Zab\u00fdv\u00e1 se v\u00fdvojem z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta \u0160umperk pitnou vodou od st\u0159edov\u011bku do konce 60. let 20. stolet\u00ed. Text je strukturov\u00e1n do jednotliv\u00fdch kapitol podle v\u00fdvoje vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 obdob\u00ed konce 19. stolet\u00ed, kdy byla z\u0159\u00edzena m\u011bstsk\u00e1 vod\u00e1rna. Vod\u00e1rna byla z\u00e1rove\u0148 prvn\u00edm podnikem spravovan\u00fdm m\u011bstem a\u00a0v\u00a0dob\u011b sv\u00e9ho vzniku byla po technologick\u00e9 i\u00a0provozn\u00ed str\u00e1nce vzorem pro podobn\u011b velk\u00e1 m\u011bsta v\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch zem\u00edch. Navazuj\u00edc\u00ed kapitoly jsou zam\u011b\u0159eny na roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, vodojem\u016f a\u00a0j\u00edmac\u00edch \u00fazem\u00ed, je\u017e bylo nutno dimenzovat na zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se odb\u011br vody spojen\u00fd s\u00a0dynamick\u00fdm rozvojem m\u011bsta na konci 19. a\u00a0v\u00a0prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b 20. stolet\u00ed. Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 kapitola shrnuje v\u00fdvoj projektu m\u011bstsk\u00e9 vod\u00e1rny od roku 1945 a\u017e do doby, kdy bylo m\u011bsto \u0160umperk napojeno na zdroje skupinov\u00e9ho vodovodu Kouty-\u0160umperk. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek je inspirativn\u00edm retrospektivn\u00edm pohledem do historie m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho vod\u00e1renstv\u00ed a\u00a0m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 vhodn\u00fdm srovn\u00e1n\u00edm se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm stavem, mo\u017enostmi budov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0limit\u016f vodovodn\u00ed infrastruktury.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00daVOD<\/h2>\n<p>Rozvoj a\u00a0existence s\u00eddel jsou podm\u00edn\u011bny dostupnost\u00ed a\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm pitn\u00e9 i\u00a0u\u017eitkov\u00e9 vody. Stejn\u011b jako jin\u00e9 obory lidsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, tak\u00e9 vod\u00e1renstv\u00ed se vyv\u00edjelo v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0pot\u0159ebami spole\u010dnosti, technologick\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem materi\u00e1l\u016f pou\u017eit\u00fdch pro veden\u00ed vody i\u00a0zp\u016fsobem jej\u00edho j\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0distribuce. Tento p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek je malou sondou do historie provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednek m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho vodovodu st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9ho m\u011bsta v\u00a0obdob\u00ed dynamick\u00e9ho rozvoje pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby a\u00a0zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se m\u00edry urbanizace. V\u00fdvoj \u0161umpersk\u00e9ho vodovodu je p\u0159\u00edkladem uv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9ho a\u00a0zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu veden\u00ed m\u011bsta \u0160umperk k\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f se z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00edm m\u011bsta pitnou vodou. Je z\u00e1rove\u0148 inspirativn\u00edm retrospektivn\u00edm pohledem do minulosti a\u00a0m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u00e9\u017e vhodn\u00fdm srovn\u00e1n\u00edm se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm stavem, mo\u017enostmi budov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0limit\u016f vodovodn\u00ed infrastruktury. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm obdob\u00edm, ve kter\u00e9m bude detailn\u011bji pops\u00e1n rozvoj vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b \u0160umperka, je obdob\u00ed od roku 1883, kdy byl vybudov\u00e1n nov\u00fd vodovod, a\u017e do konce 60. let 20. stolet\u00ed, kdy byly dlouhodob\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s\u00a0nedostatkem pitn\u00e9 vody v\u00a0povod\u00ed Desn\u00e9 vy\u0159e\u0161eny vybudov\u00e1n\u00edm nov\u00e9ho skupinov\u00e9ho vodovodu Kouty-\u0160umperk se zdrojem povrchov\u00e9 vody z\u00a0Hu\u010div\u00e9 a\u00a0Divok\u00e9 Desn\u00e9. Vlastn\u00ed projekt z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta pitnou vodou spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0m\u011bstskou vod\u00e1rnou, prvn\u00edm podnikem pod spr\u00e1vou m\u011bsta, byl vzorem pro jin\u00e1 podobn\u011b velk\u00e1 m\u011bsta v\u00a0\u010cech\u00e1ch a\u00a0na Morav\u011b po str\u00e1nce technologick\u00e9 i\u00a0provozn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifikum m\u011bsta \u0160umperk<\/h2>\n<p>M\u011bsto \u0160umperk, n\u011bmecky M\u00e4hrisch Sch\u00f6nberg, v\u00a0podh\u016f\u0159\u00ed Jesen\u00edk\u016f bylo jedn\u00edm z\u00a0jesenick\u00fdch tradi\u010dn\u00edch center p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0obchodu se ln\u011bnou p\u0159\u00edz\u00ed a\u00a0tkaninami. Krom\u011b p\u0159\u00e1delen bylo v\u00a0oblasti tak\u00e9 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u011blidel, je\u017e byla z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na dostatku vody. Tyto provozy byly situov\u00e1ny k\u00a0hlavn\u00edm vodn\u00edm tok\u016fm oblasti, tj. k\u00a0Desn\u00e9 a\u00a0Morav\u011b. \u0160umper\u0161t\u00ed pl\u00e1ten\u00edci se v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu 16. stolet\u00ed za\u010dali specializovat na sm\u011bsn\u00e9 ln\u011bn\u00e9 tkaniny, jako byla polobavln\u011bn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka barchet nebo pololn\u011bn\u00fd mezul\u00e1n, a\u00a0od poloviny 18. stolet\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e na l\u00e1tku zvanou trip\u00a0\u2013 specifick\u00e1 textilie ur\u010den\u00e1 pro potahov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1bytku [1]. Manufakturn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu nahradila v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 19. stolet\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba, kter\u00e1 ovlivnila i\u00a0technologii b\u011blen\u00ed l\u00e1tek. V\u011bhlas regionu v\u00a0r\u00e1mci rakousko-uhersk\u00e9 monarchie zajistil v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fd velkoobchodn\u00edk Ernest Klapperoth, jen\u017e v\u00a0roce 1785 za\u010dal s\u00a0manufakturn\u00ed v\u00fdrobou ply\u0161e a\u00a0tripu a\u00a0v\u00a0roce 1786 man\u0161estru. Jednalo se o\u00a0prvn\u00ed tov\u00e1rnu v\u00a0monarchii. Mezi sv\u011btov\u011b proslaven\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky z\u00a0\u0160umperka pat\u0159ily ln\u011bn\u00e9 dama\u0161kov\u00e9 stoln\u00ed a\u00a0lo\u017en\u00ed soupravy. Dominantn\u00ed pozici ve v\u00fdrob\u011b m\u011bla tov\u00e1rna na ln\u011bn\u00e9 pl\u00e1t\u011bn\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed Eduarda Oberleithnera, zalo\u017een\u00e1 roku 1818, kter\u00e1 byla ve sv\u00e9 dob\u011b nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edm podnikem v\u00a0monarchii. V\u00a0roce 1840 byla zah\u00e1jena v\u00fdroba v\u00a0prvn\u00ed mechanick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1deln\u011b lnu na Morav\u011b, pat\u0159\u00edc\u00ed Johannu Sieglovi. \u0160umpersk\u00e9 textiln\u00ed v\u00fdrobky pom\u00e1haly udr\u017eovat v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 postaven\u00ed rakousk\u00fdch zem\u00ed na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch trz\u00edch. V\u00a0roce 1841 se v\u00a0\u0160umperku produkovalo p\u0159es 30 % ve\u0161ker\u00fdch moravsk\u00fdch ln\u011bn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku 60. let 19. stolet\u00ed byla v\u00a0\u0160umperku polo\u017eena tradice v\u00fdroby hedv\u00e1b\u00ed, v\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch reprezentovan\u00e1 podniky Trebitsch a\u00a0syn a\u00a0Franze Bujjatiho. Dynamiku rozvoje p\u0159ineslo vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eeleznice Z\u00e1b\u0159eh-Sobot\u00edn v\u00a0roce 1871 [2] a\u00a0tak\u00e9 Moravsk\u00e9 pohrani\u010dn\u00ed dr\u00e1hy (<em>M\u00e4hrische Grenzbahn<\/em>) mezi \u0160ternberkem, \u0160umperkem, Z\u00e1b\u0159ehem a Lichkovem v letech 1872\u20131874 [2\u20134]. Na obou trat\u00edch byli v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi investory \u0161umper\u0161t\u00ed pr\u016fmysln\u00edci, zejm\u00e9na rodina Oberleithner\u016f a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b Kleinov\u00e9, pro n\u011b\u017e bylo kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 spojen\u00ed \u017eeleznice s hut\u011bmi v Sobot\u00edn\u011b a stroj\u00edrnou v Petrov\u011b. Ti tak\u00e9 stavbu trat\u011b Z\u00e1b\u0159eh-Sobot\u00edn realizovali, u druh\u00e9 trat\u011b byli v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi akcion\u00e1\u0159i [2, 3].