For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>\u010cl\u00e1nek shrnuje v\u00fdsledky sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vody ve vybran\u00fdch profilech Motolsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka, kter\u00e9 prob\u00edhalo v\u00a0roce 2018. Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed bylo zam\u011b\u0159eno na zm\u011bny obsahu \u017eivin (formy dus\u00edku a\u00a0fosforu), koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0a\u00a0na kvalitativn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstva fytoplanktonu a\u00a0zooplanktonu. Z\u00edskan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly hor\u0161\u00ed stav v\u00a0Litovick\u00e9m potoce ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0Motolsk\u00fdm potokem jak z\u00a0hlediska obsahu \u017eivin, tak biomasy fytoplanktonu. Motolsk\u00fd stream, the profile Zli\u010d\u00edn<\/h6>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku 2018 bylo prov\u00e1d\u011bno sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vody ve vybran\u00fdch profilech Motolsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi (p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00edmi) vodn\u00edmi toky z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti pra\u017esk\u00e9 aglomerace a\u00a0na jejich\u017e toku jsou vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed koupali\u0161t\u011b. Zat\u00edmco povod\u00ed Motolsk\u00e9ho potoka le\u017e\u00ed pouze na \u00fazem\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy, povod\u00ed Litovick\u00e9ho potoka zasahuje svou horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed do \u00fazem\u00ed St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje. Po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b kilometrov\u00e9m, toku otev\u0159en\u00fdm korytem (<em>obr. 1<\/em>) vt\u00e9k\u00e1 do podzem\u00ed, ze kter\u00e9ho se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 na povrch u\u00a0Motolsk\u00e9ho krematoria (<em>obr. 2<\/em>), kde nap\u00e1j\u00ed Ml\u00fdnsk\u00fd rybn\u00edk. V\u00a0jeho\u00a0zatrubn\u011bn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti do n\u011bj \u00fast\u00ed zprava V\u011btven\u00fd potok s\u00a0reten\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed Brou\u010dek. Po odtoku z\u00a0Ml\u00fdnsk\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka (<em>obr. 3<\/em>) pokra\u010duje potok kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm \u00fasekem voln\u00e9 vody a\u00a0znovu vt\u00e9k\u00e1 do podzem\u00ed, kde se d\u011bl\u00ed na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti. Prav\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st proch\u00e1z\u00ed rybn\u00edkem Pivovarsk\u00fd, pokra\u010duje kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm otev\u0159en\u00fdm \u00fasekem (<em>obr. 4<\/em>) a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b se potrub\u00edm pod Plze\u0148skou ulic\u00ed dost\u00e1v\u00e1 na levou stranu, kde se pozd\u011bji spojuje s\u00a0druhou, levou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Potok postupn\u011b prot\u00e9k\u00e1 soustavou navazuj\u00edc\u00edch rybn\u00edk\u016f Ba\u0161ta (<em>obr. 8<\/em>), Strahovsk\u00fd a\u00a0B\u0159ve, odkud se voda dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do Litovick\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka. Po v\u00fdtoku z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee Jiviny (<em>obr.\u00a012<\/em>) pokra\u010duje potok kr\u00e1tce voln\u00fdm \u00fasekem, n\u00e1sledn\u011b podzem\u00edm proch\u00e1z\u00ed pod \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Ruzyn\u011b, vyno\u0159uje se pod oborou Hv\u011bzda a\u00a0voln\u011b p\u0159it\u00e9k\u00e1 k\u00a0Libock\u00e9mu rybn\u00edku. \u010c\u00e1st vody z\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka rybn\u00edk nap\u00e1j\u00ed (<em>obr. 13<\/em>) a\u00a0\u010d\u00e1st te\u010de d\u00e1le obtokov\u00fdm korytem. Odtok z\u00a0Libock\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka pak \u00fast\u00ed zp\u011bt do obtoku (<em>obr.\u00a014<\/em>). Litovick\u00fd potok n\u00e1sledn\u011b pokra\u010duje oblast\u00ed Liboce a\u00a0Veleslav\u00edna a\u00a0do n\u00e1dr\u017ee D\u017eb\u00e1n (<em>obr.\u00a015<\/em>), z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee vyt\u00e9k\u00e1 v\u00a0oblasti Divok\u00e9 \u0160\u00e1rky (<em>obr. 16<\/em>). Pot\u00e9 co protekl \u0160\u00e1reck\u00fdm \u00fadol\u00edm jako Litovicko-\u0160\u00e1reck\u00fd potok \u00fast\u00ed zleva do Vltavy v\u00a0Praze-Podbab\u011b [2].