For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>Ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 let je ve V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m \u00fastavu vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161ena problematika v\u00fdskytu a\u00a0chov\u00e1n\u00ed radioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vod\u011b. Se sledov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch a\u00a0um\u011bl\u00fdch radionuklid\u016f v\u00a0hydrosf\u00e9\u0159e zapo\u010dal ji\u017e v\u00a0roce 1956 t\u00fdm pod veden\u00edm Dr.\u00a0Ing.\u00a0Jaroslava Bul\u00ed\u010dka. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku hlavn\u00edm \u00fakolem bylo sledov\u00e1n\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed a\u00a0jakosti d\u016fln\u00edch vod z\u00a0t\u011b\u017eby uranu v\u00a0lokalit\u00e1ch J\u00e1chymov, P\u0159\u00edbram, Str\u00e1\u017e pod Ralskem, Tachov, Okrouhl\u00e1 Radou\u0148 a\u00a0Doln\u00ed Ro\u017e\u00ednka a\u00a0jejich vliv na jakost povrchov\u00fdch vod, do kter\u00fdch byly d\u016fln\u00ed vody z\u00a0provozu podniku \u010cesk\u00fd uranov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl (pozd\u011bji DIAMO,\u00a0s.\u00a0p.) za\u00fast\u011bny. Sou\u010dasn\u011b se zah\u00e1jen\u00edm t\u011bchto prac\u00ed bylo t\u0159eba vyvinout metody na stanoven\u00ed celkov\u00fdch objemov\u00fdch aktivit alfa a\u00a0beta a\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch radionuklid\u016f, zejm\u00e9na radonu 222, radia 226 a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho uranu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0rozvojem prac\u00ed byli do odd\u011blen\u00ed postupn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ni dal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, a\u00a0to p.ch. Jan Pazdern\u00edk, RNDr.\u00a0Jarom\u00edr Just\u00fdn,\u00a0CSc., vy\u0161kolen\u00fd v\u00a0problematice radio-biologie v\u00a0hydrologick\u00e9 laborato\u0159i AV \u010cR, d\u00e1le Ing.\u00a0Adolf Mansfeld,\u00a0CSc., kter\u00fd vystudoval radiochemii na Lomonosovov\u011b univerzit\u011b v\u00a0Moskv\u011b, absolventi Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u0161koly jadern\u00e9 techniky Jaroslav H\u00e1jek, Jarmila Vok\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1 a\u00a0Milada Sv\u011btov\u00e1 a\u00a0d\u00e1le Hana Kalov\u00e1 a\u00a0Eduard Hansl\u00edk, kter\u00fd si n\u00e1sledn\u011b doplnil vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed extern\u00edm studiem na Vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole chemicko-technologick\u00e9. V\u00a0letech 1964 a\u017e 1969 vystudoval obor technologie vody a\u00a0na t\u00e9\u017ee instituci obh\u00e1jil v\u00a0roce 1980 i\u00a0v\u011bdeckou aspiranturu. Absolvoval tak\u00e9 hydrologick\u00fd kurz UNESCO na Lomonosovov\u011b univerzit\u011b v\u00a0Moskv\u011b a\u00a0stal se vedouc\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00ed Jakosti povrchov\u00fdch vod, v\u00a0roce 1987 vedouc\u00edm odboru Proces\u016f zm\u011bn jakosti vod a\u00a0od roku 1991 byl vedouc\u00edm \u00fatvaru Radioekologie, kter\u00fd byl n\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u010dlen\u011bn do sekce Jakosti vod a\u00a0ochrany ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f\u00a0\u2013 nyn\u00ed Referen\u010dn\u00ed laborato\u0159 slo\u017eek \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a\u00a0odpad\u016f. Do roku 1990 doch\u00e1zelo jen k\u00a0mal\u00fdm person\u00e1ln\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m, po tomto roce pak byli postupn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1ni nov\u00ed pracovn\u00edci: Ing.\u00a0Barbora Sedl\u00e1\u0159ov\u00e1, RNDr.\u00a0Diana Mare\u0161ov\u00e1,\u00a0Ph.D., Ing.\u00a0Eva Juranov\u00e1, Ing.\u00a0Irena Pohlov\u00e1, Bc.\u00a0Martina Kluganostov\u00e1, Michal Nov\u00e1k a\u00a0Michal Kom\u00e1rek. Od prosince roku 2017 je veden\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00ed pov\u011b\u0159ena Ing.