<\/p>\n<p>Koncentrace pr\u016fmysln\u00edk\u016f a\u00a0v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fdch obchodn\u00edk\u016f s\u00a0textilem spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0ekonomick\u00fdm rozkv\u011btem m\u011bsta v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 19. stolet\u00ed se odrazily v\u00a0jeho architektonick\u00e9 podob\u011b. Krom\u011b rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch \u0161edov\u00fdch hal textiln\u00edch podnik\u016f rostla v\u00fdstavba reziden\u010dn\u00edch \u010dtvrt\u00ed s\u00a0rodinn\u00fdmi a\u00a0podnikov\u00fdmi vilami a\u00a0pal\u00e1ci, spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0\u00fapravou ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed i\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch spr\u00e1vn\u00edch a\u00a0\u0161koln\u00edch budov, v\u010detn\u011b divadla apod. M\u011bsto \u0160umperk v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed pr\u00e1vem z\u00edskalo p\u0159ezd\u00edvku Mal\u00e1 V\u00edde\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi dynamick\u00fd rozvoj textiln\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 19. stolet\u00ed na \u0160umpersku vyu\u017e\u00edval dostupn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly. Postupn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu obyvatel si pochopiteln\u011b vynucoval roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed kapacit vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a\u00a0vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch j\u00edmac\u00edch objekt\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdvoj z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta \u0160umperk pitnou vodou p\u0159ed rokem 1883<\/h2>\n<p>M\u011bsto \u0160umperk, jeho\u017e zalo\u017een\u00ed je kladeno do obdob\u00ed 1269\u20131276 [5], bylo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm centrem jesenick\u00e9ho podh\u016f\u0159\u00ed, jeho\u017e v\u00fdznam postupn\u011b nar\u016fstal od 18.\u00a0stolet\u00ed a\u017e do sou\u010dasnosti. Vzhledem k\u00a0poloze a\u00a0velikosti s\u00eddla bylo z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta pitnou vodou \u0159e\u0161eno studnami, u\u017eitkovou vodu zaji\u0161\u0165oval Temenick\u00fd a\u00a0Bratru\u0161ovsk\u00fd potok nebo vodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edkop pod hradbami, nap\u00e1jen\u00fd z\u00a0odtokov\u00e9ho kan\u00e1lu Mal\u00e9ho ml\u00fdna (<em>obr.\u00a01<\/em>). Zm\u00ednku o vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00edho vodovodu najdeme na sm\u00edr\u010d\u00ed listin\u011b z roku 1481 [6, 7]. Listina \u0159e\u0161\u00ed narovn\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1v \u0161umpersk\u00fdch m\u011b\u0161\u0165an\u016f a tehdej\u0161\u00edho majitele m\u011bsta Ji\u0159\u00edho Tunkla st. z Brn\u00ed\u010dka. Podle t\u00e9to listiny Ji\u0159\u00ed Tunkl na vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1klady vybudoval vodovod vedouc\u00ed vodu z oblasti \u201eTemenick\u00e9ho vrchu\u201c do d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 ka\u0161ny na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u011b\u0161\u0165an\u00e9 jsou povinni odv\u00e1d\u011bt jemu i d\u011bdic\u016fm poplatek stanoven\u00fd zm\u00edn\u011bnou smlouvou. Pou\u017eit\u00ed vody z m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho vodovodu (ka\u0161en) bylo zpoplatn\u011bno, co\u017e potvrzuje z\u00e1znam p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f radnice z roku 1605, kde se mezi jin\u00fdmi polo\u017ekami objevuje i 20 zlat\u00fdch a 25 gro\u0161\u016f za pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vody z vodovodu [7]. A\u017e do roku 1883 bylo z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta pitnou vodou postupn\u011b \u0159e\u0161eno celkem ze \u010dty\u0159 zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaly z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta a p\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed samosp\u00e1dem (<em>obr.\u00a01<\/em>). Vybudovan\u00e1 d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1 vodovodn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 \u00fastila do m\u011bstsk\u00fdch ka\u0161en nebo v\u00fdtokov\u00fdch stojan\u016f. P\u016fvodn\u00ed vodovod d\u00edky rozvoji obce Temenice musel b\u00fdt zru\u0161en a\u00a0nahradil ho vodovod veden\u00fd z\u00a0Hrab\u011b\u0161ic, postaven\u00fd v\u00a0roce 1792. Byla tak\u00e9 vybudov\u00e1na ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 pumpa p\u0159ed Starou branou, naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 Harrerova [6, 7]. Posledn\u00edmi investicemi do roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed zdrojnic \u0161umpersk\u00e9ho vodovodu byla v\u00a0roce 1837 v\u00fdstavba vodovodu z\u00a0oblasti nad Kreni\u0161ovsk\u00fdm dvorem a\u00a0vodovod z\u00a0tzv. Kotlov\u00e9 stud\u00e1nky v\u00a0roce 1849 (<em>obr.\u00a01<\/em>). Doklady o\u00a0existenci d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9ho vodovodu jsou nal\u00e9z\u00e1ny p\u0159i v\u00fdkopov\u00fdch prac\u00edch, uk\u00e1zkou je i\u00a0vzorek jedlov\u00e9ho potrub\u00ed na <em>obr.\u00a02<\/em>. Probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z\u00a0povrchov\u00fdch zdroj\u016f na vyhrazen\u00e1 ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 m\u00edsta m\u011bsto nahradilo nov\u011b vybudovan\u00fdm j\u00edmac\u00edm objektem podzemn\u00ed vody a\u00a0novou vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u00ed, zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch dom\u016f, pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch provoz\u016f i\u00a0slu\u017eeb.