<\/p>\n<h2>Lokality a\u00a0metodika<\/h2>\n<p>Vzorky pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vody Motolsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka byly odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny 1\u00d7 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b v\u00a0obdob\u00ed b\u0159ezen a\u017e listopad roku 2018. Seznam odb\u011brov\u00fdch m\u00edst je uveden v\u00a0<em>tabulce 1<\/em>, jejich poloha je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bna na map\u00e1ch na <em>obr. 17<\/em> (Motolsk\u00fd potok) a\u00a0<em>obr. 18<\/em> (Litovick\u00fd potok). Laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy vzork\u016f byly zam\u011b\u0159eny na stanoven\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch forem dus\u00edku (N-NH<sub>4<\/sub>, N-NO<sub>3<\/sub>, N-NO<sub>2<\/sub>, N-organick\u00fd, N-celkov\u00fd) a\u00a0fosforu (P-PO<sub>4<\/sub>, P-celkov\u00fd). Hydrobiologick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy vzork\u016f zahrnovaly stanoven\u00ed koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0jako m\u011b\u0159\u00edtka biomasy fytoplanktonu a\u00a0kvalitativn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstva fytoplanktonu a\u00a0zooplanktonu. Odb\u011bry vzork\u016f a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy byly prov\u00e1d\u011bny standardn\u00edmi postupy podle \u010cSN ISO [3\u20138], pop\u0159. metodami b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi v\u00a0limnologick\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky a\u00a0diskuse<\/h2>\n<h3>Motolsk\u00fd potok<\/h3>\n<p>Na <em>obr. 19<\/em> jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 a\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty koncentrac\u00ed N-NH<sub>4<\/sub>, N-NO<sub>3<\/sub>, P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> a P-celk. ve sledovan\u00fdch profilech Motolsk\u00e9ho potoka v\u00a0dan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed. Horn\u00ed \u00fasek toku (profil Zli\u010d\u00edn) charakterizuj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 i\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed\u00a0hodnoty vybran\u00fdch ukazatel\u016f kvality vody. V\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed jak pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch, tak zejm\u00e9na maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch hodnot koncentrace forem dus\u00edku a\u00a0fosforu bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno na odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edka R3. V\u00a0tomto profilu dos\u00e1hla nap\u0159. maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed koncentrace N-NH<sub>4 <\/sub>hodnoty 5,15\u2008mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup> a\u00a0P-celk. 0,76\u2008mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. Zjevn\u00fd pokles hodnot sledovan\u00fdch ukazatel\u016f kvality vody byl zaznamen\u00e1n p\u0159ed za\u00fast\u011bn\u00edm Motolsk\u00e9ho potoka do podzemn\u00edho z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9ho \u00faseku (<em>obr. 19<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bny obsahu chlorofylu-a\u00a0(m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko biomasy fytoplanktonu) b\u011bhem vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony (tj. b\u0159ezen\u2013\u0159\u00edjen) jsou pro vybran\u00e9 profily Motolsk\u00e9ho potoka graficky zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny na <em>obr. 20<\/em>. Hodnoty chlorofylu-a\u00a0zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 na odtoc\u00edch z\u00a0rybn\u00edk\u016f (Ml\u00fdnsk\u00fd, R1 a\u00a0R2) zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed dokumentuj\u00ed v\u00fdskyt vysok\u00e9 biomasy fytoplanktonu ve\u00a0vlastn\u00edch rybn\u00edc\u00edch. Rozvoj biomasy fytoplanktonu vedl v\u00a0rybn\u00edc\u00edch ke vzniku vegeta\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1kalu a\u00a0poklesu pr\u016fhlednosti vody. Hodnoty pr\u016fhlednosti vody m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 v\u00a0rybn\u00edc\u00edch se pohybovaly v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed 0,5\u20130,8\u2008m. Charakter zm\u011bn obsahu chlorofylu-a\u00a0na odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edka Pivovarsk\u00fd a\u00a0z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee Homolka se od ostatn\u00edch profil\u016f li\u0161\u00ed.