Jak hodnot\u00edte dobu str\u00e1venou ve V\u00daV TGM?<\/h4>\n<p>Do V\u00daV TGM jsem nastoupil v\u00a0roce 1959, do tehdy zalo\u017een\u00e9ho odd. Radioaktivn\u00ed vody. Dostal jsem tak v\u00fdbornou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost se postupn\u011b pod\u00edlet na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch projekt\u016f. Jednalo se zejm\u00e9na o\u00a0problematiku d\u016fln\u00edch vod z\u00a0t\u011b\u017eby, resp. odpadn\u00edch vod ze zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed uranov\u00fdch rud. Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b byly vyv\u00edjeny a\u00a0zav\u00e1d\u011bny metody na stanoven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch radionuklid\u016f, celkov\u00fdch objemov\u00fdch aktivit alfa a\u00a0beta a\u00a0radia 226, radonu 222 a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho uranu. D\u00e1le se jednalo o\u00a0um\u011bl\u00e9 radionuklidy jako zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed po atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch testech jadern\u00fdch zbran\u00ed. Krom\u011b celkov\u00fdch objemov\u00fdch aktivit byla pozornost soust\u0159ed\u011bna zejm\u00e9na na stroncium 90. Metody byly zpracov\u00e1ny pro vzorky vod, sediment\u016f a\u00a0biomasy vodn\u00edch rostlin organism\u016f. D\u00e1le to byla problematika odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed radionuklid\u016f z\u00a0podzemn\u00edch vod vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch pro pitn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, v\u010detn\u011b zne\u0161kod\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1pln\u00ed filtr\u016f kontaminovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi radionuklidy. V\u00a0obdob\u00ed od roku 1980 je dosud soustavn\u011b \u0159e\u0161ena problematika v\u00fdskytu a\u00a0chov\u00e1n\u00ed radionuklid\u016f v\u00a0hydrosf\u00e9\u0159e, hlavn\u011b v\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na vliv odpadn\u00edch vod z\u00a0provozovan\u00fdch jadern\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren Temel\u00edn a\u00a0Dukovany a\u00a0posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed podm\u00ednek pro projektov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u00fdstavbu a\u00a0provoz nov\u00fdch jadern\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. M\u011bl jsem tak p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost \u0159e\u0161it problematiku radionuklid\u016f v\u00a0hydrosf\u00e9\u0159e, tak jak byly postupn\u011b formulov\u00e1ny po\u017eadavky \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a\u00a0technologi\u00ed, a\u00a0jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee m\u00e1m mo\u017enost k\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto ot\u00e1zek p\u0159isp\u00edvat dosud.<\/p>\n<h4>P\u016fvodn\u011b jste vystudoval jadernou pr\u016fmyslovou \u0161kolu, obor radiochemie. Co V\u00e1s vedlo k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmu studiu?<\/h4>\n<p>Ve V\u00daV TGM jsem brzy po n\u00e1stupu pochopil, \u017ee pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f je t\u0159eba roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it moje vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed studiem na V\u0160CHT, Katedra technologie vody a\u00a0prost\u0159ed\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0oblasti proces\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed radioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0hydrosf\u00e9\u0159e, resp. \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, a\u00a0to platilo i\u00a0v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed etap\u011b, kdy jsem absolvoval kandid\u00e1tsk\u00e9 studium, tak\u00e9 na V\u0160CHT, se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na plynn\u00fd radionuklid radonu a\u00a0mo\u017enosti jeho odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tato problematika se stala p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po deseti letech publikov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u00a0celosv\u011btov\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku velmi aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed a\u00a0tvo\u0159ila v\u00fdznamnou slo\u017ekou Radonov\u00e9ho programu \u010cR, kter\u00fd byl zam\u011b\u0159en na odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch obsah\u016f radonu, pop\u0159.\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch radionuklid\u016f z podzemmn\u00edch vod, provoz\u016f \u00fapraven vody a z\u00a0obydl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>Na sv\u00e9m kont\u011b m\u00e1te absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed kurzu UNESCO v\u00a0Moskv\u011b. Jak jste se k\u00a0t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti dostal a\u00a0co pro V\u00e1s tento kurz znamenal?<\/h4>\n<p>V\u00daV TGM byl vyzv\u00e1n Ministerstvem \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed o\u00a0vysl\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1stupce na absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed Hydrologick\u00e9ho kurzu UNESCO na Lomonosovov\u011b Univerzit\u011b v\u00a0roce 1975. Z\u00edskan\u00e9 kontakty s\u00a0pracovn\u00edky \u0159e\u0161\u00edc\u00edmi obdobnou problematiku jako V\u00daV TGM byly vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch projekt\u016f ve V\u00daV TGM.<\/p>\n<h4>Za pom\u011brn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00fd \u010das se z\u00a0V\u00e1s stala kapacita oboru. Jak tento status hodnot\u00edte?