Proto byly analyzov\u00e1ny \u00fadaje o\u00a0\u010dist\u00edrn\u00e1ch odpadn\u00edch vod (\u010cOV) evidovan\u00fdch ve vodn\u00ed bilanci podle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 431\/2001 Sb., a\u00a0stanovena hodnota jejich \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy za obdob\u00ed 2002 a\u017e 2018. \u010casov\u00e1 \u0159ada zachycen\u00e1 v\u00a0datov\u00e9 sad\u011b popisuje v\u00fdvoj vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed i\u00a0m\u00edru, jakou \u010dist\u00edrny odpadn\u00edch vod p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k\u00a0odstran\u011bn\u00ed produkovan\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Datov\u00e1 sada ji\u017e byla pou\u017eita k\u00a0anal\u00fdz\u00e1m na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dist\u00edren [5\u20137], d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch povod\u00ed [8] i\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republiky [9, 10]. Datov\u00e1 sada m\u016f\u017ee slou\u017eit k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmu hodnocen\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s\u00a0implementac\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch sm\u011brnic EU a\u00a0v\u00fdzkumu v\u00a0oblasti vodn\u00ed stopy, udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vod a\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed dopad\u016f lidsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Popis dat<\/h2>\n<p>Datov\u00e1 sada je tvo\u0159ena jedn\u00edm textov\u00fdm souborem s\u00a0odd\u011blova\u010di ve form\u00e1tu csv, kter\u00fd obsahuje \u00fadaje popsan\u00e9 v\u00a0<em>tab. 1.<\/em> Jako odd\u011blova\u010d desetinn\u00fdch m\u00edst je pou\u017eita te\u010dka. Datov\u00e1 sada je tvo\u0159ena t\u0159emi d\u00edl\u010d\u00edmi \u010d\u00e1stmi. Prvn\u00ed dv\u011b p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u00ed data, tj. data p\u0159evzat\u00e1 z vodn\u00ed bilance, t\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st obsahuje hodnoty \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy a dal\u0161\u00edch dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch ukazatel\u016f. Prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st datov\u00e9 sady zahrnuje \u00fadaje pro identifikaci jednotliv\u00fdch vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st datov\u00e9 sady obsahuje \u00fadaje o vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek a mno\u017estv\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159it\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00edho do \u010cOV. T\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pak vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 \u00fadaje o\u00a0\u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stop\u011b jednotliv\u00fdch sledovan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek i\u00a0cel\u00e9 \u010cOV, jak na odtoku z\u00a0\u010cOV, tak na p\u0159\u00edtoku do \u010cOV. Datov\u00e1 sada obsahuje i\u00a0kontroln\u00ed \u00fadaje o\u00a0tom, zda nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010dist\u00edrn\u011b k\u00a0n\u00e1r\u016fstu \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy pro jednotliv\u00e9 ukazatele. D\u00e1le t\u00e9\u017e kontrolu, zda jsou k\u00a0dispozici \u00fadaje o\u00a0p\u0159it\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00edm a\u00a0odt\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed l\u00e1tky determinuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161edou vodn\u00ed stopu; to je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd \u00fadaj pro hodnocen\u00ed efektu \u010cOV na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed produkovan\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h5><em>Tab. 1. Jednotliv\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy o \u010cOV byly vybr\u00e1ny na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u00fadaje o existenci \u010cOV a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 ru\u010dn\u00ed validaci pomoc\u00ed identifikace \u010dist\u00edrny v n\u00e1zvu vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Datov\u00e9 pole \u201eProdukce zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed\u201c bylo stanoveno na z\u00e1klad\u011b porovn\u00e1n\u00ed hodnoty redukce \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy jednotliv\u00fdch ukazatel\u016f\u00a0\u2013 datov\u00e1 pole s\u00a0koncovkou \u201e_VSre\u201c. Hodnota asimila\u010dn\u00ed kapacity pro RAS byla stanovena na \u00farovni \u00be asimila\u010dn\u00ed kapacity rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek dle \u010cSN 75 7221. Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0kontroln\u00ed datov\u00e9 pole, kter\u00e9 bylo vypo\u010dteno pomoc\u00ed funkce MS Excel INDEX. Op\u011bt pro z\u00e1znamy s\u00a0nulovou hodnotou nem\u00e1 smysl po\u010d\u00edtat redukci \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy na \u010cOV z\u00a0d\u016fvodu ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed hodnoty chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edmi daty.<\/p>\n<p>Datov\u00e9 pole \u201eredukce\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi hodnotou vodn\u00ed stopy na odtoku z \u010cOV (datov\u00e9 pole \u201emax_VS\u201c) a na p\u0159\u00edtoku do \u010cOV (datov\u00e9 pole \u201emax_VS_PRO\u201c). Hodnota byla stanovena pouze pro z\u00e1znamy, u nich\u017e jsou datov\u00e1 pole \u201eUkazatel2_je_v_PRO?