\u00a0Vysok\u00e1 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a0(63,8 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>) na odtoku z\u00a0Pivovarsk\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka poklesla na\u00a0n\u00edzkou \u00farove\u0148, kter\u00e1 se udr\u017eela do konce vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony. D\u016fvodem bylo postupn\u00e9 a\u017e \u00fapln\u00e9 zar\u016fst\u00e1n\u00ed rybn\u00edka makrovegetac\u00ed, zhor\u0161en\u00ed sv\u011bteln\u00fdch podm\u00ednek ve vodn\u00edm sloupci omezuj\u00edc\u00ed rozvoj fytoplanktonu. N\u00e1dr\u017e Homolka se v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu jarn\u00edho obdob\u00ed teprve plnila vodou. V\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony byla na odtoku z\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee zji\u0161t\u011bna nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota biomasy fytoplanktonu (chlorofyl-a\u00a094,1 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>) ze v\u0161ech sledovan\u00fdch lokalit.<\/p>\n<h3>Litovick\u00fd potok<\/h3>\n<p>\u00darove\u0148 \u017eivin ve sledovan\u00fdch profilech Litovick\u00e9ho potoka dokumentuje <em>obr.\u00a021<\/em>, na kter\u00e9m jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 a\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty koncentrac\u00ed N-NH<sub>4<\/sub>, N-NO<sub>3<\/sub>, P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> a\u00a0P-celk. v\u00a0dan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed. Z\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed rozsahu hodnot v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch grafech na <em>obr. 19<\/em> a\u00a0<em>21<\/em> je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee obsah sledovan\u00fdch \u017eivin je v\u00a0Litovick\u00e9m potoce v\u00fdznamn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0Motolsk\u00e9m potoce. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 koncentrac\u00ed N-NH<sub>4<\/sub>, P-PO<sub>4<\/sub> a\u00a0P-celk. Koncentrace \u017eivin v\u00a0profilech Litovick\u00e9ho potoka se postupn\u011b zvy\u0161uje od horn\u00edho \u00faseku toku, odtok z\u00a0rybn\u00edku Ba\u0161ta, po p\u0159\u00edtok do n\u00e1dr\u017ee Strnad (v\u00a0roce 2018 vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1, odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed sedimentu\u00a0\u2013 napou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed za\u010dalo a\u017e v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ve\u0161ker\u00e1 vzrostl\u00e1 makrovegetace byla ponech\u00e1na na m\u00edst\u011b a\u00a0op\u011bt zaplavena). Kvalita vody je v\u00a0tomto profilu ovlivn\u011bna p\u0159\u00edsunem vody odt\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0\u010dist\u00edrny odpadn\u00edch vod um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 pod m\u011bstem Hostivice. Na p\u0159\u00edtoku do n\u00e1dr\u017ee Strnad byla zji\u0161t\u011bna maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed koncentrace P-celk. 2,8\u2008mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup> a\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota N-NH<sub>4 <\/sub>12,6<sub>\u2008<\/sub>mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. V\u00a0profilech um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch na \u00faseku toku pod n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed Strnad se jak pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9, tak maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty forem fosforu a\u00a0dus\u00edku (s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou N-NH<sub>4<\/sub>) udr\u017eovaly na ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty N-NH<sub>4 <\/sub>se pohybovaly v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed 0,12\u20131,37<sub>\u2008<\/sub>mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>, N-NO<sub>3<\/sub> 0,61\u20132,18\u2008mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>, P-PO<sub>4 <\/sub>0,19\u20130,41\u2008mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup> a\u00a0P-celk. 0,30\u20130,62\u2008mg.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. Reakc\u00ed na vysok\u00fd obsah \u017eivin v\u00a0ekosyst\u00e9mech povrchov\u00fdch vod, zejm\u00e9na stojat\u00fdch a\u00a0pomalu tekouc\u00edch, je rozvoj autotrofn\u00edch organism\u016f. Objevuje se vysok\u00e1 biomasa mikroskopick\u00fdch sinic a\u00a0\u0159as nebo doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu rozvoji vodn\u00edch makrofyt.