Je v\u0161ak stejn\u00e1 pozornost v\u011bnov\u00e1na nap\u0159\u00edklad zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed generace \u010desk\u00fdch vodohospod\u00e1\u0159\u016f? Dok\u00e1\u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fd medi\u00e1ln\u00ed pohled na vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed p\u0159it\u00e1hnout mlad\u00e9 studenty k\u00a0vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm obor\u016fm? M\u011bl jsem mo\u017enost si na toto t\u00e9ma popov\u00eddat s\u00a0panem <strong>doc. dr. Ing. Pavlem Fo\u0161umpaurem<\/strong>, z\u00e1stupcem vedouc\u00edho katedry hydrotechniky Fakulty stavebn\u00ed \u010cVUT v\u00a0Praze. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Pane docente, za\u010dn\u011bme n\u00e1\u0161 rozhovor ohl\u00e9dnut\u00edm se za va\u0161imi profesn\u00edmi po\u010d\u00e1tky. Pro\u010d \u201evoda\u0159ina\u201c, respektive co v\u00e1s p\u0159im\u011blo vybrat si jako profesi vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To je celkem jednoduch\u00e9. Poch\u00e1z\u00edm z\u00a0Vysok\u00e9ho M\u00fdta, kde s\u00eddl\u00ed Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e1 \u0161kola stavebn\u00ed a\u00a0St\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola stavebn\u00ed, d\u0159\u00edve St\u0159edn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 \u0161kola stavebn\u00ed a\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edve Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 \u0161kola stavebn\u00ed, s\u00a0oborem vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 stavby. Historie t\u00e9to \u0161koly je dlouh\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 120 let a\u00a0je nejstar\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolou zam\u011b\u0159enou na vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed u\u00a0n\u00e1s. Nav\u00edc m\u016fj t\u00e1ta je \u201evoda\u0159\u201c, tak\u017ee volba, co m\u011b bude \u017eivit, byla vcelku jasn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>S\u00e1m si pamatuji, \u017ee dostat se na stavebn\u00ed nebo strojn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslovku nebylo a\u017e tak snadn\u00e9, vy\u017eadovalo to dobr\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole a\u00a0zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed p\u0159\u00edj\u00edmac\u00edch zkou\u0161ek. Jak to bylo u\u00a0v\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b? Ze zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edch zkou\u0161ek jsem m\u011bl celkem strach. \u017de poch\u00e1z\u00edm z\u00a0Vysok\u00e9ho M\u00fdta a\u00a0m\u016fj t\u00e1ta byl z\u00a0oboru, ur\u010dit\u011b neznamenalo, \u017ee se automaticky na \u0161kolu dostanu. Jeliko\u017e to byla \u2013 a\u00a0samoz\u0159ejm\u011b st\u00e1le je \u2013 \u0161kola s\u00a0dobr\u00fdm renom\u00e9, uchaze\u010d\u016f o\u00a0studium bylo dost a\u00a0z\u00a0cel\u00e9 republiky. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v\u0161e prob\u011bhlo v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku a\u00a0na \u0161kolu jsem byl p\u0159ijat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Zm\u00ednil jste, \u017ee o\u00a0studium na \u0161kole ve Vysok\u00e9m M\u00fdt\u011b byl velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Dok\u00e1\u017eete odhadnout, kolik va\u0161ich spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f potom d\u00e1l pokra\u010dovalo v\u00a0oboru?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u0158ada z\u00a0nich po maturit\u011b v\u00a0oboru z\u016fstala, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pokra\u010dovali ve studiu na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole. Odhaduji, \u017ee v\u00a0oboru z\u016fstalo mezi pades\u00e1ti a\u00a0sedmdes\u00e1ti procenty z\u00a0nich. Zbytek se v\u011bnuje stava\u0159in\u011b a\u00a0nepatrn\u00e9 minimum pak \u00fapln\u011b n\u011b\u010demu jin\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>St\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu jsem studoval zhruba ve stejn\u00fdch letech jako vy a\u00a0za\u017eil jsem na n\u00ed listopadov\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti roku 