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160umpersk\u00fd vodovod\u00a0\u2013 m\u011bstsk\u00e1 vod\u00e1rna<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9ho vodovodu a\u00a0z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 vod\u00e1rny byly m\u011bstskou radou schv\u00e1leny 11. \u010dervna 1883. Je\u0161t\u011b t\u00e9ho\u017e roku 7. srpna byl polo\u017een z\u00e1kladn\u00ed k\u00e1men vysokotlak\u00e9ho vodojemu na Kreni\u0161ovsk\u00e9m kopci, pozd\u011bji zvan\u00e9m Vod\u00e1rka. Hospoda\u0159en\u00ed podniku schvalovalo m\u011bstsk\u00e9 zastupitelstvo. Cel\u00fd vodovodn\u00ed syst\u00e9m je zachycen na <em>obr.\u00a03<\/em>. J\u00edmac\u00ed objekt v\u00a0podob\u011b kopan\u00e9 studny byl sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stavby vod\u00e1rny, kter\u00e1 se zachovala dodnes (<em>obr.\u00a04<\/em>). V\u00a0r\u00e1mci objektu vod\u00e1rny byla strojovna pro dv\u011b tlakov\u00e1 \u010derpadla, poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 parn\u00edmi stroji (<em>obr.\u00a06<\/em>). Velk\u00fd pod\u00edl na spot\u0159eb\u011b vody m\u011blo vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed kas\u00e1ren pro pos\u00e1dku 93. p\u011b\u0161\u00edho pluku v\u00a0roce 1886. P\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 tvo\u0159ily litinov\u00e9 hrdlov\u00e9 trubky o\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru 80\u2013200 mm, s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpojkami do dom\u016f a\u00a0objekt\u016f o\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru 50 mm. Jak ukazuje <em>obr.\u00a03<\/em>, vodovod z\u00e1soboval i\u00a0tzv. Sk\u0159iv\u00e1n\u010d\u00ed dv\u016fr, v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b vzd\u00e1len\u00fd 1,7 km od centra m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p>Provoz vod\u00e1rny ur\u010doval provozn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d \u201eReglement\u201d, stanovuj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1va a\u00a0povinnosti odb\u011bratel\u016f i\u00a0vod\u00e1rny. Ka\u017ed\u00fd majitel domu, jen\u017e nem\u011bl vlastn\u00ed studnu nebo m\u011bl z\u00e1vadnou vodu ve studni, se musel povinn\u011b napojit na m\u011bstsk\u00fd vodovod. P\u0159\u00edpojku vybudovala na n\u00e1klady majitele domu vod\u00e1rna. V\u00a0prvn\u00edch letech provozu se vodn\u00e9 stanovovalo z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sazbou ve v\u00fd\u0161i 3 % domovn\u00ed dan\u011b \u010di n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho, dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o\u00a0dodatkov\u00e9 sazby (<em>tab.\u00a01<\/em>). Od roku 1893 bylo v\u00a0platnosti na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ministerstva obchodu Rakouska-Uherska [6], kter\u00e9 stanovilo povinnost dodavatele vody na \u017e\u00e1dost majitele ocejchovat nebo vym\u011bnit vodom\u011bry za nov\u00e9 do roku 1903 a\u00a0od roku 1896 montovat pouze nov\u00e9 vodom\u011bry. Postupn\u011b tedy m\u011bsto p\u0159e\u0161lo na \u00fahradu vodn\u00e9ho podle stavu vodom\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<h5><em>Tab. 1. Velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o\u00a0detailn\u00ed provozn\u00ed informace, v\u010detn\u011b nastaven\u00ed ceny vodn\u00e9ho, m\u011bla podobn\u011b velk\u00e1 m\u011bsta v\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch zem\u00edch, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad Trutnov, Kladno, T\u011b\u0161\u00edn, \u017datec \u010di Kutn\u00e1 Hora [6]. Pro inspiraci jsou na <em>obr.\u00a07<\/em> uvedeny provozn\u00ed parametry vod\u00e1rny v\u00a0roce 1886.<\/p>\n<h2>Etapy roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho vodovodu z\u00a0roku 1883<\/h2>\n<h3>Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed vodovodu v\u00a0letech 1905\u20131906<\/h3>\n<p>Vzhledem k dynamick\u00e9mu r\u016fstu m\u011bsta a rozvoji pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby i slu\u017eeb p\u0159estal nov\u011b vybudovan\u00fd vodovod na p\u0159elomu stolet\u00ed sta\u010dit kapacitn\u011b. V r\u00e1mci zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed distribuce a \u00faspory n\u00e1klad\u016f m\u011bsto ji\u017e v roce 1902 zakoupilo objekt Nov\u00e9ho ml\u00fdna (\u010d. p. 301) a vyhloubilo dal\u0161\u00ed studnu v bl\u00edzkosti objektu vod\u00e1rny, napojenou na syst\u00e9m. Objekt se studnou II o\u00a0hloubce 23 m a\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru 1,5 m st\u00e1le existuje a\u00a0studna je vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na majitelem k\u00a0zavla\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed (<em>obr.