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bny obsahu chlorofylu-a\u00a0b\u011bhem vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony jsou pro vybran\u00e9 profily Litovick\u00e9ho potoka zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny na <em>obr. 22<\/em>. Ve v\u0161ech profilech, s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou odtoku z\u00a0rybn\u00edk\u016f Litovick\u00fd a\u00a0Libock\u00fd, byly zji\u0161t\u011bny vysok\u00e9 koncentrace chlorofylu-a, kter\u00e9 dosahovaly hodnot 250\u2013360 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>. Pr\u016fhlednost vody m\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 v\u00a0rybn\u00edc\u00edch nad odtokov\u00fdmi profily byla za t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek na \u00farovni 0,30\u20130,40\u2008m. N\u00edzk\u00e9 hodnoty biomasy fytoplanktonu na odtoku z\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka jsou ovlivn\u011bny t\u00edm, \u017ee z\u00a0rybn\u00edka odt\u00e9k\u00e1 voda ze spodn\u00edch vrstev (viz <em>obr. 9<\/em>), zat\u00edmco fytoplankton se vyskytuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0horn\u00ed prosv\u011btlen\u00e9 (eufotick\u00e9) vrstv\u011b vody. Do spodn\u00edch vrstev se pak fytoplankton dost\u00e1v\u00e1 sedimentac\u00ed vesm\u011bs odum\u00edraj\u00edc\u00edch jedinc\u016f. V\u00a0odtoku z\u00a0Libock\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka byla \u010dasn\u011b na ja\u0159e zji\u0161t\u011bna hodnota koncentrace chlorofylu-a\u00a035 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>, do konce vegeta\u010dn\u00ed sezony byl obsah chlorofylu-a\u00a0velmi n\u00edzk\u00fd (chlorofyl-a\u00a00,6\u20134,0 \u00b5g.l<sup>-1<\/sup>). Po odum\u0159en\u00ed biomasy t\u00e9to zelen\u00e9 \u0159asy zarostl rybn\u00edk vegetac\u00ed makrofyt (<em>Myriophyllum<\/em> sp., <em>Lemna<\/em> sp.), viz <em>obr. 23<\/em>. Za uveden\u00fdch podm\u00ednek nemohl\u00a0rozvoj fytoplanktonu v\u00a0rybn\u00edce ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e nastat. Struktura spole\u010denstva fytoplanktonu byla velmi pestr\u00e1, charakteristick\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed taxon\u016f, zejm\u00e9na zelen\u00fdch \u0159as (<em>Chlorophyceae<\/em>). Ze skupiny kok\u00e1ln\u00edch zelen\u00fdch \u0159as se vyskytovaly druhy rod\u016f <em>Aktinastrum<\/em>, <em>Coelastrum<\/em>, <em>Crucigenia<\/em>, <em>Crucigeniella<\/em>, <em>Desmodesmus<\/em>, <em>Dictyosphaerium<\/em>, <em>Monoraphidium<\/em>, <em>Oocystis<\/em>, <em>Pediastrum<\/em>, <em>Planktosphaeria<\/em>, <em>Scenedesmus<\/em>, <em>Tetraedron<\/em>, <em>Terastrum<\/em>. Zelen\u00ed bi\u010d\u00edkovci byli zastoupeni druhy rod\u016f <em>Chlamydomonas<\/em>, <em>Pandorina<\/em>, <em>Phacotus<\/em>, <em>Pteromonas<\/em>. Vodn\u00ed kv\u011bt, tvo\u0159en\u00fd kok\u00e1ln\u00ed sinic\u00ed <em>Microcystis<\/em> <em>aeruginosa<\/em>, byl v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zaznamen\u00e1n na rybn\u00edce B\u0159ve a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ei D\u017eb\u00e1n. Uveden\u00e9 kvalitativn\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed fytoplanktonu je charakteristick\u00e9 pro ekosyst\u00e9my rybn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3>Zooplankton<\/h3>\n<p>Druhov\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed zooplanktonu vybran\u00fdch rybn\u00edk\u016f a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0povod\u00ed Motolsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka bylo orienta\u010dn\u011b sledov\u00e1no v\u00a0\u010dervenci a\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu. Analyzov\u00e1ny byly vzorky odebran\u00e9 z\u00a0rybn\u00edk\u016f Ml\u00fdnsk\u00fd, Pivovarsk\u00fd, R1, R3 a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017ee Homolka na Motolsk\u00e9m potoce a\u00a0z\u00a0rybn\u00edk\u016f Ba\u0161ta, Strahovsk\u00fd, B\u0159ve, Litovick\u00fd, Libock\u00fd a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed Jiviny a\u00a0D\u017eb\u00e1n na Litovick\u00e9m potoce.<\/p>\n<p>Slo\u017een\u00ed zooplanktonu ve sledovan\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch indikuje vysokou ryb\u00ed obs\u00e1dku\u00a0\u2013 spole\u010denstvo je tvo\u0159eno v\u00fdhradn\u011b drobn\u00fdmi z\u00e1stupci, kte\u0159\u00ed odol\u00e1vaj\u00ed preda\u010dn\u00edmu tlaku ryb.