<\/h4>\n<p>\u0158e\u0161il jsem projekty, resp. po\u017eadavky odborn\u00e9, ale i\u00a0laick\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eadovaly nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy a\u00a0m\u011bl jsem mj.\u00a0\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na dobr\u00e9 spolupracovn\u00edky jak v\u00a0\u00fastavu, tak i\u00a0v\u00a0ostatn\u00edch vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch radiologick\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00edch Povod\u00ed, st\u00e1tn\u00ed podnik, ale tak\u00e9 na Slovensku. Nezanedbateln\u00e1 je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b i\u00a0skute\u010dnost, \u017ee pracuji ve V\u00daV TGM kontinu\u00e1ln\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 57\u00a0rok\u016f a\u00a0ovliv\u0148oval jsem \u010dinnost ji\u017e v\u00edce generac\u00ed ve vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch radiologick\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00edch. Vedl jsem \u0159adu magistersk\u00fdch a\u00a0doktorandsk\u00fdch prac\u00ed, hlavn\u011b na P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakult\u011b Univerzity Karlovy. Jsem p\u0159edseda subkomise \u010d.\u00a04 pro normalizaci radiologick\u00fdch metod v\u00a0r\u00e1mci TNK 104 Jakost vod, \u010dlen odborn\u00e9 skupiny Odpadn\u00ed vody a\u00a0\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vod \u010cVTVHS, odborn\u00fd garant celost\u00e1tn\u00edch konferenc\u00ed s\u00a0mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed Radiologick\u00e9 metody v\u00a0hydrosf\u00e9\u0159e (od roku 2003), Radionuklidy a\u00a0ionizuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ve vodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (od roku 1959), \u010dlen Konzulta\u010dn\u00ed rady ASLAB, \u010dlen Mezirezortn\u00ed radonov\u00e9 komise a\u00a0\u010dlen International Union of Radioecology. Dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky jsou hodnoceny i\u00a0citacemi v\u00a0Marquis Who\u2019s\u00a0Who in the World nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b od roku 2001 a\u00a0Who\u2019s\u00a0Who in Science and Engineering od roku 2003.<\/p>\n<h4>V\u00e1mi \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 projekty jsou v\u00a0posledn\u00edm obdob\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159eny na problematiku JE Temel\u00edn. Jak hodnot\u00edte v\u00fdsledky sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce?<\/h4>\n<p>Od\u00a0osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let je v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou jadern\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 i\u00a0ochranou vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed oblast\u00ed \u010dinnosti odd\u011blen\u00ed Radioekologie podrobn\u00fd pr\u016fzkum jakosti povrchov\u00fdch, podzemn\u00edch a\u00a0sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdch vod, dnov\u00fdch sediment\u016f a\u00a0biomasy vodn\u00edch rostlin a\u00a0ryb. Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o\u00a0lokalitu jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny Temel\u00edn, jej\u00edm\u017e vlivem na vodn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed i\u00a0progn\u00f3zou vlivu jej\u00ed dostavby a\u00a0provozu se zab\u00fdv\u00e1m dosud. V\u00a0t\u00e9to souvislosti byla \u0159e\u0161ena \u0159ada projekt\u016f zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch se mo\u017en\u00fdmi vlivy provozu elektr\u00e1rny na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Byla z\u00edsk\u00e1na v\u00edce jak dvacetilet\u00e1 \u0159ada v\u00fdsledk\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny a\u00a0publikov\u00e1ny. Do roku 2000 se pr\u00e1ce soust\u0159edily na hodnocen\u00ed \u201ep\u0159edprovozn\u00edho stavu\u201c, tj.\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00edch \u00farovn\u00ed kontaminace radioaktivn\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami. Od roku 2001 je hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem prac\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9ho vlivu JE Temel\u00edn na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, resp. hydrosf\u00e9ru, a\u00a0vlivu nov\u00e9ho jadern\u00e9ho zdroje.<\/p>\n<h4>Ve V\u00daV vedete kolektiv pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Jak\u00fdm sm\u011brem by se v\u00a0budoucnu m\u011bla ub\u00edrat pr\u00e1ce t\u011bchto odborn\u00edk\u016f?<\/h4>\n<p>V\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na dosud \u0159e\u0161enou problematiku by to m\u011bl b\u00fdt v\u00fdvoj metod stanoven\u00ed radionuklid\u016f a\u00a0vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed modern\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9 techniky, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed geogenn\u00edho pozad\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch i\u00a0tzv.\u00a0um\u011bl\u00fdch radionuklid\u016f na lokalit\u00e1ch neovlivn\u011bn\u00fdch bodov\u00fdmi zdroji zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kinetiky zm\u011bn rezidu\u00e1ln\u00edho obsahu radionuklid\u016f po atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch testech jadern\u00fdch zbran\u00ed a\u00a0hav\u00e1rii jadern\u00e9ho reaktoru v\u00a0\u010cernobylu v\u00a0minul\u00e9m stolet\u00ed, ot\u00e1zky mo\u017enosti odli\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch odpadn\u00edch vod z\u00a0jadern\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na tritia, stroncia 90 a\u00a0cesia 137.