\u00a0Barbora Sedl\u00e1\u0159ov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Radioanalytick\u00e9 postupy aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projekt\u016f byly a\u00a0jsou dosud vyv\u00edjeny v\u00a0laborato\u0159i Radioekologie a\u00a0postupn\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1ny i\u00a0vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm radiologick\u00fdm laborato\u0159\u00edm (VHRL). Kvalita pr\u00e1ce laborato\u0159e je pravideln\u011b ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1na s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm standard\u016f radioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek z\u00edskan\u00fdch od \u010cesk\u00e9ho metrologick\u00e9ho institutu Oblastn\u00edho inspektor\u00e1tu Praha. Laborato\u0159 se t\u00e9\u017e z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uje mezilaboratorn\u00edho porovn\u00e1n\u00ed zkou\u0161ek, v\u010detn\u011b anal\u00fdzy referen\u010dn\u00edch vzork\u016f poskytovan\u00fdch Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed agenturou pro atomovou energii ve V\u00eddni. Odd\u011blen\u00ed se za vyu\u017eit\u00ed radioanalytick\u00fdch postup\u016f zam\u011b\u0159ilo jak na chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch a\u00a0um\u011bl\u00fdch radioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vodn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, tak na problematiku radioekologie vodn\u00edch organism\u016f. \u0160lo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o\u00a0v\u00fdzkum sorpce a\u00a0migrace vybran\u00fdch p\u0159irozen\u00fdch a\u00a0um\u011bl\u00fdch radionuklid\u016f ve vodn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, vliv p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch \u010dinitel\u016f, ter\u00e9nn\u00edho smyvu a\u00a0odpadn\u00edch l\u00e1tek na jakost vody v\u00a0toc\u00edch a\u00a0n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edch a\u00a0vliv t\u011b\u017eby radioaktivn\u00edch surovin na jakost povrchov\u00fdch vod. Byly vyvinuty a\u00a0navr\u017eeny technologick\u00e9 postupy na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obsahu radioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0podzemn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch. Jednalo se hlavn\u011b o\u00a0aera\u010dn\u00ed procesy ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obsahu radonu 222 v\u00a0podzemn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch a\u00a0z\u00e1chyt izotop\u016f radia na vod\u00e1rensk\u00fdch p\u00edskov\u00fdch filtrech preparovan\u00fdch oxidy manganu a\u00a0\u017eeleza. Tento postup byl patentov\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Pozornost byla v\u011bnov\u00e1na i\u00a0kontaminaci dal\u0161\u00edch slo\u017eek \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed um\u011bl\u00fdmi radionuklidy v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0jejich uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm ve spojitosti s\u00a0atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdmi testy jadern\u00fdch zbran\u00ed. Z\u00a0uvol\u0148ovan\u00fdch radionuklid\u016f hlavn\u00ed slo\u017eku p\u0159edstavovaly tritium, radioizotopy cesia a\u00a0stroncium 90. Pro stanoven\u00ed stroncia 90 byla vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na sr\u00e1\u017eec\u00ed metoda. V\u00fdsledky od roku 1963 do roku 1986, kdy do\u0161lo k\u00a0hav\u00e1rii v\u00a0\u010cernobylu, p\u0159edstavovaly rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontaminaci po atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch testech jadern\u00fdch zbran\u00ed. V\u00a0roce 1986 do\u0161lo ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed a\u00a0posl\u00e9ze k\u00a0postupn\u00e9mu poklesu koncentrac\u00ed a\u017e do roku 2001, kdy byl zah\u00e1jen provoz Jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Temel\u00edn. Po zah\u00e1jen\u00ed provozu tak doch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0superpozici stroncia uvoln\u011bn\u00e9ho do prost\u0159ed\u00ed po testech jadern\u00fdch zbran\u00ed, po hav\u00e1rii v\u00a0\u010cernobylu a\u00a0po zah\u00e1jen\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod z\u00a0Jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Temel\u00edn. Metody na stanoven\u00ed tritia \u2013 kapalinov\u00e1 scintila\u010dn\u00ed spektrometrie a\u00a0radioizotop\u016f cesia\u00a0\u2013 gamaspektrometrie byly zavedeny pozd\u011bji po roce 1990, tedy po hav\u00e1rii reaktoru v\u00a0\u010cernobylu, proto\u017ee byly v\u00e1z\u00e1ny na finan\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed. V\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na pot\u0159ebu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bn koncentrace p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch i\u00a0um\u011bl\u00fdch radionuklid\u016f v\u00a0povrchov\u00e9 vod\u011b, v\u00a0upraven\u00e9 (pitn\u00e9) vod\u011b, dnov\u00fdch sedimentech a\u00a0biomase vodn\u00edch rostlin a\u00a0organism\u016f byla laborato\u0159 za\u0159azena do Radia\u010dn\u00ed monitorovac\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b \u010cR, jej\u00ed\u017e \u010dinnost je metodicky \u0159\u00edzena St\u00e1tn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159adem pro jadernou bezpe\u010dnost. V\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti laborato\u0159 spolupracuje \u00fazce s\u00a0vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi radiologick\u00fdmi laborato\u0159emi st\u00e1tn\u00edch podnik\u016f Povod\u00ed, a\u00a0to zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i odb\u011bru a\u00a0p\u0159ed\u00faprav\u011b vzork\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Od\u00a0osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let je v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou jadern\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 i\u00a0ochranou vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f st\u011b\u017eejn\u00edm bodem \u010dinnosti odd\u011blen\u00ed radiologie podrobn\u00fd pr\u016fzkum jakosti povrchov\u00fdch, podzemn\u00edch a\u00a0sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdch vod, dnov\u00fdch sediment\u016f a\u00a0biomasy vodn\u00edch rostlin a\u00a0ryb. Pracovn\u00edci odd\u011blen\u00ed a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed se soust\u0159edili p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na lokalitu pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 Jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Temel\u00edn, jej\u00edm\u017e vlivem na vodn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed i\u00a0progn\u00f3zou vlivu jej\u00ed dostavby se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 dodnes. V\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou a\u00a0provozem t\u00e9to elektr\u00e1rny byla \u0159e\u0161ena \u0159ada projekt\u016f zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch se mo\u017en\u00fdmi vlivy jej\u00edho provozu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed: V\u00fdzkum vlivu Jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Temel\u00edn na hydrosf\u00e9ru a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed slo\u017eky \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, V\u00fdzkum vlivu jadern\u011b energetick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a\u00a0d\u00e1le Program sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed vlivu Jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Temel\u00edn na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a\u00a0sledov\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u010cEZ,\u00a0a.\u00a0s., Jadern\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna Temel\u00edn. Byla z\u00edsk\u00e1na v\u00edce ne\u017e 25let\u00e1 \u0159ada v\u00fdsledk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny a\u00a0publikov\u00e1ny. Do roku 2000 se pr\u00e1ce soust\u0159edily na hodnocen\u00ed \u201ep\u0159edprovozn\u00edho stavu\u201c, tj.\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00edch \u00farovn\u00ed. P\u0159ipravuj\u00ed se podklady pro zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed ukazatel\u016f radioaktivity a\u00a0jejich hodnot v\u00a0hydrosf\u00e9\u0159e do pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f.
