For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>Vymezen\u00ed \u00fatvar\u016f povrchov\u00fdch vod a\u00a0ur\u010den\u00ed jejich typologie pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0prvn\u00edm krok\u016fm p\u0159i implementaci R\u00e1mcov\u00e9 sm\u011brnice o\u00a0vod\u011b (d\u00e1le RSV) [1]. Prvn\u00ed vymezen\u00ed a\u00a0ur\u010den\u00ed typ\u016f v\u00a0\u010cR prob\u011bhlo v\u00a0letech 2004 a\u00a02005 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci prvn\u00edho cyklu pl\u00e1n\u016f povod\u00ed, cel\u00fd proces v\u0161ak byl v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159epracov\u00e1n v\u00a0obdob\u00ed 2009 a\u017e 2010 pro druh\u00fd cyklus. Typy \u00fatvar\u016f povrchov\u00fdch vod jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro ur\u010den\u00ed dobr\u00e9ho ekologick\u00e9ho stavu, kdy kvalita, struktura a\u00a0funkce vodn\u00edch ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f spojen\u00fdch s\u00a0povrchov\u00fdmi vodami jsou sice m\u00edrn\u011b ovlivn\u011bny antropogenn\u00edmi zm\u011bnami, ale odli\u0161uj\u00ed se m\u00e1lo od nenaru\u0161en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek [2]. Nastaven\u00ed typologie p\u0159\u00edmo ur\u010duje nastaven\u00ed limit\u016f dobr\u00e9ho ekologick\u00e9ho stavu jak biologick\u00fdch slo\u017eek, tak fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b\u00ad\u2011chemick\u00e9 slo\u017eky. D\u00edky typologii mohou b\u00fdt stanoveny limity pro skupiny typ\u016f rozd\u00edln\u011b. Podle sm\u011brnice se to sice t\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u0161ech kategori\u00ed povrchov\u00fdch vod (v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010cR tedy \u0159ek a\u00a0jezer), ale v\u0161echny \u010desk\u00e9 \u00fatvary kategorie jezero jsou bu\u010f siln\u011b ovlivn\u011bn\u00e9 (co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u016fvodn\u011b pat\u0159ily k\u00a0\u0159ek\u00e1m, ale na z\u00e1klad\u011b vznikl\u00fdch hydromorfologick\u00fdch modifikac\u00ed se z\u00a0nich staly n\u00e1dr\u017ee \u010di rybn\u00edky), nebo um\u011bl\u00e9 (v\u011bt\u0161inou zatopen\u00e9 vyt\u011b\u017een\u00e9 prostory na m\u00edstech, kde se p\u0159edt\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vodn\u00ed \u00fatvar nevyskytoval). Pro tyto \u00fatvary se stanov\u00ed limity dobr\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu, kter\u00e9 ale v\u00edce ne\u017e na stanoven\u00e9m typu z\u00e1vis\u00ed na zp\u016fsobu u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed [3]. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 zvy\u0161ovat ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b po\u010det vymezen\u00fdch \u00fatvar\u016f, nebo\u0165 pro ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fatvar je pot\u0159eba hodnotit jeho ekologick\u00fd a\u00a0chemick\u00fd stav \u010di potenci\u00e1l, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 zna\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na monitoring. Ji\u017e v\u00a0prvn\u00edm cyklu pl\u00e1n\u016f, p\u0159ipravovan\u00fdch do konce roku 2009, se p\u0159\u00edstupy \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f v\u00fdznamn\u011b li\u0161ily, nap\u0159.\u00a0Holandsko a\u00a0Slovinsko vymezilo pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00fd po\u010det\u00a0vodn\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f\/\u0159ek (p\u0159i p\u0159epo\u010dtu na plochu \u010cR kolem 500), naopak Rakousko m\u00e1 kolem 7\u2009000 a\u00a0Irsko dokonce 13\u2009000 \u00fatvar\u016f kategorie \u0159eka (<em>obr.\u00a01<\/em>) [4]. Z\u00a0tohoto hlediska se v\u00a0\u010cR jak p\u016fvodn\u00ed po\u010det 1\u2009028 \u00fatvar\u016f kategorie \u0159eka, tak sou\u010dasn\u00fd po\u010det 1\u2009044 \u00fatvar\u016f zd\u00e1 jako celkem adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b bude nutn\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0ur\u010ditou m\u00edrou nehomogenity mezi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 1. I\u00a0v\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by podle RSV \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty m\u011bly p\u0159edlo\u017eit mapu s\u00a0geografick\u00fdmi polohami typ\u016f shodn\u00fdch se stupn\u011bm rozli\u0161en\u00ed v\u00a0syst\u00e9mu A. Ecoregions in CR; data source: River Basin District Characterisation (Report 2005)<\/h6>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m A\u00a0pova\u017euje za z\u00e1kladn\u00ed charakteristiku ekoregiony (rozlo\u017een\u00ed ekoregion\u016f v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice je na <em>obr.