1989. Kdy\u017e se na to pod\u00edv\u00e1m zp\u011btn\u011b, byla to doba, kdy se zm\u011bnil nejen re\u017eim, ale i\u00a0p\u0159\u00edstup ke studiu a\u00a0v\u00fduce. Dlouholet\u00fd \u0159editel byl odvol\u00e1n, mist\u0159i oboru pomalu kon\u010dili nebo ode\u0161li zkusit sv\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v\u00a0podnik\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Je pravda, \u017ee v\u00a0devades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech za\u010daly vznikat nov\u00e9 \u0161koly a\u00a0nov\u00e9 obory. Nezaznamenal jsem v\u0161ak, \u017ee by se po listopadov\u00fdch ud\u00e1lostech na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole ve Vysok\u00e9m M\u00fdt\u011b n\u011bco z\u00e1sadn\u00edho zm\u011bnilo, alespo\u0148 co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 slo\u017een\u00ed u\u010ditelsk\u00e9ho sboru.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Zaujala m\u011b va\u0161e anal\u00fdza, kterou jste v\u00a0roce 2018 prezentoval na Valn\u00e9 hromad\u011b \u010cVTVHS. Celkem podrobn\u011b jste v\u00a0n\u00ed rozebral aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed stav vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed oboru vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. Co v\u00e1s k\u00a0jej\u00edmu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159im\u011blo?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tehdy jsem byl v\u00fdborem \u010cesk\u00e9 v\u011bdeckotechnick\u00e9 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n, abych v\u00a0r\u00e1mci odborn\u00e9ho programu pravideln\u00e9 Valn\u00e9 hromady p\u0159ipravil p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ku na t\u00e9ma vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve vodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1 tomuto t\u00e9matu dlouhodob\u011b v\u00fdznamnou pozornost, proto\u017ee z\u00e1stupci kolektivn\u00edch \u010dlen\u016f si dob\u0159e uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed prohlubuj\u00edc\u00ed se nedostatek kvalifikovan\u00fdch absolvent\u016f s\u00a0vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm. Uskute\u010dnil jsem tehdy anketu mezi st\u0159edn\u00edmi a\u00a0vysok\u00fdmi \u0161kolami v\u00a0\u010cR, kter\u00e1 umo\u017enila analyzovat pokles absolvent\u016f ve vazb\u011b na \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>S\u00a0jakou odezvou se va\u0161e prezentace setkala<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edmo na jedn\u00e1n\u00ed Valn\u00e9 hromady byl o\u00a0prezentaci a\u00a0jej\u00ed v\u00fdsledky pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. V\u00a0rychlosti vzpomenu nap\u0159\u00edklad kolegy ze st\u00e1tn\u00edho podniku Povod\u00ed Oh\u0159e. Toto t\u00e9ma jsem tak\u00e9 hodn\u011b diskutoval se z\u00e1stupci st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol, s\u00a0nimi\u017e jsem pak rozjel dotazn\u00edkovou akci. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed od 90. let pro\u0161lo ur\u010dit\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Co bylo d\u00e1l? P\u0159ipojil se n\u011bkdo k\u00a0va\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzv\u011b zab\u00fdvat se z\u00e1jmem o\u00a0studium oboru vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bylo to asi tak v\u0161e, co m\u00e1 prezentace vyvolala, a\u00a0k\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu dal\u0161\u00edmu pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017e nedo\u0161lo. I\u00a0kdy\u017e, abych nek\u0159ivdil, letos jsem byl pozv\u00e1n do panelov\u00e9 diskuze p\u0159ipravovan\u00fdch Hydrologick\u00fdch dn\u016f, a\u00a0to na t\u00e9ma \u201eJak bude vypadat \u010desk\u00fd a\u00a0slovensk\u00fd hydrolog budoucnosti?\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Jak by m\u011bl podle docenta Fo\u0161umpaura vypadat \u201evodohospod\u00e1\u0159 budoucnosti\u201c?