\u00a08<\/em>). Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dan\u00e9 etapy roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed vodovodu byl v\u00a0are\u00e1lu ml\u00fdna vybudov\u00e1n silotvorn\u00fd objekt s\u00a0horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed Francisovou turb\u00ednou, kter\u00e1 poh\u00e1n\u011bla gener\u00e1tor na v\u00fdrobu elektrick\u00e9 energie pro pohon \u010derpadel studn\u00ed. M\u011bsto \u0160umperk proto iniciovalo vznik komise, kter\u00e1 v r\u00e1mci pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 regulace \u0159eky Desn\u00e9 navrhla vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee v Koutech nad Desnou. 22. ledna 1912 zasedala se souhlasem ministerstva orby komise ustaven\u00e1 moravsk\u00fdm zemsk\u00fdm v\u00fdborem, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla za \u00fakol p\u0159ezkoumat projekt regulace Desn\u00e9 a stavby \u00fadoln\u00ed p\u0159ehrady, vypracovan\u00fd stavebn\u00edm radou Heinrichem Meixnerem. B\u011bhem jedn\u00e1n\u00ed komise byla v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u0161umpersk\u00fdm podnikatelem a politikem Gustavem Oberleithnerem prosazov\u00e1na v\u00fdstavba p\u0159ehrady i pro pot\u0159eby zdroje vody. P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce m\u011bly b\u00fdt zah\u00e1jeny v roce 1913 [7], av\u0161ak vypuknut\u00ed I. sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed investice v regionu zastavilo. V r\u00e1mci p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f bylo m\u011bsto nuceno po\u0159\u00eddit dal\u0161\u00ed j\u00edmac\u00ed objekty. Z v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vze\u0161la v\u00edt\u011bzn\u011b nab\u00eddka firmy Niklas na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159et\u00ed studny v bl\u00edzkosti vod\u00e1rny. Dne 11. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 1915 byla tedy vyvrt\u00e1na t\u0159et\u00ed studna, hlubok\u00e1 27 metr\u016f a s p\u0159\u00edtokem 6 l\/s [10]. Objekt se studnou III st\u00e1le existuje, voda ze studny nen\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na (<em>obr.\u00a08<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9lka rozvodu vodovodu v\u00a0\u0160umperku \u010dinila v\u00a0roce 1913 ji\u017e 20\u00a0797 m [6]. Ve m\u011bst\u011b bylo 138 hydrant\u016f, m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spot\u0159eby se \u0159e\u0161ilo vodom\u011bry. V\u00a0dan\u00e9m roce jsou ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b vod\u00e1rny zm\u00edn\u011bny tak\u00e9 chemick\u00fd a\u00a0bakteriologick\u00fd rozbor. P\u0159i celkov\u00e9 vydatnosti t\u0159\u00ed zdroj\u016f 12 l\/s\u00a0zpr\u00e1va m\u011bstsk\u00e9 vod\u00e1rny v\u00a0roce 1912 uv\u00e1d\u00ed celkovou ztr\u00e1tu vody ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5 %. Za necel\u00fdch 10 let se za\u010dalo projevovat st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a\u00a0ztr\u00e1ty narostly na 21 %. Jak ukazuje srovn\u00e1vac\u00ed <em>tab.\u00a02<\/em>, nap\u0159\u00edklad spot\u0159eba v\u00a0roce 1929 dosahovala 77,8 l na osobu a\u00a0den.<\/p>\n<h3>Rekonstrukce vodovodu v obdob\u00ed 1931\u20131934 a v\u00fdvoj do roku 1945<\/h3>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed vodovodu bylo vynuceno \u0161patn\u00fdm stavem infrastruktury se ztr\u00e1tami p\u0159es 30 % a\u00a0tak\u00e9 opakovan\u00fdm nedostatkem vody, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch. Ji\u017e od roku 1927 musela \u010derpadla 24 hodin denn\u011b \u010derpat vodu ze t\u0159\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00fdch studn\u00ed (kapacita 10,5 l\/s) a\u00a0ze \u010dtvrt\u00e9 studny v\u00a0are\u00e1lu Eternitov\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f Zenit na v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch 13 l\/s, p\u0159esto i\u00a0tak nesta\u010dil syst\u00e9m kr\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby obyvatel [11].<\/p>\n<p>Rekonstrukce s\u00edt\u011b byla \u0159e\u0161ena syst\u00e9mov\u011b a\u00a0projekt po\u010d\u00edtal s\u00a0n\u00e1vrhem dostate\u010dn\u00e9 kapacity zdroj\u016f podzemn\u00ed vody s\u00a0v\u00fdhledem do roku 1950. Navrhovan\u00fd projekt byl revidov\u00e1n a\u00a0spolufinancov\u00e1n Zemsk\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem v\u00a0Brn\u011b. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00edcelet\u00fdch hydrologick\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, doporu\u010den\u00ed hydrogeologick\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f a\u00a0kalkulace n\u00e1klad\u016f se upustilo od n\u00e1vrhu vyu\u017eit\u00ed zdroj\u016f vody z\u00a0\u00fadol\u00ed \u0159ek Moravy, Moravice a\u00a0Desn\u00e9. Dozorovan\u00fd pr\u016fzkum v\u010detn\u011b \u010derpac\u00edch zkou\u0161ek byl zad\u00e1n brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 firm\u011b G. Rumpel, kter\u00e1 byla vybr\u00e1na i\u00a0pro projektovou p\u0159\u00edpravu.