedy si pr\u00edroda vytv\u00e1ra prirodzenou cestou z\u00e1soby a\u00a0ak to ch\u00fdba, m\u00e1me probl\u00e9m. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ako riziko negat\u00edvnych dopadov zmien rozdelenia odtoku v\u00a0roku na po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 aj pokles prietokov za cel\u00e9 vegeta\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine \u010diastkov\u00fdch povod\u00ed na Slovensku.<\/p>\n<p>Sucho, boj o\u00a0vodu, \u010di snaha o\u00a0zachovanie kvality vody s\u00fa glob\u00e1lne probl\u00e9my ovplyv\u0148uj\u00face svet.