<\/p>\n<p>Sledovan\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee lze podle p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00edho slo\u017een\u00ed zooplanktonu rozd\u011blit do n\u011bkolika skupin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>s\u00a0dominanc\u00ed v\u00ed\u0159n\u00edk\u016f (Rotifera): v\u011bt\u0161inou rod <em>Keratella<\/em> (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm <em>K. quadrata<\/em>, <em>K. cochlearis<\/em>), <em>Brachionus<\/em> (<em>B. calyciflorus<\/em>, <em>B. urceolaris<\/em>), <em>Asplanchna priodonta<\/em>; v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch nav\u00edc <em>Polyarthra dolichoptera<\/em>, <em>Filinia longiseta<\/em>, <em>Synchaeta <\/em>sp.: Ml\u00fdnsk\u00fd rybn\u00edk, rybn\u00edk Ba\u0161ta, n\u00e1dr\u017e Homolka;<\/li>\n<li>s\u00a0dominanc\u00ed klanono\u017ec\u016f (Copepoda): p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm drobn\u00ed z\u00e1stupci: <em>Microcyclops bicolor<\/em>, <em>Cyclops strenuus<\/em>, <em>Paracyclops <\/em>sp., <em>Thermocyclops <\/em>sp., m\u00e9n\u011b\u00a0\u2013 zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0jarn\u00edm obdob\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 <em>Eudiaptomus gracilis<\/em>; ve v\u0161ech lokalit\u00e1ch se trvale vyskytuj\u00ed kopepoditov\u00e1 a\u00a0naupliov\u00e1 stadia: rybn\u00edky Pivovarsk\u00fd, B\u0159ve, Strahovsk\u00fd a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017e Jiviny;<\/li>\n<li>s\u00a0dominanc\u00ed drobn\u00fdch perloo\u010dek (Cladocera): p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm <em>Bosmina longirostris<\/em>, <em>Daphnia galeata<\/em>, <em>Ceriodaphnia <\/em>sp.: rybn\u00edky R1, R3 a\u00a0Litovick\u00fd, n\u00e1dr\u017e D\u017eb\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00fdjimkou ve slo\u017een\u00ed spole\u010denstva zooplanktonu byl Libock\u00fd rybn\u00edk. A\u010dkoliv jde o\u00a0obhospoda\u0159ovan\u00fd ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd rev\u00edr, v\u00a0jarn\u00edm a\u00a0\u010dasn\u011b letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed rybn\u00edk vykazoval stadium \u201e\u010dist\u00e9 vody\u201c, pro kter\u00e9 je charakteristick\u00fd v\u00fdskyt velk\u00fdch perloo\u010dek. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Libock\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka byla\u00a0dominantn\u00edm druhem perloo\u010dka <em>Daphnia magna<\/em>. Po rozkladu enormn\u00ed biomasy z\u00e1stupc\u016f mikro- i\u00a0makroflory, kter\u00e1 se vyskytovala v\u00a0rybn\u00edce v\u00a0letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed (<em>obr. 23<\/em>), byli v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnov\u00e9m\u00a0zooplanktonu zji\u0161t\u011bni u\u017e jen drobn\u00ed z\u00e1stupci (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm Rotifera, <em>Eudiaptomus gracilis<\/em>, kopepoditov\u00e1 a\u00a0naupliov\u00e1 stadia, <em>Bosmina longirostris<\/em>, <em>Ceriodaphnia <\/em>sp.).<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vody Motolsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Litovick\u00e9ho potoka, kter\u00e9 prob\u00edhalo v\u00a0teplotn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9m a\u00a0sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u011b chud\u00e9m roce 2018, dokumentuj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed stav\u00a0v\u00a0Litovick\u00e9m potoce jak z\u00a0hlediska obsahu sledovan\u00fdch \u017eivin, tak p\u0159\u00edtomnosti vysok\u00e9 biomasy fytoplanktonu. Hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvody tohoto stavu lze spat\u0159it v\u00a0odli\u0161n\u00e9m charakteru povod\u00ed obou potok\u016f. Na rozd\u00edl od relativn\u011b mal\u00e9ho povod\u00ed Motolsk\u00e9ho potoka je povod\u00ed Litovick\u00e9ho potoka rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed, zahrnuje zem\u011bd\u011blsky vyu\u017e\u00edvanou krajinu, potok prot\u00e9k\u00e1 oblast\u00ed s\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem lidsk\u00fdch s\u00eddel rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fdch v\u00a0povod\u00ed. Lze tak p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat p\u0159\u00edsun zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch povrchov\u00fdch vod i\u00a0komun\u00e1ln\u00edho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed drobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi toky v\u00a0povod\u00ed (potoky Jene\u010dsk\u00fd, Zli\u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd, \u0158epsk\u00fd). Do Litovick\u00e9ho potoka \u00fast\u00ed tak\u00e9 odtok z\u00a0\u010dist\u00edrny odpadn\u00edch vod pod m\u011bstem Hostivice. Na kvalitu vody v\u00a0potoce m\u00e1 vliv intenzivn\u00ed ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed rybn\u00edk\u016f na horn\u00edm \u00faseku toku.