\u201c = 1 a \u201eUkazatel2_PRO_je_na_odtoku?\u201c = 1. Pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 datov\u00e1 pole znamenaj\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fadaje nebyly vypln\u011bny ve zdrojov\u00fdch datech (pro prim\u00e1rn\u00ed data) nebo \u017ee vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 pole nebylo po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no (nap\u0159. z\u00a0d\u016fvodu chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f pro v\u00fdpo\u010det).<\/p>\n<h2>Vyu\u017eit\u00ed a\u00a0omezen\u00ed datov\u00e9 sady<\/h2>\n<p>Datov\u00e1 sada obsahuje prim\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00fadaje, pomoc\u00ed nich\u017e a\u00a0s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm <em>tab. 2<\/em> v\u00a0tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku je mo\u017eno prov\u00e9st kontrolu vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f. Vyu\u017eit\u00ed datov\u00e9 sady je omezeno t\u011bmito faktory:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li>Dostupnost a kvalita prim\u00e1rn\u00edch dat \u2013 v r\u00e1mci importu prim\u00e1rn\u00edch dat je prov\u00e1d\u011bna kontrola jejich konzistence a ve spolupr\u00e1ci s poskytovateli dat datov\u00e1 sada vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bna. P\u0159esto v\u0161ak nelze vylou\u010dit mo\u017en\u00e9 chyby. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 nen\u00ed mo\u017eno doplnit chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed data, nebo\u0165 tato data \u010dasto nejsou poskytovateli dat ani sb\u00edr\u00e1na. Toto omezen\u00ed pak m\u00e1 dopad zejm\u00e9na na v\u00fdpo\u010det redukce \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy na \u010cOV, nebo\u0165 pokud je hodnota vodn\u00ed stopy na vstupu a v\u00fdstupu z \u010cOV determinov\u00e1na jinou zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tkou a \u00fadaje o jedn\u00e9 z t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek chyb\u011bj\u00ed na jednom z \u201ekonc\u016f\u201c \u010cOV, mohlo by doj\u00edt ke zkreslen\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9ho efektu \u010cOV.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>V n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00edpadech doch\u00e1z\u00ed k n\u00e1r\u016fstu \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy na \u010cOV. Tento jev nen\u00ed chybou provozu \u010cOV, ale vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm dopadu fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b a biologicko-chemick\u00fdch proces\u016f na \u010cOV, kdy jednotliv\u00e9 formy l\u00e1tek se mohou v r\u00e1mci procesu \u010dist\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod m\u011bnit na jin\u00e9. T\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech doch\u00e1zet k n\u00e1r\u016fstu mno\u017estv\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky oproti mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159it\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00edmu na \u010cOV.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>Pou\u017eit\u00e9 hodnoty asimila\u010dn\u00ed kapacity (<em>tab. 2<\/em>) v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed hodnoty \u0161ed\u00e9 vodn\u00ed stopy. S ohledem na geografick\u00e9 omezen\u00ed datov\u00e9 sady na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR byly pou\u017eity hodnoty vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z \u010desk\u00e9 normy \u010cSN 75 7221. V odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e (nap\u0159. [6, 12]) je pops\u00e1na \u0159ada jin\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f ke stanoven\u00ed hodnot asimila\u010dn\u00ed kapacity, kter\u00e9 povedou k jin\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm. Vzhledem k principu v\u00fdpo\u010dtu (rovnice 3) m\u00e1 volba asimila\u010dn\u00ed kapacity z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dopad na hodnoty vodn\u00ed stopy [13, 14] current and future nutrient loads in river basins using the Global NEWS model. We present water pollution levels (WPLs a jako rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed se mohou uk\u00e1zat zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky, je\u017e sice nejsou vypou\u0161t\u011bny ve velk\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch, ale maj\u00ed velmi n\u00edzkou asimila\u010dn\u00ed kapacitu [10].<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed data nepostihuj\u00ed v\u0161echny \u010cOV v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, ale pouze vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod spadaj\u00edc\u00ed pod vodn\u00ed bilanci. Chyb\u00ed tak zejm\u00e9na mal\u00e9 \u010cOV s vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm do 500 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/m\u011bs\u00edc, resp. 6 000 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/rok. \u00dadaje o\u00a0t\u011bchto mal\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch je mo\u017eno z\u00edskat nap\u0159. v\u00a0r\u00e1mci majetkov\u00e9 a\u00a0provozn\u00ed evidence podle z\u00e1kona \u010d. 274\/2001 Sb.