\u00a02<\/em>), d\u00e1le nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161ku, velikost povod\u00ed a\u00a0geologick\u00fd typ (<em>tabulka 1<\/em>). V\u00a0prvn\u00ed typologii byla vzhledem k\u00a0poloze \u010cR kategorie nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky zjemn\u011bna (byla p\u0159id\u00e1na nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka 500\u00a0m\u00a0n.\u00a0m.), v\u00a0geologii byl na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fdsledk\u016f silik\u00e1tov\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy rozli\u0161en v\u00e1pnit\u00fd a\u00a0k\u0159emit\u00fd typ (organick\u00fd typ se v\u00a0\u010cR prakticky nevyskytuje), plocha povod\u00ed byla p\u0159evzata bez \u00faprav a\u00a0jako dodate\u010dn\u00e1 charakteristika byl pou\u017eit \u0159\u00e1d toku podle Strahlera. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd typ byl tedy slo\u017een z\u00a0n\u011bkolika k\u00f3d\u016f (<em>tabulka 2<\/em>). Faktory geologie a\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du toku sice z\u016fstaly, jejich aplikace v\u0161ak byla zna\u010dn\u011b jin\u00e1\u00a0\u2013 v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b geologie bylo konstatov\u00e1no, \u017ee d\u011blen\u00ed geologie podle syst\u00e9mu A\u00a0je v\u00a0\u010cR nepou\u017eiteln\u00e9, vzhledem k\u00a0neexistenci organick\u00e9ho typu a\u00a0zanedbateln\u00e9mu rozsahu karbon\u00e1t\u016f, tud\u00ed\u017e bylo doporu\u010deno pou\u017e\u00edt m\u00edsto litologick\u00e9ho hlediska strukturn\u00ed d\u011blen\u00ed (typ metamorfity a\u00a0vyv\u0159eliny a\u00a0druh\u00fd sedimenty a\u00a0kvart\u00e9r). Proportion of river water bodies based on geology\u00a0\u2013 the 1<sup>st<\/sup> plan (left panel) and typology\u00a0\u2013 the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> plan (right panel); data source: River Basin District Characterisation (Report 2005) and River Basin Management Plans Reporting 2016<\/h6>\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak bylo p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1no i\u00a0rozd\u011blen\u00ed typ\u016f podle \u0159\u00e1du toku (Strahlera) jednak byly \u0159\u00e1dy znovu p\u0159epo\u010dteny podle mapy 1 : 10\u2009000 (d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozli\u0161en\u00ed bylo na podkladu mapy 1 : 50\u2009000), \u010d\u00edm\u017e bylo v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dech dosa\u017eeno hodnoty 9 (p\u016fvodn\u011b byly nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed toky \u0159\u00e1du 8, nejmen\u0161\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednaly \u0159\u00e1dem 4), a\u00a0toky byly rozd\u011bleny do t\u0159\u00ed kategori\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 \u0159\u00e1d 1\u20133, 4\u20136 a\u00a07\u20139.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det deskriptor\u016f typologie se tedy ve v\u00fdsledku v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil a\u00a0p\u0159i aplikaci vzniklo pouze 35 typ\u016f (proti p\u016fvodn\u00edm 87).<\/p>\n<h2>Porovn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f typologie v\u00a0prvn\u00edm a\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu<\/h2>\n<p>Porovn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f typologie mezi prvn\u00edm a\u00a0druh\u00fdm cyklem je mo\u017en\u00e9 ud\u011blat pouze omezen\u011b, nebo\u0165 z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zm\u011bnou typologie bylo v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159evymezeno cca\u00a030\u00a0% \u00fatvar\u016f povrchov\u00fdch vod.<\/p>\n<p>Volba \u00famo\u0159\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou toto\u017en\u00e1 s\u00a0rozli\u0161en\u00edm n\u00e1rodn\u00edch oblast\u00ed povod\u00ed, m\u00edsto ekoregion\u016f znamenala zna\u010dnou zm\u011bnu v\u00a0typologii. Jak je na <em>obr.