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b technologi\u00ed \u0161koly \u010dasto produkuj\u00ed odborn\u00edky v podob\u011b u\u017eivatel\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch softwarov\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se omezuj\u00ed na pr\u00e1ci s daty a jejich zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed do syst\u00e9m\u016f. V\u00fduka vodohospod\u00e1\u0159\u016f se v\u0161ak podle m\u00e9ho soudu mus\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159ovat v\u00edce na vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch princip\u016f, jak jednotliv\u00e9 procesy funguj\u00ed, jak je spr\u00e1vn\u011b schematizovat, jak\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed je p\u0159ijateln\u00e9. Prost\u011b pomoci student\u016fm vytvo\u0159it si ur\u010dit\u00fd odborn\u00fd nadhled, kter\u00fd jim pak i umo\u017en\u00ed u\u010dinit spr\u00e1vnou interpretaci z\u00edskan\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Krom\u011b u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed voln\u011b dostupn\u00fdch program\u016f tak\u00e9 dlouhodob\u011b podporuji schopnost programovat vlastn\u00ed algoritmy, co\u017e potom d\u00e1v\u00e1 in\u017een\u00fdr\u016fm univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed schopnosti \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f. Chyb\u00ed mi ur\u010dit\u00e1 propojenost s realitou a prax\u00ed. Tak\u017ee ur\u010dit\u011b a nejl\u00e9pe kombinace oboj\u00edho.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>To je pravda. Na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole jsme jako studenti absolvovali podstatnou \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fduky v\u00a0provozu. \u010clov\u011bk si tak pod dohledem, n\u011bkdy a\u017e drobnohledem mistra d\u00edlny osahal teorii. Chyb\u00ed dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b toto?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>U\u00a0n\u00e1s na Fakult\u011b stavebn\u00ed \u010cVUT po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1me pro studenty exkurze a\u00a0praktick\u00e9 semin\u00e1\u0159e a\u00a0mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsou tam pro n\u011b vytvo\u0159eny dobr\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Ob\u00e1v\u00e1m se, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e9 sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol se v\u0161ak ub\u00edr\u00e1 v\u00edce na v\u00fdzkum ne\u017e na samotnou praxi. Vypou\u0161t\u00edme t\u00edm do sv\u011bta sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u011bdce a\u00a0nedok\u00e1\u017eeme reagovat na spole\u010denskou pot\u0159ebu, to jest vybavit studenta alespo\u0148 z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi praktick\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee je t\u0159eba nal\u00e9zt rozumnou rovnov\u00e1hu mezi pot\u0159ebou studenty vybavit z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi postupy navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed, realizace a\u00a0provozu vodn\u00edch d\u011bl a\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u00a0nich probouzet touhu po tv\u016fr\u010d\u00edm my\u0161len\u00ed a\u00a0kreativit\u011b p\u0159i in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci tak, jak to hezky napsal profesor Ladislav Votruba ve sv\u00e9m spise \u201eCesta studenta k\u00a0tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed osobnosti\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Nechci to zleh\u010dovat, ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee by oboru pomohlo n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho, co ud\u011blal pan Pohlreich pro gastronomii, tedy zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed a\u00a0z\u00e1jem mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed studovat tento obor. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Student by m\u011bl m\u00edt p\u0159i v\u00fduce vzor v\u00a0podob\u011b u\u010ditele, jen\u017e se pod\u00edl\u00ed na faktick\u00e9 realizaci konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch projekt\u016f. Takov\u00fd pedagog dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161et nejen teorii, ale hlavn\u011b ji obohatit o\u00a0praktick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti z\u00a0realizace n\u011bkter\u00e9ho z\u00a0projekt\u016f. Vzpomenu nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed hydraulick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f vodn\u00edch d\u011bl v\u00a0r\u00e1mci obnoven\u00ed Vltavsk\u00e9 vodn\u00ed cesty. Pak je to je\u0161t\u011b ot\u00e1zka samotn\u00e9ho kantora jako osobnosti, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee studenty zaujmout.