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00ed rekonstrukce byla rozd\u011blena na dv\u011b etapy. M\u011bsto s\u00a0p\u0159edstihem v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0investi\u010dn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady zv\u00fd\u0161ilo cenu vodn\u00e9ho na 2 K\u010ds\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Prvn\u00ed etapou bylo vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch j\u00edmac\u00edch objekt\u016f v\u00a0aluviu \u0159eky Desn\u00e9 v\u00a0lokalit\u011b Lu\u017ee (Frank\u0161t\u00e1tsk\u00e1 luka) a\u00a0jejich napojen\u00ed na existuj\u00edc\u00ed vodojem na Kreni\u0161ovsk\u00e9m kopci (Vod\u00e1rka). The intake well building plan in the project documentation<\/h6>\n<p>Podle \u00fadaj\u016f z\u00a0revizn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy Zemsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu v\u00a0Brn\u011b z\u00a0roku 1931 [11] byla ro\u010dn\u00ed spot\u0159eba vody cca 390\u00a0000 m<sup>3<\/sup>, co\u017e bylo 94 l na osobu a\u00a0den s\u00a0pot\u0159ebnou kapacitou zdroje 15,3 l\/s. Podle pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho demografick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje bylo po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no, \u017ee v\u00a0roce 1950 bude v\u00a0\u0160umperku 18\u00a0000 obyvatel s\u00a0denn\u00ed pot\u0159ebou 27,3 l\/s, p\u0159i 16hodinov\u00e9m \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed 40 l\/s. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b proveden\u00fdch \u010derpac\u00edch zkou\u0161ek na p\u0159elomu let 1929\/1930 byla v\u00a0lokalit\u011b Lu\u017ee v\u00a0hloubce 40\u201343 m zji\u0161t\u011bna vydatnost j\u00edmac\u00ed studny 9,5 l\/s. S\u00a0ohledem na omezen\u00ed p\u0159e\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed zdroje se pl\u00e1novalo\u00a0p\u011bt j\u00edmac\u00edch objekt\u016f s\u00a0kapacitou 8 l\/s\u00a0na celkov\u00fdch 40 l\/s. Drobnou komplikac\u00ed byl v\u00fdskyt kyseliny uhli\u010dit\u00e9, jej\u00ed\u017e eliminaci \u0159e\u0161ila v\u00a0projektu instalace neutraliza\u010dn\u00ed jednotky na d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed hydroxidu v\u00e1penat\u00e9ho v\u00a0r\u00e1mci nov\u011b budovan\u00e9ho vodojemu na Kreni\u0161ovsk\u00e9m kopci (<em>obr.\u00a013<\/em>). Dan\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u0161ak nebylo instalov\u00e1no a\u00a0a\u017e do sou\u010dasnosti se \u00faprava vody \u0159e\u0161\u00ed pouze chlorov\u00e1n\u00edm. Dne 11. \u010dervna 1930 byla p\u0159ivedena nov\u00e1 voda z\u00a0prvn\u00ed studny do vodojemu Vod\u00e1rka, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zv\u00fd\u0161il p\u0159\u00edtok vody o\u00a08 l\/s., tj. o\u00a041 % [7].<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0prvn\u00ed etapy roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed se dodnes zachovaly funk\u010dn\u00ed objekty j\u00edmac\u00edch studn\u00ed. P\u011bt p\u016fvodn\u00edch objekt\u016f t\u011bchto j\u00edmac\u00edch studn\u00ed m\u00e1 unik\u00e1tn\u00ed architektonick\u00e9 a\u00a0stavebn\u00ed proveden\u00ed s\u00a0vypracovan\u00fdmi detaily, jako je \u0161krab\u00e1k na boty, pou\u017eit\u00e9 luxfery nebo oplechov\u00e1n\u00ed okenn\u00edch \u0159\u00edms (<em>obr.\u00a010<\/em> a\u00a0<em>11<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 etapa rekonstrukce obn\u00e1\u0161ela vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch vodojem\u016f, nov\u00fdch p\u0159ivad\u011b\u010d\u016f k\u00a0vodojem\u016fm i\u00a0do rozvodn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b a\u00a0rozd\u011blen\u00ed m\u011bsta na dv\u011b tlakov\u00e1 p\u00e1sma. Nov\u00fd vodojem v\u00a0lokalit\u011b Vyhl\u00eddka s\u00a0pl\u00e1novanou kapacitou 1 500 m<sup>3<\/sup> z\u00e1soboval v\u00fd\u0161e polo\u017een\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta v\u010detn\u011b obl\u00edben\u00e9ho v\u00fdletn\u00edho hostince Bergwirtshaus. Vedle p\u016fvodn\u00edho vodojemu na Kreni\u0161ovsk\u00e9m kopci (objem 600\u00a0m<sup>3<\/sup>) byl navr\u017een dvoukomorov\u00fd vodojem o\u00a0objemu 2 000 m<sup>3<\/sup> (<em>obr.\u00a012<\/em>). Nakonec byl ale vybudov\u00e1n jen jednokomorov\u00fd s\u00a0kapacitou 1 000 m<sup>3 <\/sup>[13]. Po rekonstrukci s\u00edt\u011b se ztr\u00e1ty sn\u00ed\u017eily na 19 % na\u00a0celkovou d\u00e9lku 41\u00a0500 m vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b [6].