\u00a02<\/em> z\u0159ejm\u00e9, podobnost mezi \u00famo\u0159\u00edm a\u00a0ekoregiony je omezen\u00e1. Zat\u00edmco pod\u00edl k\u0159emit\u00fdch typ\u016f je v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, v\u00a0druh\u00e9 typologii m\u00edrn\u011b p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed p\u00edskovce, j\u00edlovce a\u00a0kvart\u00e9r (co\u017e ale neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 geologick\u00fdm pom\u011br\u016fm v\u00a0\u010cR).<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl v\u0161ak vznikl seskupen\u00edm \u0159\u00e1d\u016f tok\u016f do t\u0159\u00ed kategori\u00ed v\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu proti p\u016fvodn\u00edm p\u011bti kategori\u00edm (<em>obr.\u00a07<\/em> a\u00a0<em>8<\/em>). Nov\u011b byla za\u0159azena kategorie tok\u016f ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du (1\u20133), zat\u00edmco v\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00ed typologii za\u010d\u00ednaly \u00fatvary a\u017e od \u0159\u00e1du\u00a04. V\u00a0prvn\u00edm cyklu byly 3 z\u00a05 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch typ\u016f za\u0159azeny do Centr\u00e1ln\u00ed vrchoviny, k\u0159emit\u00e9ho typu, nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka 200\u2013500\u2008m a\u00a0\u0159\u00e1d Strahlera 4 nebo 5, dal\u0161\u00ed typ se li\u0161il pouze nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161kou 500\u2013800 a\u00a0posledn\u00ed typ (zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00fd \u010derven\u011b) odpov\u00edd\u00e1 ekoregionu Karpaty, nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka 200\u2013500\u2008m, \u0159\u00e1d toku 4 a\u00a0v\u00e1pnit\u00fd typ. V\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu v\u0161echny \u010dty\u0159i nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typy pat\u0159\u00ed do \u0159\u00e1du toku 4\u20136, dva pat\u0159\u00ed do krystalinika a\u00a0vulkanit\u016f, zbyl\u00e9 dva do p\u00edskovc\u016f, j\u00edlovc\u016f a\u00a0kvart\u00e9ru a\u00a0z\u00a0hlediska nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky pat\u0159\u00ed jeden typ do nadmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 200\u2008m, dva 200\u2013500\u2008m a\u00a0jeden 500\u2013800\u00a0m\u00a0n.\u00a0m. Z\u00a0grafu je ale z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee typy 200\u2013500\u00a0m\u00a0n.\u00a0m. Pou\u017eit\u00e1 typologie mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vhodn\u00e1 jak pro v\u0161echny relevantn\u00ed biologick\u00e9 slo\u017eky, tak pro v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b\u00ad\u2011chemick\u00e9 ukazatele. Vlastn\u00ed stanoven\u00ed typologie je abiotick\u00e9, zalo\u017een\u00e9 na expertn\u00edch odhadech, proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 typologii ov\u011b\u0159it na biologick\u00fdch slo\u017ek\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Typologie pro \u0159eky z\u00a0prvn\u00edho cyklu byla ov\u011b\u0159ena anal\u00fdzou spole\u010denstev makrozoobentosu. Byl vyhodnocen soubor dostate\u010dn\u011b podrobn\u00fdch dat reprezentuj\u00edc\u00edch 137 vodn\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f za\u0159azen\u00fdch do 43 typ\u016f (z\u00a087 stanoven\u00fdch), kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed 85\u00a0% \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR. Typologie byla i\u00a0po biologick\u00e9m ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed shled\u00e1na vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nost k\u00a0povod\u00ed je v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nost k\u00a0ekoregionu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak bylo z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ani praktick\u00e9 hledat typov\u011b specifick\u00e9 referen\u010dn\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro v\u0161echny typy \u00fatvar\u016f povrchov\u00fdch vod, proto se jako dal\u0161\u00ed krok n\u011bkter\u00e9 vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 typy sdru\u017eily do skupin p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch typ\u016f,\u00a0co\u017e ve v\u00fdsledku znamenalo celkem 39 typ\u016f. Naopak byly tak\u00e9 napl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny nejfrekventovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typy 42114, 42124 a\u00a042125 (\u017elut\u00e9, zelen\u00e9 a\u00a0modr\u00e9 \u00fatvary kategorie \u0159eka na <em>obr.