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Kdy\u017e se \u0159ekne vodohospod\u00e1\u0159, asi si ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159edstav\u00ed, \u017ee je to povol\u00e1n\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e pro mu\u017ee. \u0158ekn\u011bte mi, jak\u00fd je z\u00e1jem o\u00a0vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 obory ze strany d\u00edvek\/\u017een a\u00a0jak si stoj\u00ed p\u0159i studiu? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Asi to p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, ale pom\u011br student\u016f a\u00a0studentek je u\u00a0n\u00e1s vyrovnan\u00fd, a\u00a0co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 studijn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f, jsou na tom holky \u010dasto l\u00e9pe, proto\u017ee jsou pe\u010dliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0trp\u011bliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Co by podle v\u00e1s p\u0159isp\u011blo k\u00a0zatraktivn\u011bn\u00ed oboru vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka. Je t\u0159eba obnovit presti\u017e. Po povodni nebo suchu spole\u010dnost hled\u00e1 na vodohospod\u00e1\u0159\u00edch a\u00a0vodn\u00edch stavb\u00e1ch sp\u00ed\u0161e chyby. Tyto jevy jsou \u010dasto vykl\u00e1d\u00e1ny jako d\u016fsledek \u0161patn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu vodohospod\u00e1\u0159\u016f za posledn\u00ed des\u00edtky let. Je t\u0159eba l\u00e9pe prezentovat \u00fasp\u011bchy. Nap\u0159\u00edklad prov\u00e1d\u011bt simulace, jak by vypadalo z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed vodou, kdyby nebyly n\u00e1dr\u017ee. Jak by vypadal pr\u016fb\u011bh konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed povodn\u011b, kdyby nebyla protipovod\u0148ov\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. A\u00a0hlavn\u011b odstranit nesmysln\u00fd m\u00fdtus, \u017ee vodohospod\u00e1\u0159i betonuj\u00ed \u0159eky a\u00a0podobn\u011b. Toto je podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru vytv\u00e1\u0159eno ji\u017e samotn\u00fdmi m\u00e9dii. Vysv\u011btlovat problematiku povodn\u00ed nebo sucha ve zkratk\u00e1ch a\u00a0z\u00a0\u00fast \u201enevoda\u0159\u016f\u201c obecn\u011b sni\u017euje presti\u017e na\u0161eho oboru v\u00a0o\u010d\u00edch ve\u0159ejnosti. Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0celospole\u010densk\u00fd probl\u00e9m spojen\u00fd se ztr\u00e1tou d\u016fv\u011bry v\u00a0odborn\u00edky a\u00a0autority, co\u017e je \u017eivnou p\u016fdou pro \u0161i\u0159itele nesmysln\u00fdch teori\u00ed a\u00a0\u201efake news\u201c, spole\u010dnost je pak daleko zraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed nen\u00ed v\u00a0tomto ohledu v\u00fdjimkou, po ka\u017ed\u00e9 povodni \u010di suchu se v\u017edy objev\u00ed mnoho samozvan\u00fdch \u201eexpert\u016f\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb516;\"><strong>Nakonec je\u0161t\u011b jedna ot\u00e1zka. Z\u00a0va\u0161\u00ed anal\u00fdzy je patrn\u00fd sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed se z\u00e1jem mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed studovat vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 obory. Mn\u011b z\u00a0toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 skute\u010dnost, \u017ee re\u00e1ln\u011b hroz\u00ed nejen \u00fabytek kvalifikovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed, ale \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee nastat situace, kdy tento obor nebude m\u00edt ani kdo u\u010dit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed se z\u00e1jem o\u00a0n\u00e1\u0161 obor je patrn\u00fd, nemysl\u00edm si v\u0161ak, \u017ee by to do\u0161lo a\u017e tak daleko. B\u011bhem studia si vyb\u00edr\u00e1me studenty, kte\u0159\u00ed d\u00e1l pokra\u010duj\u00ed ve sv\u00e9 profesi u\u00a0n\u00e1s na \u010cVUT.