<\/p>\n<p>Po dokon\u010den\u00ed III. etapy m\u011bl vodovod k\u00a0dispozici dev\u011bt studn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly cca 2 000 m<sup>3<\/sup> vody denn\u011b. Rekonstrukce se nevyhnula ani m\u011bstsk\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna. Pro zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdroby byla v\u00a0roce 1937 uvedena do provozu nov\u00e1 turb\u00edna Storek-Kaplanova s\u00a0\u00fapravou gener\u00e1toru. Hydrocentr\u00e1la vod\u00e1rny byla dopln\u011bna ji\u017e v\u00a0roce 1930 tak\u00e9 z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed Haagovou turb\u00ednou, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed vodu odv\u00e1d\u011bnou\u00a0jalov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkopem. V\u00a0roce 1936 byl v\u00a0r\u00e1mci samostatn\u00e9ho projektu p\u0159ipojen na vodovodn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d tak\u00e9 nov\u00fd m\u011bstsk\u00fd h\u0159bitov se\u00a0\u0161esti v\u00fdtokov\u00fdmi stojany.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdvoj \u0161umpersk\u00e9ho vodovodu 1945\u20131968<\/h3>\n<p>Po druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce do\u0161lo k\u00a0nucen\u00e9mu odchodu p\u016fvodn\u00edho n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho obyvatelstva a\u00a0po\u010det obyvatel \u0160umperka se do\u010dasn\u011b skokov\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil na cca 10\u00a0000 osob. To se negativn\u011b podepsalo na ekonomice m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho podniku i\u00a0cen\u011b vodn\u00e9ho. V\u00a0roce 1946 byla vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rna v\u00a0re\u017eii podniku zn\u00e1rodn\u011bna, a\u00a0vod\u00e1rna tak musela nakupovat energii pro pohon \u010derpadel z\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u011b vlastn\u00edho zdroje. Vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rna ukon\u010dila svoji \u010dinnost v\u00a0\u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech 20. stolet\u00ed, turb\u00edny byly demontov\u00e1ny. V\u00a0roce 1946 si m\u011bsto nechalo zpracovat odborn\u00fd posudek Ing. Zavadilem na mo\u017enosti z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta pitnou vodou. Posudek navrhoval \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nedostatku vody rekonstrukc\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a\u00a0j\u00edmac\u00edch objekt\u016f, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it po\u010det j\u00edmac\u00edch objekt\u016f ve st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm prameni\u0161ti Lu\u017ee a\u00a0do budoucna \u0159e\u0161it nedostatek vody j\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm povrchov\u00e9 vody v\u00a0oblasti Kout\u016f nad Desnou, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vybudovat v\u00a0dan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b p\u0159ehradn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017e. V\u00a0roce 1947 byl schv\u00e1len n\u00e1vrh s\u00a0odb\u011brem povrchov\u00e9 vody v\u00a0horn\u00edm povod\u00ed Desn\u00e9, kter\u00fd z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u0159e\u0161il z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech obc\u00ed v\u00a0\u00fadol\u00ed Desn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9my se z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00edm byly v kritick\u00fdch letech dokonce podpo\u0159eny um\u011blou infiltrac\u00ed povrchovou z\u00e1vlahou z \u0159eky Desn\u00e9 v oblasti prameni\u0161t\u011b [13]. V r\u00e1mci projektov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 stavby skupinov\u00e9ho vodovodu Kouty-\u0160umperk byla \u0159e\u0161ena tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho zdroje v severov\u00fdchodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti \u0160umperka. Hydrogeologick\u00fd pr\u016fzkum proveden\u00fd Geologick\u00fdm pr\u016fzkumem n. p. Brno progn\u00f3zoval mo\u017enou vydatnost pouze 10 l\/s. Podle sm\u011brn\u00e9ho \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu byla v roce 1962 stanovena spot\u0159eba vody pro obytn\u00e9 p\u00e1smo 102,3 l\/s, s pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdmi podniky potom 121 l\/s na obyvatele a den. Dle uveden\u00fdch hodnot je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee podzemn\u00ed zdroje nesta\u010dily kr\u00fdt pot\u0159ebu m\u011bsta a bylo nutn\u00e9 p\u0159istoupit k pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 realizaci projektu skupinov\u00e9ho vodovodu Kouty-\u0160umperk. Projekt se poda\u0159ilo realizovat v letech 1968\u20131974 s t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u011bsto \u0160umperk bylo p\u0159ipojeno v roce 1971. T\u00e9ma skupinov\u00e9ho vodovodu Kouty-Desn\u00e1 a sou\u010dasn\u00e1 podoba z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0160umperka si zaslou\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9 pozornost a zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed do samostatn\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00c1V\u011aR<\/h2>\n<p>Realizovan\u00fd projekt m\u011bstsk\u00e9 vod\u00e1rny byl inspirativn\u00ed nejen po technologick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce, ale i z hlediska provozn\u00ed a organiza\u010dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho podniku. J\u00edmac\u00ed objekty, vodojemy i vlastn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 byly postupn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1ny v souvislosti s r\u016fstem po\u010dtu obyvatel a podnik\u016f, av\u0161ak vzhledem k hydrogeologick\u00fdm limit\u016fm okol\u00ed \u0160umperka byly zdroje vody kapacitn\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 ji\u017e v pades\u00e1t\u00fdch letech 20. stolet\u00ed. Co se t\u00fd\u010de vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f, ukazuje tento p\u0159\u00edklad na proz\u00edravost tehdej\u0161\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed navrhli j\u00edmac\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed v lokalit\u011b, je\u017e byla jako jedin\u00e1 v okol\u00ed \u0160umperka schopna v dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm horizontu zajistit dostatek vody. Vzhledem k ekologick\u00fdm z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00edm a r\u016fstu m\u011bsta je budoucnost vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed podzemn\u00edch zdroj\u016f v lokalit\u011b Lu\u017ee prozat\u00edm omezen\u00e1 a m\u011bsto \u0160umperk se mus\u00ed spol\u00e9hat na povrchov\u00e9 zdroje vody z toku Hu\u010div\u00e9 Desn\u00e9 nebo na podzemn\u00ed vodu z prameni\u0161t\u011b Rapot\u00edn. Z\u00e1v\u011brem je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta pitnou vodou se v \u0160umperku vrac\u00ed ke ko\u0159en\u016fm. Od 1. ledna 2021 po t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 25let\u00e9m obdob\u00ed p\u0159e\u0161el vod\u00e1rensk\u00fd provoz do vlastnictv\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edch samospr\u00e1v v podob\u011b podniku Vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u0160umperk, a. s. (VHZ) s dce\u0159inou spole\u010dnost\u00ed \u0160umpersk\u00e1 provozn\u00ed vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost, a. s. (\u0160PVS).<\/p>\n<h3>Pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p><em>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek vznikl \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho projektu NAKI II \u201eHistorick\u00e9 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 objekty, jejich hodnota, funkce a\u00a0v\u00fdznam pro sou\u010dasnou dobu\u201c (DG18P02OVV019). Projekt je realizov\u00e1n za finan\u010dn\u00ed podpory programu NAKI II\u00a0\u2013 program na podporu aplikovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu a\u00a0experiment\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdvoje n\u00e1rodn\u00ed a\u00a0kulturn\u00ed identity na l\u00e9ta 2016 a\u017e 2022 Ministerstva kultury \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.\u00a0Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm spole\u010dnost\u00ed Vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u0160umperk, a. s., a\u00a0\u0160umpersk\u00e9 provozn\u00ed vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, a. s., za poskytnut\u00ed cenn\u00fdch informac\u00ed a\u00a0materi\u00e1l\u016f vztahuj\u00edc\u00edch se k\u00a0historii \u0161umpersk\u00e9ho vod\u00e1renstv\u00ed.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek pro\u0161el lektorsk\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6 class=\"05POPISKYobrazku\"><\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The article focuses on the water industry sector. It deals with the development of drinking water supply in \u0160umperk town from the Middle Ages to the 1960s. According to the water supply network development, the text is structured into individual chapters, focusing on the interesting period of the late 19th century, when a municipal water plant was established. The water plant was also the first company managed by the city council at its establishment. It was an excellent good practice example for similar towns in the Czech lands, both technologically and operationally. Subsequent chapters focus on expanding the water supply network, reservoirs, and intake areas, which had to be sized for the increasing water consumption associated with the city\u2018s dynamic development in the late 19th and first half of the 20th century. The final chapter summarises the development of the municipal waterworks project from 1945 until the year when the town of \u0160umperk was connected to the water intake sources from the Kouty-\u0160umperk group water supply system. The paper is an inspiring retrospective look into the history of the municipal water supply.