\u00a09<\/em>), kter\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010cR tvo\u0159ily 45\u00a0% v\u0161ech \u00fatvar\u016f a\u00a0na Labi 55\u00a0% \u00fatvar\u016f, k\u00a0rozd\u011blen\u00ed v\u0161ak u\u017e nedo\u0161lo. Typologie byla vyu\u017eita pouze pro typov\u011b specifick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b\u00ad\u2011chemick\u00fdch ukazatel\u016f. P\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0metodik hodnocen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch slo\u017eek ekologick\u00e9ho stavu byla nov\u011b navr\u017een\u00e1 typologie vyu\u017eita r\u016fzn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem\u00a0\u2013 v\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b v\u0161ak pro biologick\u00e9 slo\u017eky byly vyu\u017eity jen n\u011bkter\u00e9 prvky typologie. Tak nap\u0159.\u00a0pro makrozoobentos a\u00a0makrofyta byly pro rozli\u0161en\u00ed stavu pou\u017eity pouze nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka a\u00a0\u0159\u00e1d toku [8, 9], pro ryby \u00famo\u0159\u00ed, nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka a\u00a0\u0159\u00e1d toku [6] a\u00a0pro fytoplankton jen \u0159\u00e1d toku\u00a0[10]. Naopak v\u0161ak bylo pot\u0159eba n\u011bkter\u00e9 charakteristiky rozd\u011blit detailn\u011bji\u00a0\u2013 to se t\u00fdkalo hlavn\u011b fytobentosu [11], kde byly vyu\u017eity z\u00a0typologie pouze nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka a\u00a0\u0159\u00e1d toku, ale s\u00a0mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem kategori\u00ed, pop\u0159.\u00a0byly p\u0159id\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed charakteristiky (nap\u0159.\u00a0pro makrozoobentos).<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 4. Porovn\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fsledk\u016f nastaven\u00ed typologie v\u00a0prvn\u00edm a\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 jen pro fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b\u00ad\u2011chemick\u00e9 ukazatele ekologick\u00e9ho stavu. Jak ji\u017e bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno, typov\u011b specifick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed stanovit limity dobr\u00e9ho stavu pro skupiny typ\u016f rozd\u00edln\u011b, co\u017e bylo pou\u017eito jak v\u00a0prvn\u00edm, tak v\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu pl\u00e1n\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Anal\u00fdza nastaven\u00ed limit\u016f podle typ\u016f byla provedena pro \u010dty\u0159i ukazatele, kter\u00e9 byly obdobn\u011b nebo stejn\u011b pou\u017eity v\u00a0obou cyklech a\u00a0kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivnily v\u00fdsledek ekologick\u00e9ho stavu\u00a0\u2013 dusi\u010dnanov\u00fd dus\u00edk, celkov\u00fd fosfor, rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd kysl\u00edk a\u00a0biochemick\u00e1 spot\u0159eba kysl\u00edku. Proportion of groups of river water bodies with the same limit of Dissolved Oxygen\u00a0\u2013 the 1<sup>st<\/sup> plan (left panel) and the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> plan (right panel); data source: Eionet Central Data Repository and River Basin Management Plans Reporting 2016<\/h6>\n<p>Z\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed obou tabulek vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee pro dusi\u010dnanov\u00fd dus\u00edk byla sice zm\u011bn\u011bna charakteristick\u00e1 hodnota z\u00a0maxima na medi\u00e1n, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 st\u0159edn\u00ed hodnota byla zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bna, pro celkov\u00fd fosfor do\u0161lo k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed, naopak pro rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd kysl\u00edk k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zm\u011bk\u010den\u00ed a\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed BSK<sub>5<\/sub> z\u016fstalo stejn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud ov\u0161em k\u00a0limit\u016fm pou\u017eijeme i\u00a0faktor typologie, kter\u00fd zm\u011bnil skupiny \u00fatvar\u016f, pro kter\u00e9 byl pou\u017eit r\u016fzn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd limit, celkov\u00fd obraz se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bn\u00ed. Pod\u00edl \u00fatvar\u016f s\u00a0nejm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm limitem se pro dusi\u010dnanov\u00fd dus\u00edk v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161il (<em>obr.\u00a011<\/em> a\u00a0<em>12<\/em>), tud\u00ed\u017e celkov\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed je mnohem m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (i\u00a0bez zohledn\u011bn\u00ed zm\u011bny charakteristick\u00e9 hodnoty). Obdobn\u011b, i\u00a0kdy\u017e pro celkov\u00fd fosfor byly stanoveny t\u0159i p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed limity ne\u017e v\u00a0prvn\u00edm cyklu, po\u010det \u00fatvar\u016f, na kter\u00fd se vztahovaly, byl natolik n\u00edzk\u00fd (nap\u0159.\u00a0nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed limit platil jen pro 4 \u00fatvary z\u00a01\u2009044), \u017ee ve v\u00fdsledku bylo zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed (<em>obr.\u00a013<\/em> a\u00a0<em>14<\/em>). Zm\u011bk\u010den\u00ed se potvrzuje pouze u\u00a0rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho kysl\u00edku, i\u00a0kdy\u017e ne tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b, jak by se mohlo zd\u00e1t pouze z\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed limit\u016f (<em>obr.\u00a015<\/em> a\u00a0<em>16<\/em>). U\u00a0biochemick\u00e9 spot\u0159eby kysl\u00edku sice z\u016fstaly limity stejn\u00e9, ale pod\u00edl \u00fatvar\u016f s\u00a0nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hodnotou klesl z\u00a080\u00a0% na 13\u00a0% pro \u010cR (<em>obr.\u00a017<\/em> a\u00a0<em>18<\/em>).<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011bry a\u00a0diskuse<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016f se ukazuje, \u017ee nastaven\u00ed typologie dok\u00e1\u017ee ovlivnit c\u00edle ochrany vod stejn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b jako nastaven\u00ed hranice dobr\u00e9ho ekologick\u00e9ho stavu. Pokud je p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edch typ\u016f p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00e1lo, nelze zodpov\u011bdn\u011b ur\u010dit limit. Je pak pro zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st \u00fatvar\u016f zbyte\u010dn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd nebo zbyte\u010dn\u011b m\u00edrn\u00fd, pop\u0159. oboj\u00ed. Stejn\u011b tak stanoven\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch limit\u016f m\u00e1 na prvn\u00ed pohled m\u00e9n\u011b viditeln\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, nap\u0159.\u00a0v\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu pl\u00e1n\u016f nevyhov\u011bla zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u00fatvar\u016f kv\u016fli biologick\u00fdm slo\u017ek\u00e1m, ale proto\u017ee souvisej\u00edc\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b\u00ad\u2011chemick\u00e9 ukazatele byly vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed, nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 racion\u00e1ln\u011b navrhnout p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale nelze v\u00a0r\u00e1mci t\u0159et\u00edho cyklu bez vyhodnocen\u00ed n\u00e1sledk\u016f z\u00e1sadn\u011b pozm\u011bnit typologii, nebo\u0165 by stejn\u011b jako v\u00a0druh\u00e9m cyklu mohla nastat situace, kdy v\u00fdsledky hodnocen\u00ed stavu nejdou vzhledem ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m metodik porovn\u00e1vat, a\u00a0tud\u00ed\u017e chyb\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se efektivnosti navr\u017een\u00fdch a\u00a0proveden\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed.
