For translation or more information on this topic, please contact author.<\/h4>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>Na\u00a0vybran\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u00edch uveden\u00fdch v\u00a0obnoven\u00e9m povolen\u00ed k\u00a0vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod pro objekt KB Alloys z\u00a020.\u00a0kv\u011btna\u00a02010 [1] bylo ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1no, k\u00a0jak\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm by p\u0159i stejn\u00e9m zad\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl \u010cesk\u00fd imisn\u00ed test (CIT) [2]. Faktory z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00e9 pomoc\u00ed modelu CIT byly p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e9 jako faktory z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b stejn\u00fdch vstupn\u00edch hodnot odvodil model RIVPLUM pou\u017eit\u00fd jako podklad pro obnoven\u00ed povolen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/sajer-31.jpg\" rel=\"shadowbox[sbpost-1592];player=img;\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"867\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1527 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/sajer-31.jpg\" alt=\"Columbia Gorge\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/sajer-31.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.vtei.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/sajer-31-277x300.jpg 277w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 800px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 800\/867;\" \/><\/a>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>Podnik KB Alloys, LLC., ve\u00a0Wenatchee je um\u00edst\u011bn p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b sedm mil jihov\u00fdchodn\u011b od\u00a0Wenatchee na\u00a0jih od\u00a0\u0159eky Columbia, do\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e vypou\u0161t\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody. Situace vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je zobrazena na<em>\u00a0obr.\u00a01<\/em>. V\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edm povolen\u00ed k\u00a0vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod p\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e deseti lety byly pro objekt KB Alloys vymezeny faktory z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed. Zp\u016fsob odvozen\u00ed v\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edm dokumentu nebyl jasn\u011b vysv\u011btlen, tak\u017ee nen\u00ed z\u0159ejm\u00e9, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem byly hodnoty odvozeny. Proto byl proveden pokus simulovat podm\u00ednky pomoc\u00ed modelu CORMIX 6, av\u0161ak tento software nedok\u00e1\u017ee modelovat mnohov\u00fdtokov\u00fd difuz\u00e9r um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd v\u00a0men\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti od\u00a0b\u0159ehu, ne\u017e je hloubka v\u00a0\u0159ece. Z\u00a0toho d\u016fvodu bylo p\u0159istoupeno k\u00a0simulaci pomoc\u00ed modelu RIVPLUM. Model RIVPLUM v\u0161ak vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0p\u0159edpoklad\u016f, kter\u00e9 nejsou doporu\u010dov\u00e1ny pro tak \u0161irok\u00e9 toky, jako je \u0159eka Columbia. P\u0159esto v\u0161ak za\u00a0pou\u017eit\u00ed stejn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek odvodil RIVPLUM faktory z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed srovnateln\u00e9 s\u00a0t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 byly uvedeny v\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edm povolen\u00ed k\u00a0vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod. Vzhledem k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee faktory z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed byly pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny v\u00edce ne\u017e 10\u00a0let, a\u00a0na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b skute\u010dnosti, velikosti relativn\u00edho vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed k\u00a0pr\u016ftoku v\u00a0\u0159ece i\u00a0v\u00fdsledk\u016f modelu RIVPLUM byly p\u016fvodn\u00ed faktory z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed zachov\u00e1ny i\u00a0v\u00a0nov\u011b navrhovan\u00e9m povolen\u00ed k\u00a0vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod. Podrobn\u00fd postup v\u00fdpo\u010dtu n\u00e1sobitele lze nal\u00e9zt na\u00a0webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nce Washington State Department of Ecology [5]. Na\u00a0<em>obr.\u00a03<\/em> jsou v\u00a0osm\u00e9m sloupci uvedeny hodnoty, kter\u00e9 vypo\u010d\u00edtal model CIT pro konec chronick\u00e9 m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny. Vypo\u010dten\u00e9 hodnoty jsou v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00edmi hodnotami na\u00a0konci chronick\u00e9 m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny uveden\u00fdmi v <em>tabulce 2<\/em>, kter\u00e1 slou\u017eila jako podklad pro povolen\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod z\u00a0objektu KB Alloys. Na\u00a0konci akutn\u00ed m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny by model CIT vypo\u010d\u00edtal hodnoty ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsou uvedeny v\u00a0<em>tabulce 2<\/em>, proto\u017ee pro konec akutn\u00ed m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny byl v\u00a0<em>tabulce<\/em> 2 pou\u017eit koeficient z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed 467, kter\u00fd je podstatn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e koeficient z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed 685,1 vypo\u010dten\u00fd modelem CIT. U\u00a0modelu CIT se stejn\u011b jako u\u00a0modelu RIVPLUM jedn\u00e1 o\u00a02D model. Odhad d\u00e9lky 3D z\u00f3ny vych\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 313\u2008m. Navr\u017een\u00e9 d\u00e9lky akutn\u00ed i\u00a0chronick\u00e9 m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny jsou men\u0161\u00ed (upozor\u0148uje na\u00a0to \u010derven\u011b napsan\u00e1 v\u00fdstraha odkazuj\u00edc\u00ed na\u00a0bu\u0148ku D7 na\u00a0<em>obr.\u00a03<\/em>). To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b nemus\u00ed doj\u00edt k\u00a0dokonal\u00e9mu prom\u00edsen\u00ed ve\u00a0vertik\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru, a\u00a0m\u011bl by se pro v\u00fdpo\u010det faktoru z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt sp\u00ed\u0161e 3D model.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 1. P\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed t\u00e9to konstanty vych\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e1 vzd\u00e1lenost po\u00a0\u00fapln\u00e9 vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed prom\u00edsen\u00ed. V\u00edce ne\u017e desetilet\u00e1 praxe uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee v\u00a0dan\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je je\u0161t\u011b na\u00a0hranici navr\u017een\u00e9 chronick\u00e9 m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny v\u00fdsledek z\u00edskan\u00fd 2D modelem RIVPLUM (tedy i\u00a0modelem CIT) p\u0159ijateln\u00fd. U\u00a0konce akutn\u00ed m\u00edsic\u00ed z\u00f3ny, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed hloub\u011bji uvnit\u0159 3D z\u00f3ny, je ji\u017e mezi faktorem z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdm pomoc\u00ed 2D modelu a\u00a0faktorem z\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm prax\u00ed patrn\u00fd podstatn\u00fd rozd\u00edl. P\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed konstanty koeficientu vertik\u00e1ln\u00edho m\u00edsen\u00ed 0,33 by v\u00a0na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b do\u0161lo k\u00a0dokonal\u00e9mu prom\u00edsen\u00ed ve\u00a0vertik\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru ji\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 64\u2008m pod zdrojem zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0pou\u017eit\u00ed 2D modelu pro konec chronick\u00e9 m\u00eds\u00edc\u00ed z\u00f3ny ve\u00a0vzd\u00e1lenosti v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 64\u2008m by bylo jednozna\u010dn\u011b od\u016fvodniteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h5>Tabulka 2.
